Abstract
本发明涉及一种丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,包括下列组份:丁基橡胶20~25份,聚异丁烯25~35份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份、氢化石油树脂5~10份和炭黑5~10份组成,经过捏合机高温加热搅拌和抽真空搅拌生产而成;粘性持久,不透气性可达其它橡胶类的10倍;强性延展率达1000%;170℃高温烘烤后,十年不老化,具有熔融流动性好、熔融流动温度高等特点,降低成本,提高剥离强度、气密性、柔韧性、耐老化效果好。

技术领域
本发明属于化工原料及生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种丁基热熔胶及 生产工艺。
背景技术
目前在传统化工原料橡胶生产技术中,硅胶固化时间长,不易清洗, 不环保,在丁基热熔胶由于填料和的结构不合理,生产成本较高,物理性 能不好,特别剥离强度、气密性、柔韧性、耐老效果不好。
由于传统的丁基热熔胶的机械性能不好:粘结强度、抗拉强度高,弹 性、延伸性能不好,对于界面容易形变和开裂适应性不强。
传统丁基热熔胶的化学性能不稳定,耐化学性,耐候性和耐腐蚀性, 抗紫外光老化效果不好,极低的水蒸气透过率。
传统的丁基热熔胶的应用性能不好:其防水性、密封性、耐低温性和 追随性不好,尺寸的不稳定,难以适应真正热熔橡胶的应用性能,并且生 产工艺操作复杂,生产成本较高。
因此,有必要发明一种丁基热熔胶及生产工艺。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:解决上述现有技术存在的问题,而提 供一种丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,提高了机械性能、物理性能、化学性能和 应用性,降低了生产成本。
本发明采用的技术方案是:包括下列组份:丁基橡胶20~25份,聚异 丁烯25~35份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份、氢化石油树脂5~10份和炭黑5~10 份组成;
丁基热熔胶及生产工艺流程如下:
a.先将丁基橡胶20~25份、15%聚异丁烯25~35份和轻质碳酸钙30~40 份,投放入电加热捏合机,加热至110℃~130℃,搅拌至均匀;
b.接着再投放氢化石油树脂5~10份,炭黑5~10份,抽真空均匀搅拌 0.5~2小时;
c.让充分发生化学反应,再抽真空搅拌至均匀后,生产制作成丁基热 熔胶;
d.出料,真空密封包装运输。
进一步方案为,所述丁基橡胶的CAS号为9010-85-9。
进一步方案为,所述聚异丁烯CAS号为9003-27-4,分子量为 2000-8000。
进一步方案为,所述轻质碳酸钙的CAS号为19569-21-2。
进一步方案为,所述氢化石油树脂的产品型号为SU-100或SU-400。
进一步方案为,所述氢化石油树脂的CAS号为71700-94-2。
进一步方案为,所述炭黑为的CAS号为1333-86-4,具有分散型好、高 黑色度和流动性好。
本发明的实质性特点和显著效果:本丁基热熔胶对空气的透过率仅为 天然橡胶的1/7,丁苯橡胶的1/5,而对蒸汽的透过率则为天然橡胶的1/200, 丁苯橡胶的1/140。
(1)优异的机械性能:粘结强度、抗拉强度高,弹性、延伸性能好,对 于界面形变和开裂适应性强;
(2)稳定的化学性能:具有优良的耐化学性,耐候性和耐腐蚀性,抗紫 外光老化,极低的水蒸气透过率;
(3)可靠的应用性能:其防水性、密封性、耐低温性和追随性好,尺寸 的稳定性好;
(4)施工操作工艺简单。
粘性持久,十年不变;不透气性可达其它橡胶类的10倍;强性延展率 达1000%;170℃高温烘烤后,十年不老化,具有熔融流动性好、熔融流动 温度高等特点,降低成本,提高剥离强度、气密性、柔韧性、耐老化效果 好。

为了更充分理解本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例对本发明的 技术方案进一步介绍和说明,但不局限于此。
本发明的实施例丁基热熔胶成份,包括下列组份:丁基橡胶20~25份, 聚异丁烯25~35份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份、氢化石油树脂5~10份和炭黑5~10 份组成;
丁基热熔胶及生产工艺流程如下:
a.先将丁基橡胶20~25份、15%聚异丁烯25~35份和轻质碳酸钙30~40 份,投放入电加热捏合机,加热至110℃~130℃,搅拌至均匀;
b.接着再投放氢化石油树脂5~10份,炭黑5~10份,抽真空均匀搅拌 0.5~2小时;
c.让充分发生化学反应,再抽真空搅拌至均匀后,生产制作成丁基热 熔胶;
d.出料,真空密封包装运输。
进一步地,丁基橡胶的CAS号为9010-85-9,能耐植物油、耐氧和臭 氧、耐酸碱、耐寒性和电绝缘性都好。
进一步地,聚异丁烯CAS号为9003-27-4,分子量为2000-8000,易于 运输,方便安装,具有耐腐蚀、抗老化等优良特性,使用寿命长达60年以 上。
进一步地,轻质碳酸钙的CAS号为19569-21-2,调节粘度和流变性能, 提高物理性能,耐热性、耐磨性、阻燃性、消光性、白度和光泽性,使本 发明丁基热熔胶有合理的物理性的流变性。
进一步地,氢化石油树脂的产品型号为SU-100或SU-400,作为软化 剂。
进一步地,氢化石油树脂的CAS号为71700-94-2。
进一步地,炭黑为的CAS号为1333-86-4,具有分散型好、高黑色度、 流动性好。
在丁基热熔胶的生产中,采用全密闭、连续化、自动化程度高的捏合 机进行生产能够保证丁基胶产品具有优良的分散性,均匀性,产品外观光 亮,无气泡等。
本发明的实质性特点和显著效果:本丁基热熔胶对空气的透过率仅为 天然橡胶的1/7,丁苯橡胶的1/5,而对蒸汽的透过率则为天然橡胶的1/200, 丁苯橡胶的1/140。
(1)优异的机械性能:粘结强度、抗拉强度高,弹性、延伸性能好,对 于界面形变和开裂适应性强;
(2)稳定的化学性能:具有优良的耐化学性,耐候性和耐腐蚀性,抗紫 外光老化,极低的水蒸气透过率;
(3)可靠的应用性能:其防水性、密封性、耐低温性和追随性好,尺寸 的稳定性好;
(4)施工操作工艺简单。
粘性持久,十年不变;不透气性可达其它橡胶类的10倍;强性延展率 达1000%;170℃高温烘烤后,十年不老化,具有熔融流动性好、熔融流动 温度高等特点,降低成本,提高剥离强度、气密性、柔韧性、耐老化效果 好。

Claims (7)
1.一种丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:包括下列组份:丁基橡胶20~25份,聚异丁烯25~35份,轻质碳酸钙30~40份、氢化石油树脂5~10份和炭黑5~10份组成;
丁基热熔胶及生产工艺流程如下:
a.先将丁基橡胶20~25份、15%聚异丁烯25~35份和轻质碳酸钙30~40份,投放入电加热捏合机,加热至110℃~130℃,搅拌至均匀;
b.接着再投放氢化石油树脂5~10份,炭黑5~10份,抽真空均匀搅拌0.5~2小时;
c.让充分发生化学反应,再抽真空搅拌至均匀后,生产制作成丁基热熔胶;
d.出料,真空密封包装运输。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述丁基橡胶的CAS号为9010-85-9。
3.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述聚异丁烯的CAS号为9003-27-4,粘均分子量为2000-8000。
4.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述轻质碳酸钙的CAS号为19569-21-2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述氢化石油树脂的产品型号为SU-100或SU-400。
6.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述氢化石油树脂的CAS号为71700-94-2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的丁基热熔胶及生产工艺,其特征在于:所述炭黑为的CAS号为1333-86-4,具有分散型好、高黑色度和流动性好。
