Description

Peony seed oil-containing microcapsule powder suitable for pregnant women and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of edible oil processing, and particularly relates to peony seed oil-containing microcapsule powder suitable for pregnant women, and a preparation method of the microcapsule powder.
Background
Pregnancy is a complex physiological process, and for the success of pregnancy, the physiological state and body metabolism of pregnant women are greatly adaptively changed so as to meet the growth and development of maternal reproductive organs and fetuses during pregnancy and provide nutrition for postpartum lactation. The quality of the nutritional status during pregnancy has a crucial influence on the health of the fetus from the growth and development to the adult, and the pregnant women have increased energy and various nutrients, especially protein, essential fatty acid, and various trace nutrients such as calcium, iron, folic acid, vitamin A, etc., compared with non-pregnant women.
Because the development speed of the embryo is not smooth in different periods of pregnancy, the physiological state, the metabolic change of the body and the requirement on nutrients of the pregnant woman are different. According to the physiological process and the nutritional requirement characteristics of pregnancy, the dietary guidelines of pregnant women are divided into three parts, namely, the early pregnancy (3 months to 6 months before pregnancy), the early pregnancy (1 week to 12 weeks during pregnancy), the middle pregnancy (13 weeks to 27 weeks during pregnancy) and the late pregnancy (28 weeks during pregnancy to delivery).
From the middle of pregnancy, the fetus enters a fast-growing developmental stage until delivery. Since 20 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal brain cell division is accelerated, which is a key period of fetal brain and retina development, the required amount of phospholipids as structural and functional components of brain cells and retina cells is increased, and the long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (i.e., omega-3 fatty acid) on the phospholipids is especially important. Modern life science studies have demonstrated that pregnant women pass through the placenta, and that lying-in women pass through the milk to deliver the ingested alpha-linolenic acid and the metabolites DHA and EPA to the fetus or baby. Therefore, during the period, the pregnant woman and the lying-in woman take enough alpha-linolenic acid, and the brain nerve cells and the optic nerve cells of the fetus or the infant develop well, are more in number and have strong functions. Alpha-linolenic acid can promote the body function and physical development of fetus and infant, especially for the fetus and premature infant with dysplasia, and can promote their function development to reach normal level. World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations: the women in pregnancy and lactation period must take enough alpha-linolenic acid. If pregnant and lying-in women lack of alpha-linolenic acid in vivo, the babies have the symptoms of brain development retardation, intelligence impairment, slow body development, poor eyesight, rough skin and the like.
2013 edition of handbook for reference intake of dietary nutrients for Chinese residents proposes that the suitable intake (AI) of alpha-linolenic acid of pregnant women and lactating women is 0.60% of energy, while the daily intake of the pregnant women is 2700kcal/d, and that the pregnant women and the lactating women are recommended to supplement 1600mg of alpha-linolenic acid daily, which is converted into about 4.5g of peony seed oil per day. The reference intake of DHA is 200mg/d and the reference intake of EPA is 50mg/d, as specified in the quick look manual. The contents of alpha-linolenic acid, DHA and EPA in the peony seed oil solid formula functional food (pregnant and lying-in women formula) strictly execute the dietary guidelines of Chinese residents and the reference intakes of dietary nutrients of Chinese residents.
CN104922230A discloses a peony seed oil soft capsule, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
the preparation method comprises the steps of firstly weighing peony seed oil soft capsules, propyl gallate, linseed oil, fish oil and vitamin E according to the weight parts, uniformly mixing and tempering, and then preparing soft capsule glue solution by using gelatin, glycerol, an opacifier and water. Then pressing and forming to prepare soft capsules, and finally, carrying out hardening, shaping, drying and other treatment steps. The weight parts of the raw materials are as follows: 70-85 parts of peony seed oil, 4-10 parts of propyl gallate, 1-5 parts of linseed oil, 1-5 parts of fish oil, 0.1-0.5 part of vitamin E, 1-5 parts of gelatin, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of water and 0.1-0.5 part of an opacifier.
The patent discloses a method for preparing a capsule product, which can avoid the fishy smell brought by fish oil when the capsule product is taken orally, but the fishy smell of the fish oil, the fish oil and the algae oil still affect the taste and the feeling of pregnant women through the stomach and the esophagus after the capsule shell is dissolved and the content flows out.
For pregnant women, particularly pregnant women with a strong pregnancy reaction (vomiting reaction) in the early pregnancy period, although the fish oil is a nutrient with fishy smell, the fish oil is very unacceptable for the pregnant women and is easy to cause nausea and vomiting reaction even after being eaten, although the fish oil is beneficial to the health of the pregnant women and the development of fetuses.
Therefore, a healthy oil product which can provide nutrient components required by the pregnant woman and the fetus in the abdomen, make nutrient substances such as alpha-linolenic acid, DHA, EPA, folic acid, iron, calcium and the like meet the dietary standard and make the pregnant woman pleasantly accept needs to be provided.

Figure BDA0001849869350000151
Figure BDA0001849869350000161
As can be seen from the data in the above table, the comparative example 1, which is not added with any plant extract, has stronger fishy smell and higher oxidation resistance, which indicates that the plant extract used in the present invention has a more significant effect on removing the fishy smell and the plant extract used in the present invention also has a very significant effect on the oxidation resistance of the microcapsule powder.
As can be seen from comparative examples 2-4, a single plant extract, which had some effect on fishy smell removal or oxidation resistance, but the overall effect was not as good as that of examples 1-3; the reason is that the perilla extract, the sophora flower extract and the bamboo leaf extract all have antioxidant effects, and the perilla extract and the sophora flower extract have obvious effects on removing fishy smell; the principle of removing fishy smell of the two is as follows: the fish oil is very easy to oxidize during storage, carbides and other fishy components generated by automatic oxidation of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, such as 2, 4-decadienal, 2, 4, 7-decatrienal and the like, are putrefactive during storage of the fish oil due to action of microorganisms or enzymes or automatic oxidation of lipids, and the fish oil also contains oxidized trimethylamine, which is degraded under the combined action of the microorganisms and the enzymes to generate trimethylamine and dimethylamine, wherein the pure trimethylamine has only ammonia smell and is not existed in many fresh fishes, but the content of the stored fish oil is high, and the pure trimethylamine is subjected to action of the microorganisms or the enzymes or automatic oxidation of fish oil lipids and generates strong fishy smell together with delta-2 aminopentanoic acid, hexahydropyridine and the like.
Therefore, the plant extract, the perilla extract, the sophora flower extract and the bamboo leaf extract are added, the oxidation resistance of the three extracts is stronger and far exceeds that of antioxidants such as VC, and fishy smell components such as carbides generated by automatic oxidation of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids are prevented from being generated by oxidation of fish oil in the storage process; the purple perilla extract and the bamboo leaf extract have the remarkable effects of bacteriostasis, and the bamboo leaf extract can inhibit the generation of microorganisms in the fish oil in the storage process, prevent trimethylamine in the fish oil from being influenced by the microorganisms and generate strong fishy smell together with delta-2 aminovaleric acid, hexahydropyridine and the like; therefore, the purpose of inhibiting the fishy smell is achieved, meanwhile, the perilla extract and the sophora flower extract contain aromatic substances and can cover or shield the fishy smell, so that the addition of the three plant extracts has a good effect on removing the fishy smell;
in addition, the added perilla extract has high safety, the perilla is a medicinal and edible raw material, has the miscarriage prevention effect and does not harm pregnant women; the sophora flower extract has high safety and strong oxidation resistance, and can remove fishy smell in the microcapsule powder by synergistic action with the perilla extract. Although the mint extract also has a certain fishy smell removing effect, the mint extract is not suitable for pregnant women and has an anti-early pregnancy effect, so that not any plant extract is suitable for pregnant women. Safety is a primary consideration when selecting plant extracts, followed by a fishy smell-removing effect; the raw materials adopted by the invention have higher safety, and the dosage of the raw materials is very small, thereby having no adverse effect on the body of the pregnant woman.
It can be seen from comparative examples 5-7 that the three plant extracts used in the present invention have synergistic effect, and when the three extracts are combined, the fishy smell removing effect and the antioxidant effect are obviously better than those of the combination of the two plant extracts with the same addition amount.
