Abstract
本发明公开了一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:汉白玉砂30‑40、苯乙烯280‑300、过硫酸铵6‑8、氧化聚乙烯蜡3‑5、乙酰丙酮钙1‑2、亚磷酸双酚A酯5‑7、2‑硫醇基苯骈咪唑0.7‑1、油酸3‑5、三羟甲基丙烷2‑4、ac发泡剂17‑20,本发明改善了填料在聚合物间的分散性能,有效的降低了团聚,提高了成品材料的力学强度。

技术领域
本发明属于材料领域,具体涉及一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板及其制备方法。
背景技术
汉白玉砂是一种晶莹洁白的大理石,色白纯洁,内含闪光晶体,颗粒像雪花一般晶莹剔透,给人一尘不染和庄严肃穆的美感。汉白玉的产量占整个大理石产量的30%左右,多作为雕塑使用,正宗的汉白玉粉纯白细腻,无味,无毒,无辐射,吸附力强,易着色加工,价格低廉,具有氢氧化铝粉、石英粉不可替代的特点;而聚苯乙烯板可以对建筑物主体结构进行保护,延长建筑物寿命。由于外保温是将保温层置于结构外侧,降低了由于温度变化导致的结构变形产生的应力,并减少空气中有害物质和紫外线对结构的侵蚀;因此,本发明的目的就是将汉白玉砂应用到传统的聚苯乙烯建筑板材中,以提高成品板材的品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
汉白玉砂30-40、苯乙烯280-300、过硫酸铵6-8、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-5、乙酰丙酮钙1-2、亚磷酸双酚A酯5-7、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑0.7-1、油酸3-5、三羟甲基丙烷2-4、ac发泡剂17-20。
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量10-16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取乙酰丙酮钙、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑混合,加入到混合料重量4-7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入三羟甲基丙烷,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预混料;
(3)取汉白玉砂、油酸混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入混合料重量4-8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得汉白玉砂水分散液;
(4)取苯乙烯,加入到上述汉白玉砂水分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4-5小时,得聚苯乙烯乳液;
(5)取上述预混料,加入到聚苯乙烯乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入亚磷酸双酚A酯,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与ac发泡剂、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,搅拌均匀,蒸汽110-120℃下干燥2-3小时,冷却至常温,即得所述汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板。
本发明的优点:
本发明首先采用三羟甲基丙烷处理功能助剂,然后采用油酸改性汉白玉砂,然后以其水分散液为苯乙烯单体聚合反应溶剂,在引发剂作用下聚合,得到油酸化汉白玉砂掺杂的聚合物乳液,之后再与三羟甲基丙烷处理的功能助剂共混,高温酯化,从而改善了填料在聚合物间的分散性能,有效的降低了团聚,提高了成品材料的力学强度。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
汉白玉砂30、苯乙烯280、过硫酸铵6、氧化聚乙烯蜡3、乙酰丙酮钙1、亚磷酸双酚A酯5、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑0.7、油酸3、三羟甲基丙烷2、ac发泡剂17。
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量10倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取乙酰丙酮钙、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑混合,加入到混合料重量4倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入三羟甲基丙烷,升高温度为50℃,保温搅拌1小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预混料;
(3)取汉白玉砂、油酸混合,在60℃下保温搅拌30分钟,加入混合料重量8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得汉白玉砂水分散液;
(4)取苯乙烯,加入到上述汉白玉砂水分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4小时,得聚苯乙烯乳液;
(5)取上述预混料,加入到聚苯乙烯乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入亚磷酸双酚A酯,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌1小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与ac发泡剂、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,搅拌均匀,蒸汽110℃下干燥2小时,冷却至常温,即得所述汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板。
实施例2
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
汉白玉砂40、苯乙烯300、过硫酸铵8、氧化聚乙烯蜡5、乙酰丙酮钙2、亚磷酸双酚A酯7、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑1、油酸3、三羟甲基丙烷4、ac发泡剂20。
一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取乙酰丙酮钙、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑混合,加入到混合料重量7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入三羟甲基丙烷,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预混料;
(3)取汉白玉砂、油酸混合,在70℃下保温搅拌40分钟,加入混合料重量8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得汉白玉砂水分散液;
(4)取苯乙烯,加入到上述汉白玉砂水分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌5小时,得聚苯乙烯乳液;
(5)取上述预混料,加入到聚苯乙烯乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入亚磷酸双酚A酯,升高温度为95℃,保温搅拌2小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与ac发泡剂、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,搅拌均匀,蒸汽120℃下干燥3小时,冷却至常温,即得所述汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板。
Claims (2)
1.一种汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
汉白玉砂30-40、苯乙烯280-300、过硫酸铵6-8、氧化聚乙烯蜡3-5、乙酰丙酮钙1-2、亚磷酸双酚A酯5-7、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑0.7-1、油酸3-5、三羟甲基丙烷2-4、ac发泡剂17-20。
2.一种如权利要求1所述汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量10-16倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取乙酰丙酮钙、2-硫醇基苯骈咪唑混合,加入到混合料重量4-7倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入三羟甲基丙烷,升高温度为50-55℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,得预混料;
(3)取汉白玉砂、油酸混合,在60-70℃下保温搅拌30-40分钟,加入混合料重量4-8倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得汉白玉砂水分散液;
(4)取苯乙烯,加入到上述汉白玉砂水分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为60-70℃,加入上述过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4-5小时,得聚苯乙烯乳液;
(5)取上述预混料,加入到聚苯乙烯乳液中,搅拌均匀,加入亚磷酸双酚A酯,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌1-2小时,过滤,将沉淀水洗,常温干燥,与ac发泡剂、氧化聚乙烯蜡混合,搅拌均匀,蒸汽110-120℃下干燥2-3小时,冷却至常温,即得所述汉白玉砂掺杂聚苯乙烯发泡建筑保温板。
