The invention relates to the field of automatic production lines of culture mediums, in particular to a device and a method for lifting and closing a cover of a culture medium.
Background
The culture medium comprises a culture dish and a dish cover, wherein in the processing process, the dish cover is required to be lifted, liquid is added into the culture dish, and then the dish cover is covered. The traditional production line is that a culture dish and a dish cover are taken along two different processing routes, and then the culture dish and the dish cover are combined together at one station; it is also equivalent to having the culture dish on the production line all the time, and then the dish cover waits for the arrival and combination of the culture dish in a subsequent station.
The culture dish and the dish cover are respectively positioned at different processing stations, the matching quantity is not easy to control, the residual condition of the culture dish or the dish cover exists in the actual processing, and the follow-up operation also needs to be performed manually from beginning to end, so that the optimization of the production flow is not facilitated.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the invention is a cover lifting and closing device for a culture medium, which comprises a conveyor belt 1, a cover lifting mechanism positioned at one end of the conveyor belt 1 and a cover closing mechanism positioned at the other end of the conveyor belt 1.
The conveyor belt 1 includes a belt body 11 and separators 12 located on both left and right sides of the advancing direction of the belt body 11, but the separators 12 are not in contact with the belt body 11. Since the production of the culture medium requires a relatively clean environment, a glass cover is also provided above the partition 12. Accordingly, the cover lifting mechanism and the cover closing mechanism are both positioned in the enclosed space enclosed by the partition 12 and the glass cover.
The cover lifting mechanism comprises a first movable mechanism 31, an objective table 32 and a vacuum chuck 33, wherein the first movable mechanism 31 is connected with the objective table 32 and drives the objective table 32 to move, the vacuum chuck 33 is arranged on the objective table 32, and the size of the vacuum chuck 33 is smaller than that of the dish cover 22. The first movable mechanism 31 comprises an active push rod positioned on one side of the objective table 32 and a passive telescopic rod positioned on the other side of the objective table 32, and the vacuum chuck 33 is communicated with the air pump through an air pipe. Generally, the active push rod is an electric push rod; and the passive telescopic rod can adopt mutually nested large and small pipes.
Two routes of production medium are shown in fig. 1, and in fact, those skilled in the art can additionally develop a plurality of production routes as needed, and will not be described here. The production of the culture medium further comprises a liquid injection step and a drying step, namely a liquid injection port or a fan is additionally arranged between the cover lifting mechanism and the cover closing mechanism, and the drying design does not relate to the improvement point of the scheme of the application, so that the description is omitted. In the liquid filling step, the liquid filling step can be carried out before the cover lifting mechanism, and the cover lifting mechanism can be used for lifting the dish cover 22, so that the liquid in the culture dish 21 is dried, and the liquid passes through the cover closing mechanism after the drying is finished.
The lid closing mechanism comprises a second movable mechanism 41, a movable baffle 42 and a fixed baffle 43 which can be kept static, wherein the second movable mechanism 41 is connected with the movable baffle 42 and drives the movable baffle 42 to move, and the lower end of the movable baffle 42 is provided with a positioning part 44 for assisting in positioning the dish cover 22. The second movable mechanism 41 comprises a rotating shaft, a rotating motor, a driving sliding rail and a driving push rod, wherein the rotating motor is connected to one side of the rotating shaft, the rotating motor is arranged at the moving end of the driving sliding rail, and the moving end of the driving sliding rail is connected with the driving push rod. Referring to fig. 1, a schematic view of the second moving mechanism 41 can be clearly seen, and the driving sliding rail includes a sliding groove of a sliding block, and the sliding block moves in the sliding groove after being subjected to an external force. The other side of the rotating shaft is connected with a passive telescopic rod, and a passive sliding rail is arranged below the passive telescopic rod. The driving push rod is also an electric push rod, the driven telescopic rod can be a mutually nested large and small pipe, and the driven slide rail is basically identical to the driving slide rail except that the driven push rod is not connected.
These mobile mechanisms all require a housing to protect them when the production line is set up, and in the solution of the present application, the housing is temporarily removed in order to reveal the internal structure. Meanwhile, the partition 12 needs to be provided with corresponding slots so as to drive the movable mechanism.
In summary, the lid lifting mechanism and the lid closing mechanism operate by sucking up the dish 22, advancing the dish 21 further, and then lowering the dish 22 and tilting the dish 22 against the rim of the dish 21. The movable baffle plate 42 and the fixed baffle plate 43 are positioned in the advancing direction, the movable baffle plate 42 moves the culture dish 21 and the dish cover 22 to pass through in a tilting state, when the dish cover 22 and the culture dish 21 move between the two fixed baffle plates 43 and the movable baffle plate 42, the movable baffle plate 42 is close to the fixed baffle plate 43 and then props against the dish cover 22 and the culture dish 21, the dish cover 22 moves obliquely upwards relative to the culture dish 21 after being stressed until the culture dish 21 is covered again, and finally the movable baffle plate 42 is reset.
The operation of the second movable mechanism 41 will be described. In the initial state, the flapper 42 is inclined upward; the rotating shaft rotates, and the movable baffle 42 moves downwards until the lower end is lower than the dish cover 22 but does not contact with the belt body 11; the active push rod stretches to push the movable baffle 42 to advance at a speed exceeding the advancing speed of the belt body 11; the active push rod is slightly retracted, the rotating shaft rotates to tilt the movable baffle 42, and the active push rod is retracted greatly; restoring to the initial state, and completing the closing action of a row of culture mediums.
As a preferred embodiment, the dish 22 is lowered after the dish 21 is advanced until the end of the dish 21 passes over the center of the dish 22. The dish cover 22 naturally tilts to ride on the culture dish 21 due to the outward movement of gravity. In order to allow the dish cover 22 to be obliquely placed on the culture dish 21, the vacuum chuck 33 can be inclined first and then dropped by other link mechanisms.
The positioning portion 44 functions to prevent the capsule 22 from being accidentally deviated from the advancing direction at this time, since the movable shutter 42 rapidly pushes the capsule 22. Specifically, the positioning portion 44 is a rectangular notch, and the width of the notch is smaller than the diameter of the dish cover 22. This notch limits the dish cover 22, and the dish cover 22 in turn limits the culture dish 21, in which case the stationary barrier 43 essentially eliminates the need for a similar positioning portion 44.
As a preferred embodiment, the fixed baffle 43 is provided with a bracket 5 at a side far away from the movable baffle 42, the fixed baffle 43 is provided with a fastener 6, the fixed baffle 43 is fixed on the bracket 5 through the fastener 6, and the fastener 6 is detachably connected with the fixed baffle 43. Thus, a plurality of different widths can be combined between the fixed baffle 43 and the movable baffle 42 to adapt to culture mediums with different specifications. However, in practice, the medium has a usual size, and the fixed plate 43 can be adjusted to three gear positions. The cover lifting and closing device can adapt to the condition that the culture dish 21 and the dish cover 22 are simultaneously placed on a production line, and the culture dish 21 and the dish cover 22 are always matched from the beginning of feeding, so that the production quantity of the same batch of culture medium is easier to ensure; the cover lifting mechanism is common, but the method of taking the dish cover 22 on the culture dish 21 is creative, and the dish cover 22 and the culture dish 21 can be fixed only by pushing and pressing later, so that the fixing is convenient and quick.
