本发明涉及一种年糕切片机。
背景技术
在年糕的加工生产过程中，需要对年糕进行切片操作。目前现有的年糕切片机主要通过汽缸带动刀片的方式，来实现对年糕的切片。这种方式下，存在着噪音较大、切割精度相对不足的问题。
上述问题是在年糕切片机的设计过程中应当予以考虑并解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种年糕切片机解决现有技术中存在的存在着噪音较大、切割精度相对不足的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种年糕切片机，包括机架、传输组件和切割组件，传输组件设于机架上，切割组件设于机架的端部，其特征在于：还包括导向管，传输组件包括传输带、主动轮和若干从动轮，主动轮和从动轮的两端分别通过轴承活动连接在机架上，传输带绕过主动轮和从动轮，主动轮由传输电机带动，导向管设于传输带的端部，且导向管设于机架上，切割组件包括切割电机、轴套和一个以上的切割刀，切割刀设于轴套上，轴套设于切割电机的转轴上。
进一步地，还包括若干相互平行设置的导向条，导向条设于传输带上。
进一步地，导向条的设置方向与传输带的传输方向相同。
进一步地，导向条采用橡胶制成。
进一步地，还包括导向板和收集框，导向板设于收集框的上方，导向板的两端分别通过支板连接在机架上。
进一步地，切割电机设于支架上，支架连接在机架上。
本发明的有益效果是：该种年糕切片机，通过切割电机的转动，进而带动切割刀的转动，从而实现由导向管内传动的年糕的切片。该种年糕切片机，加工噪音小，切割精度更优，且成本低，结构设计合理，利于加工使用。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
实施例
一种年糕切片机，如图1和图2，包括机架1、传输组件和切割组件，传输组件设于机架1上，切割组件设于机架1的端部，其特征在于：还包括导向管2，传输组件包括传输带3、主动轮4和若干从动轮5，主动轮4和从动轮5的两端分别通过轴承活动连接在机架1上，传输带3绕过主动轮4和从动轮5，主动轮4由传输电机带动，导向管2设于传输带3的端部，且导向管2设于机架1上，切割组件包括切割电机6、轴套7和一个以上的切割刀8，切割刀8设于轴套7上，轴套7设于切割电机6的转轴上。
该种年糕切片机，通过切割电机6的转动，进而带动切割刀8的转动，从而实现由导向管2内传动的年糕的切片。该种年糕切片机，加工噪音小，切割精度更优，且成本低，结构设计合理，利于加工使用。
实施例中，还包括若干相互平行设置的导向条9，导向条9设于传输带3上。导向条9的设置方向与传输带3的传输方向相同。导向条9采用橡胶制成。通过导向条9的设置，能够实现年糕按照设定方向的传输，从而由导向管2出，便于切割。
实施例中，切割电机6设于支架12上，支架12连接在机架1上。还包括导向板10和收集框13，导向板10设于收集框13的上方，导向板10的两端分别通过支板11连接在机架1上。通过设置导向板10和收集框13，能够实现年糕在切片后的便捷收集，以便于后续加工操作。

1.一种年糕切片机，包括机架、传输组件和切割组件，传输组件设于机架上，切割组件设于机架的端部，其特征在于：还包括导向管，传输组件包括传输带、主动轮和若干从动轮，主动轮和从动轮的两端分别通过轴承活动连接在机架上，传输带绕过主动轮和从动轮，主动轮由传输电机带动，导向管设于传输带的端部，且导向管设于机架上，切割组件包括切割电机、轴套和一个以上的切割刀，切割刀设于轴套上，轴套设于切割电机的转轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的年糕切片机，其特征在于：还包括若干相互平行设置的导向条，导向条设于传输带上。
3.如权利要求2所述的年糕切片机，其特征在于：导向条的设置方向与传输带的传输方向相同。
4.如权利要求2所述的年糕切片机，其特征在于：导向条采用橡胶制成。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的年糕切片机，其特征在于：还包括导向板和收集框，导向板设于收集框的上方，导向板的两端分别通过支板连接在机架上。
6.如权利要求1-4所述的年糕切片机，其特征在于：切割电机设于支架上，支架连接在机架上。
