Abstract

本发明属于表面处理技术领域,涉及一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法,以解决镀锌钝化膜局部损伤修复的工艺方法问题。钝化液为比重为1.84的硫酸0.3‑0.6克/升,铬酐4‑6克/升,比重为1.42的硝酸2‑4克/升,氟化盐1‑2克/升。本发明配制的钝化液生成的膜层厚,抗蚀性能高,盐雾试验96小时,新膜光亮如新,旧膜出现花斑氧化,盐雾试验180小时,新膜没有出现氧化现象。本发明修复方法,适合小零件也适合大型零件,操作方法简单成本低,修复时间短,合格率高。可推广用于军工、航天、船舶、民用等各种局部镀锌钝化膜损伤零件的修复处理,效果好不伤基体,不用分解零件。

一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法
技术领域
本发明属于表面处理技术领域,涉及一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法,以解决镀锌钝化膜局部损伤修复的工艺方法问题。
背景技术
目前一些钢铁材料的壳体、端盖镀锌钝化后,还要加工、组装,当组装成电机时发现电机外表面镀层划伤破损现象。传统工艺,零件只能靠镀膜保护,如果出现外表面镀层划伤破损现象,只能分解电机,零件退除镀膜之后重新镀锌钝化。有些零件可以返修再用,但大多数零件由于是压装无法分解,还有些零件分解后变形或尺寸精度发生变化等,总之无返修价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:解决镀锌钝化膜局部损伤修复的工艺问题。本发明的技术解决方案是,
(1)配制钝化液
依次加入硫酸、铬酐、硝酸、氟化盐,每加入一种化学药品时,同时搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后再加入下一化学药品,液体的施工温度为30-40℃;
(2)修补前处理
将需要修补处用汽油擦洗干净,用脱脂棉浸水再蘸清洗去污用百洁粉,把划伤处打磨干净,之后再用脱脂棉蘸无水酒精清洗打磨处,直到修补处擦洗干净;
(3)修补钝化膜
将配制好的钝化液涂覆在修复表面,保持5-10秒后用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗钝化处,用吹风机吹干即可。
所述钝化液调配时加入硫酸后,待溶液冷却后再按顺序填加其它药品。
所述修补钝化膜过程中,修补前处理后要马上进行钝化处理,放置时间小于3分钟。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果,本发明配制的钝化液生成的膜层厚,抗蚀性能高,盐雾试验96小时,新膜光亮如新,旧膜出现花斑氧化,盐雾试验180小时,新膜没有出现氧化现象。本发明修复方法,适合小零件也适合大型零件,操作方法简单成本低,修复时间短,合格率高。可推广用于军工、航天、船舶、民用等各种局部镀锌钝化膜损伤零件的修复处理,效果好不伤基体,不用分解零件。
具体实施方式
本发明工艺方法要经过以下工序:
除油—打磨—无水酒精清洗—钝化—无水酒精清洗—吹干
首先,把需要修补处用汽油擦洗干净,脱脂棉用水浸湿粘适量清洗去污用百洁粉轻轻把划伤处打磨干净,之后用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗打磨处,再把调配好的钝化液均匀涂在打磨处5-10秒,用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗钝化处,用吹风机吹干即可。
钝化槽液成份
钝化液和修补注意事项:
(1、)钝化液调配时严格按顺序加入药品,填加药品同时不断搅拌溶液。
(2、)加入硫酸后,待溶液冷却后再按顺序填加其它药品。
(3、)调配钝化液可存放6个月,使用后的钝化液严禁再倒回存放溶器。
(4、)局部修复过程中要配戴干净橡胶手套,避免污染零件。
(5、)局部修复过程中镀膜完好部分要适当保护,避免擦伤镀膜或钝化液损伤镀膜。
(6、)局部修复过程中前处理后要马上进行钝化处理,放置时间过长镀膜会被氧化从而影响修复膜质量。
实施例
例1
用45钢材料生产的壳体外径ф150,镀锌5-8um钝化,组装后局钝化膜有划伤破损现象。
工艺方法要经过以下工序:
除油—打磨—无水酒精清洗—钝化—无水酒精清洗—吹干
1、除油:把需要修补处用汽油擦洗干净。
2、打磨:脱脂棉用水浸湿粘适量清洗去污用百洁粉轻轻把划伤处打磨干净。
3、无水酒精清洗:之后用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗打磨处。
4、钝化:把调配好的钝化液均匀涂在打磨处5秒。

5、无水酒精清洗:用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗钝化处。
6、吹干:用吹风机吹干即可。
经过上述方法补修的钝化膜光量完整符合工艺要求。
例2
用20钢材料生产的壳体外径ф650,镀锌8-12um钝化,组装后局钝化膜有划伤坡损现象。工艺方法要经过以下工序:
除油—打磨—无水酒精清洗—钝化—无水酒精清洗—吹干
1、除油:把需要修补处用汽油擦洗干净。
2、打磨:脱脂棉用水浸湿粘适量清洗去污用百洁粉轻轻把划伤处打磨干净。
3、无水酒精清洗:之后用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗打磨处。
4、钝化:把调配好的钝化液均匀涂在打磨处5秒。

6、吹干:用吹风机吹干即可。

Claims (3)

1.一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法,其特征是,
(1)配制钝化液
依次加入硫酸、铬酐、硝酸、氟化盐,每加入一种化学药品时,同时搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后再加入下一化学药品,液体的施工温度为30-40℃;
(2)修补前处理
将需要修补处用汽油擦洗干净,用脱脂棉浸水再蘸清洗去污用百洁粉,把划伤处打磨干净,之后再用脱脂棉蘸无水酒精清洗打磨处,直至修补处擦洗干净;
(3)修补钝化膜
将配制好的钝化液涂覆在修复表面,保持5-10秒后用脱脂棉粘无水酒精清洗钝化处,用吹风机吹干即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法,其特征是,所述钝化液调配时加入硫酸后,待溶液冷却后再按顺序填加其它药品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镀锌钝化膜修复的工艺方法,其特征是,所述修补钝化膜过程中,修补前处理后要马上进行钝化处理,放置时间小于3分钟。
