本发明公开了一种减速机用稳定性强的润滑脂,其按照以下原料的重量份数组成:石蜡机油76‑94份、石油磺酸钠2‑7份、油酰肌氨酸1‑4份、白炭黑5‑11份、硫代磷酸三苯脂2‑6份、二烷基二硫代磷酸铜1‑7份、滑石粉3‑9份、石墨4‑11份、氧化锌2‑6份、二氧化钛1‑4份、聚乙烯蜡7‑15份、乙酸钙2‑7份、二硫化钼1‑4份、抗氧化剂1‑4份、增粘剂1‑3份。本发明充分利用了各原料的特性,能保证高温状态下具有优良的高低温性、热稳定性和化学安定性、抗磨极压性能,而且噪音小,同时,兼顾高低温等各种状态下的使用效果;该润滑脂的生产工艺能充分整合各种原料,使其互相之间融合性更好,并结合工艺过程的突破,使润滑脂的结构得以改善,全面提升了其强度、耐高温性和低噪性。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,尤其涉及一种减速机用稳定性强的润滑脂。
背景技术
随我国自行设计制造的高速齿轮减速机的功率已达42000kW,齿轮圆周速度达150m/s以上。冶金行业减速机设备最多,如拉矫机减速机、结晶器振动减速机、辊道减速机、无缝厂冷床减速机等。这些减速机齿轮工作环境,多处在高温、潮湿、多尘、冲击和重负荷环境下,由于工作环境温度高,油脂粘度下降,容易滴漏流失,既污染环境,又产生浪费,齿轮达不到润滑、防护的效果,造成磨损严重,过早报废;使用寿命短,再高温遇水条件下,很快发生乳化、变质和润滑失效,需要及时更换,造成成本上升。所以要求具有优良的高低温性、热稳定性和化学安定性、抗磨极压性能和使用寿命长的润滑脂。

本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种减速机用稳定性强的润滑脂。

抗氧化剂为三氧化二锑与二异辛基二苯胺质量比1:1的混合物;增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或几种。
