本发明公开了一种聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,采用科学合理的工艺方法合成产品,降低了环境的污染,减少了对人体的伤害。本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂80‑100份、水性丙烯酸乳液10‑20份、双酚F型环氧树脂5‑20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯1‑5份、氧化锌1‑5份、膨胀石墨2‑4份、纳米二氧化钛0.5‑3份、氯化钙0.5‑2份、成膜助剂3‑15份、硬脂酸银0.5‑1.0份、六甲基二硅氧烷0.3‑1.2份、消泡剂0‑1份、润湿剂0.1‑1份、水10‑20份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为3‑6,然后在70‑85℃下回流反应8‑12h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体橡胶,具体是一种聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法。
背景技术
液体橡胶是一种常温下能自由流动的高分子材料,这种流动的高分子材料,与固化剂等配合剂混合,在一定的温度下进行交联反应,形成交联结构并固化,从而获得同固体橡胶一样性能的有机高分子材料。液体橡胶由于具有很好的流动性,加工操作方便,容易加工成各种形状的制品,使得液体橡胶的应用更加广泛。
液体橡胶按照不同的分类方法有不同的种类,按其主链的种类分为以下几种: 二烯类液体橡胶; 链烯烃类液体橡胶; 聚氨酯类液体橡胶; 液体硅橡胶; 液体聚硫橡胶和液体氟橡胶六种。
聚氨酯液体橡胶制备,因其采用的原料以及使用助剂及加工工艺的原因,致使其制备会对环境产生一定的影响,从而造成对人身的伤害。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,采用科学合理的工艺方法合成产品,降低了环境的污染,减少了对人体的伤害。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100份、水性丙烯酸乳液10-20份、双酚F型环氧树脂5-20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯1-5份、氧化锌1-5份、膨胀石墨2-4份、纳米二氧化钛0.5-3份、氯化钙0.5- 2份、成膜助剂3-15份、硬脂酸银0.5-1.0份、六甲基二硅氧烷 0.3-1.2份、消泡剂0-1份、润湿剂0.1-1份、水10-20份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为3-6,然后在70-85℃下回流反应8-12h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。
进一步地,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚或者聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者两种组合。
进一步地,所述润湿剂为来离子型和非离子型。
进一步地,所述离子型润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、羧酸皂类或磷酸酯。
进一步地,所述非离子型润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚或者聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的方法合成的聚氨酯具有较好的耐磨、耐水、耐溶剂和优异的机械性能,而且降低了环境的污染,减少了对人体的伤害。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解释说明。
实施例1
聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水性丙烯酸乳液20份、双酚F型环氧树脂20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5份、氧化锌5份、膨胀石墨4份、纳米二氧化钛3份、氯化钙2份、成膜助剂15份、硬脂酸银1.0份、六甲基二硅氧烷 1.2份、消泡剂1份、润湿剂1份、水20份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为5,然后在70℃下回流反应8.5h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。所述消泡剂为乳化硅油和聚氧丙烯甘油醚。所述润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚。
实施例2
聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂100份、水性丙烯酸乳液10份、双酚F型环氧树脂20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5份、氧化锌5份、膨胀石墨4份、纳米二氧化钛0.5份、氯化钙0.5份、成膜助剂3份、硬脂酸银1.0份、六甲基二硅氧烷 1.2份、消泡剂0.5份、润湿剂0.5份、水10份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为3,然后在70℃下回流反应12h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。所述消泡剂为高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物。所述离子型润湿剂为磷酸酯。
实施例3
聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂90份、水性丙烯酸乳液15份、双酚F型环氧树脂15份、甲苯二异氰酸酯3份、氧化锌3份、膨胀石墨3份、纳米二氧化钛2份、氯化钙1.5份、成膜助剂6份、硬脂酸银0.7份、六甲基二硅氧烷 0.6份、水12份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为6,然后在85℃下回流反应8h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。

1.聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,其特征在于,包括下述质量分数的原料:水性聚氨酯树脂80-100份、水性丙烯酸乳液10-20份、双酚F型环氧树脂5-20份、甲苯二异氰酸酯1-5份、氧化锌1-5份、膨胀石墨2-4份、纳米二氧化钛0.5-3份、氯化钙0.5- 2份、成膜助剂3-15份、硬脂酸银0.5-1.0份、六甲基二硅氧烷 0.3-1.2份、消泡剂0-1份、润湿剂0.1-1份、水10-20份,其合成方法为:将原料再加入盐酸调节体系的pH值为3-6,然后在70-85℃下回流反应8-12h,反应结束后得到所述改性液体橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳化硅油、高碳醇脂肪酸酯复合物、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、聚氧丙烯甘油醚、聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚或者聚二甲基硅氧烷中的一种或者两种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为来离子型和非离子型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,其特征在于,离子型润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、磺酸盐、脂肪酸或脂肪酸酯硫酸盐、羧酸皂类或磷酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯液体橡胶的合成方法,其特征在于,非离子型润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚或者聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物。
