本发明公开了一种可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,由高级醇、有机胺、表面活性剂、纯水组成。本发明工作性能好、使用安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光伏硅晶片线切割液。
背景技术
使用传统的游离磨粒加工方式加工时,由于切屑粉末不易分散,悬浮性差,易粘附在机器和刀具表面,影响切削加工;同时工作液中还存在大量固体颗粒废弃物,增加排放量。
传统使用的光伏硅晶片线切割液产品目前有两种:一种为原液型线切割液,可循环回收使用,但不能稀释使用。由于产品不能稀释使用,且循环回收率又不高(<75%),所以使用成本较高;另一种为稀释型线切割液,可稀释使用,但不能循环回收使用。虽然稀释使用单次成本较低,但由于不能循环回收使用,所以使用成本仍然较高。
目前光伏企业使用的线切割液,配方中均含有有毒物质,危害人体健康和环境安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工作性能好、使用安全的可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
高级醇…………………………50~80%
有机胺………………………………0-1%
表面活性剂…………………………1~20%
纯水…………………………………10~35%。
所述高级醇是丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、十二碳醇、十四十五碳醇中的一种或几种。
有机胺是一乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、N-甲基吗啉、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、二乙胺基乙醇中的一种或几种。
表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5~12)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(5~12)、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯(5~12)、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐中的一种或几种。
本发明采用固定磨粒加工方式(替代传统使用的游离磨抗加工方式),分散性好(切屑粉末可长时间均匀地分散悬浮在工作液中,切屑沉降时间≥5min)。
本发明采用高级醇、高级表面活性剂等设计配方,产品不仅可稀释使用(稀释液浓度达到20%),而且可循环回收使用(回收率≥92%)。
本发明安全卫生质量高。采用生物可降解度高、对人和环境友好的可替代物质设计配方,产品生物半致死量LD50≥5000mg/kg,半致死浓度LC50≥5000ml/m3,呼吸道粘膜刺激≤1级。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合组成:
丁醇39.5%
丙二醇35%
烷基醇酰胺1%
聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐 1%
纯水 21%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯 2%
2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇 0.5%。
实施例2:
一种可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
高级醇…………………………50~80%(例50%、70%、80%)
有机胺………………………………0-1%(例0.1%、0.5%、1%)
表面活性剂…………………………1~20%(例1%、10%、20%)
纯水………………………………10~35%(例10%、20%、35%)。
所述高级醇是丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、十二碳醇、十四十五碳醇中的一种或几种。
有机胺是一乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、N-甲基吗啉、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、二乙胺基乙醇中的一种或几种。
表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5~12)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(5~12)、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯(5~12)、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐中的一种或几种。

1.一种可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
高级醇…………………………50~80%
有机胺………………………………0-1%
表面活性剂…………………………1~20%
纯水…………………………………10~35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:所述高级醇是丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、十二碳醇、十四十五碳醇中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:有机胺是一乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、N-甲基吗啉、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、二乙胺基乙醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可稀释循环回收使用光伏硅晶片线切割液,其特征是:表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(5~12)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(5~12)、烷基醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯酯(5~12)、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐中的一种或几种。
