一种用于水溶性液压支架装配脂的高效润滑添加剂,属于煤矿开采装备用润滑材料技术领域。以妥尔油、三乙醇胺、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、乙二胺为原料,在一定温度和常压下反应制得。本发明高效润滑添加剂,能在水溶性液压支架装配脂中均匀分散,无结皮结块或析出现象,产品的长期稳定性好,可有效提升水溶性液压支架装配脂润滑性,保障液压支架顺利装配。

Description

一种用于水溶性液压支架装配脂的高效润滑添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于水溶性液压支架装配脂高效润滑添加剂的制备方法,属于煤矿开采装备用润滑材料技术领域。
背景技术
液压支架是煤矿综采工作面重要的支护装置,为工作面的采煤机、刮板输送机和操作人员提供安全的工作空间,可以固定刮板输送机,也可以配合采煤机和刮板输送机完成煤层切割、设备推进等一系列采煤工序。
生产或维修厂家在液压支架装配过程中,如未及时涂抹合适的润滑脂,会导致密封元件磨损。磨损后产生的微小杂质随着工作介质的流动,在密封元件之间起着研磨作用,加速了元件的磨损,破坏了密封平面,使液压阀失去密封性能,甚至导致整个阀体的损坏和失灵,影响液压支架的使用寿命。另外,在液压支架本体的安装过程中,也需要涂抹消耗润滑脂,来进行油缸、活塞与密封件等部位的装配,实现部件之间的润滑和密封。
目前,我国煤矿单位广泛使用钙基润滑脂“黄油”来进行装配液压支架本体和液压控制系统。经过使用、观察及一线员工提供的信息,发现液压支架在新安装完成半年内,黄油会脱落和渗出,甚至凝固为固体颗粒,造成支架内部工作介质浑浊,阀件磨损,引发堵塞等事故,降低了设备的使用寿命。除了“黄油”,其它常规固体润滑材料也存在同样问题,可能在水中脱落后形成难溶的固体堵塞系统,或者与运行中的液压系统传动介质不相容,造成传动介质的变质失效。
水溶性液压支架装配脂是一种新型的润滑材料,区别于传统润滑脂,该产品可以均匀分散于水基液体中,应用于液压支架本体和液压控制系统的装配和安装过程,装配和安装完成后,在液压支架运行中不会造成液压系统堵塞;可以与传动介质具有较好的相容性,不会造成液压传动介质的失效。
在使用中,水溶性液压支架装配脂必须具备优异的润滑性能,才能保障液压支架装配顺利完成。现有的润滑添加剂,通常分为油基型和水基型,油基型润滑添加剂一般用于润滑油、润滑脂等,水基型润滑添加剂一般用于水溶性液态产品。油基型润滑添加剂不溶于水溶性液压支架装配脂的基础组分,难以采用;水基型润滑添加剂可溶于水溶性液压支架装配脂的基础组分,但是润滑效果差,体系不稳定,造成产品性状不均、易结皮结块或析出。
本发明高效润滑添加剂,能在水溶性液压支架装配脂中均匀分散,无结皮结块或析出现象,产品的长期稳定性好,可有效提升水溶性液压支架装配脂润滑性,保障液压支架顺利装配。
发明内容
本发明的目的是制备一种用于水溶性液压支架装配脂的高效润滑添加剂,该添加剂润滑效率高,与水溶性液压支架装配脂基础组分相容性好,产品稳定性好,长期放置无结皮结块或析出。
本发明的用于水溶性液压支架装配脂高效润滑添加剂,其特征在于,以妥尔油、三乙醇胺、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、乙二胺为原料,在一定温度和常压下反应制得,主要原料及用量比例如下(wt%):
妥尔油10~12%
三乙醇胺35~40%
丙三醇25~30%
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺12~16%
聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯8~10%
乙二胺1~2%
本发明的生产程序是:将妥尔油、三乙醇胺、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯加入反应釜,加热至60~70℃搅拌均匀,直至反应物完全融化形成均一粘稠液态,冷却至室温,加入乙二胺搅拌30分钟,反应物形成半透明粘稠液态,静置即得产品。
本发明可添加至水溶性液压支架装配脂,在添加少量(如1wt%-1.5wt%)本发明的添加剂就使得水溶性液压支架装配脂润滑性显著提高,且与体系相容性优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合是实施例对本发明进一步举例说明,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。
实施例1
按照质量用量比例将10%妥尔油、36%三乙醇胺、30%丙三醇、15%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、8%聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯共同加入反应釜,加热至60℃搅拌均匀,直至反应物完全融化形成均一粘稠液态,加入1%乙二胺搅拌30分钟,搅匀后静置即得产品,产品性状均匀、稳定。
产品为半透明粘稠液态,将产品以1wt%用量直接添加于水溶性液压支架装配润滑脂基础组分(15%油酸、9%癸二酸、60%三乙醇胺、3%聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%四硼酸钠、5%乙二胺),搅拌均匀,可得到成品。成品放置1年后,性状均匀,无结皮结块或析出现象,稳定性好。添加后成品的润滑性采用SH/T0202-1992润滑脂极压性能测定法(四球机法)测定,其最大无卡咬负荷PB值为882N,显著高于未添加时最大无卡咬负荷PB值784N,满足装配过程的润滑要求。将其应用于到液压支架装配和安装过程中,可以起到润滑、密封和防护效果。
所得水溶性液压支架装配润滑脂产品进入浓缩液体系后,浓缩液各项性能满足MT76-2011液压支架用乳化油、浓缩油及其高含水液压液,无变质现象,能够正常使用。
实施例2
按照质量用量比例将12%妥尔油、38%三乙醇胺、25%丙三醇、15%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、9%聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯共同加入反应釜,加热至60℃搅拌均匀,直至反应物完全融化形成均一粘稠液态,加入1%乙二胺搅拌30分钟,搅匀后静置即得产品,产品性状均匀、稳定。
产品为半透明粘稠液态,将产品以1.5wt%用量直接添加于水溶性液压支架装配润滑脂基础组分(16%油酸、10%癸二酸、58%三乙醇胺、3%聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5%四硼酸钠、5%乙二胺),搅拌均匀,可得到成品。成品放置1年后,性状均匀,无结皮结块或析出现象,稳定性好。添加后成品的润滑性采用SH/T0202-1992润滑脂极压性能测定法(四球机法)测定,其最大无卡咬负荷PB值为921N,显著高于未添加时最大无卡咬负荷PB值862N,满足装配过程的润滑要求。将其应用于到液压支架装配和安装过程中,可以起到润滑、密封和防护效果。
所得水溶性液压支架装配润滑脂产品进入浓缩液体系后,浓缩液各项性能满足MT76-2011液压支架用乳化油、浓缩油及其高含水液压液,无变质现象,能够正常使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于水溶性液压支架装配脂的高效润滑添加剂,其特征在于,以妥尔油、三乙醇胺、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、乙二胺为原料,在一定温度和常压下反应制得,主要原料及用量比例如下(wt%):
妥尔油 10~12%
三乙醇胺 35~40%
丙三醇 25~30%
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺 12~16%
聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯 8~10%
乙二胺 1~2%。
2.制备权利要求1所述的用于水溶性液压支架装配脂的高效润滑添加剂的方法,其特征在于,将妥尔油、三乙醇胺、丙三醇、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯加入反应釜,加热至60~70℃搅拌均匀,直至反应物完全融化形成均一粘稠液态,冷却至室温,加入乙二胺搅拌30分钟,反应物形成半透明粘稠液态,静置即得产品。
3.一种水溶性液压支架装配脂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的高效润滑添加剂。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种水溶性液压支架装配脂,其特征在于,权利要求1所述的高效润滑添加剂的添加量为1wt%-1.5wt%。
