The snow throwing runner 34 comprises a disc-shaped runner main body 40, and four snow throwing blades 41 which are perpendicular to the runner surface and are arranged in a 'groined' shape are arranged on the runner main body 40. The edges of the snow throwing blades 41 facing to one side of the snow gathering auger 33 are respectively provided with a snow pocket bending 42 which is bent along the rotation direction of the snow throwing rotating wheel 34; and the side portion of the snow throwing blade 41 is provided with an inclined support plate 43 for increasing the blade strength. The middle part of the wheel main body 40 of the snow throwing wheel 34 is connected with the output shaft of the wheel driving motor 35; so that snow collected in the middle of the snow collecting auger 33 is continuously thrown to the snow throwing outlet 30 above by the snow throwing blades 41 on the snow throwing wheel 34.
The snow throwing mechanism 5 is connected with the end part of the main body frame 1 through a snow throwing cover 28, a snow inlet of the snow throwing cover 28 of the snow throwing mechanism 5 faces the snow removing roller 11, and the other end of the snow throwing cover 28 far away from the snow removing roller 11 is provided with a traction hinge part 31. Further, snow in the snow throwing cover 28 is cleaned by the snow removing roller 11 through the snow gathering auger 33 and collected to the snow throwing rotating wheel 34; and snow is thrown into the snow throwing trough assembly 7 via the snow throwing outlet 30 by means of the snow throwing wheel 34 and finally transferred into the dump box of the towing vehicle. It can be appreciated that, in order to ensure that the snow cleaned by the snow removing roller 11 smoothly enters the snow throwing cover 28 of the front snow throwing mechanism 5, a guide baffle 12 is provided between the snow removing roller 11 and the snow inlet of the snow throwing mechanism 5, which is arranged obliquely.
A snow throwing groove assembly 7 for conveying snow into the haulage vehicle dump is arranged at the upper part of the snow throwing mechanism 5 and above the snow throwing outlet 30. The snow throwing groove assembly 7 consists of a straight section snow throwing barrel 21 at the lower part and a bent section snow throwing barrel 25 at the upper part; the lower end of the straight section snow throwing barrel 21 is provided with a rotary connecting flange 22, and a snow outlet at the upper end of the bent section snow throwing barrel 25 is hinged with a turnover baffle 27; a turnover hydraulic cylinder 26 is arranged between the turnover baffle 27 and the outer wall of the bent section snow throwing cylinder 25. The rotary connecting flange 22 at the lower end of the snow throwing groove assembly 7 is rotationally connected with the snow throwing outlet 30 at the upper part of the snow throwing mechanism 5 through the gear rotary mechanism 20; according to specific use needs, the gear rotary mechanism 20 is driven by the rotary motor to rotate the whole snow throwing groove assembly 7, and the relative position of the upper snow outlet and the dump bucket of the traction vehicle is adjusted, so that snow thrown by the snow throwing mechanism 5 is conveyed into the dump bucket of the traction vehicle through the snow throwing groove assembly 7 by means of inertia, and the use adaptability of the device is improved.
The combination part of the straight section snow throwing barrel 21 and the bent section snow throwing barrel 25 of the snow throwing groove assembly 7 adopts a rotary connection mode for the purpose of facilitating normal running of the traction vehicle and facilitating parking of the device; and a lower swing hydraulic cylinder 23 is arranged between the upper end of the straight section snow throwing cylinder 21 and the outer wall of the lower end of the bent section snow throwing cylinder 25. Meanwhile, in order to improve the sealing effect of the joint part, a sealing joint part 24 is arranged on the side wall of the lower port of the bent section snow throwing cylinder 25; and when the snow removing operation is finished, the upper bent section snow throwing cylinder 25 is swung downwards by the lower swing hydraulic cylinder 23 so as to reduce the height of the whole device. The included angle between the straight section snow throwing barrel 21 of the snow throwing groove assembly 7 and the horizontal plane can be between 70 and 80 degrees according to specific use requirements; the included angle between the two bending sections of the bending section snow throwing barrel 25 can be between 100 and 130 degrees.
The snow throwing mechanism 5 is provided with a traction frame 6 for connection with the traction vehicle near the end of the traction vehicle side. The traction frame 6 comprises a triangular frame body 44; one end of the triangular frame body 44 is provided with a hinged ear plate 45 for being hinged with the traction hinge part 31 of the snow throwing mechanism 5; the other end of the triangular frame 44 is provided with a towing attachment 46 for attachment to a towing vehicle. The traction frame 6 is hinged with the traction hinging part 31 of the snow throwing mechanism 5 through a hinging lug plate 45, so that the angle of the traction frame 6 is convenient to adjust, and the traction connecting end 46 is convenient to connect with a traction vehicle.
When the combined snow remover is used, firstly, the whole combined snow remover is connected with a traction vehicle by utilizing a traction frame 6, and the traction vehicle drives the combined snow remover to move forwards through a travelling wheel 10 arranged at the lower part of a main body frame 1 of the combined snow remover. Then, the snow removing engine 2 is started, so that the snow removing engine 2 drives a transmission shaft 15 connected with the output end of a gearbox 14 to rotate, and further the belt type transmission mechanism 3 drives the snow removing roller 11 arranged on the profiling connecting frame 8 in the main body frame 1 to rotate, so that the snow removing roller 11 is used for cleaning ice and snow road surfaces through stripping bristles arranged on the snow removing roller 11. The snow and the thin ice cleaned by the snow removing roller 11 enter the snow throwing cover 28 of the snow throwing mechanism 5 through the angle-adjustable guide baffle 12, and are collected to the snow throwing rotating wheel 34 in the middle part through the continuous rotation of the snow gathering auger 33; the snow and the thin ice are thrown into the upper snow throwing groove assembly 7 through the snow throwing outlet 30 by utilizing the continuously rotating snow throwing rotary wheel 34. Finally, the snow and the thin ice thrown into the snow throwing groove assembly 7 by the snow throwing mechanism 5 are conveyed into a tipping bucket of the traction vehicle by virtue of inertia through the straight section snow throwing barrel 21 and the bent section snow throwing barrel 25; and further realizes the integrated operation of cleaning, conveying, throwing and loading the ice and snow road surface. In addition, when the road conditions with uneven height are met in the process of cleaning the snow on the road area, the swinging profiling mechanism 9 can correspondingly adjust the cleaning postures of the profiling connecting frame 8 and the snow removing roller 11 on the profiling connecting frame according to the rolling condition of the ice and snow road surface, so that the adaptability of the device is enhanced, and the snow removing effect is improved.
