Abstract

本发明公开了一种浓缩洗衣液。其由如下质量百分比的组分组成:表面活性剂复配物80‑90%、水10‑20%;其中,所述表面活性剂复配物由直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐和非离子表面活性剂按2:1~1:4的比例复配而成。本发明的表面活性剂浓度能达到80‑90%,无需添加增溶助剂,生产成本较低;而且溶解过程无凝胶现象,溶解迅速。

一种浓缩洗衣液
技术领域
本发明属于日用化学工业技术领域,具体涉及一种浓缩洗衣液。
背景技术
洗衣液是常用的日化用品,普通洗衣液的表面活性剂浓度一般为10-15%。随着生活水平的提高,消费者的节能环保意识也慢慢增强,对洗衣液的要求也逐渐提高。因此,开发既可以节省包装成本和运输成本,又可以减少塑料瓶装污染问题的浓缩洗衣液也成了一种趋势。现在市面上的浓缩洗衣液的表面活性剂浓度最高在50-60%。在高浓缩产品配方中,由于配方中水分含量降低,阴离子表面活性剂的溶解受到限制,所以浓缩洗衣液的配方结构从阴离子表面活性剂为主、非离子表面活性剂为辅转变为非离子表面活性剂为主。然而,凝胶点是大部分非离子表面活性剂的特点,如果配方中的水分未超过非离子表面活性剂的凝胶点的水的比例,则产品在使用过程中,非离子表面活性剂会与水形成凝胶,从而影响产品的溶解。为避免凝胶点的影响,则需要提高配方中的水分,如此则降低了产品中的表面活性剂浓度;也可以在配方中添加增溶助剂如对甲苯磺酸钠、丙二醇、聚乙二醇等,或采用无凝胶点的表面活性剂,但如此又会增加产品的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种浓缩洗衣液,能有效解决现有技术的不足之处。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:
表面活性剂复配物 80-90%
水 10-20%;
其中,所述表面活性剂复配物由直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐和非离子表面活性剂按2:1~1:4的比例复配而成。
作为优选,所述非离子表面活性剂为支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、或改性油脂乙氧基化物、或它们的组合。
作为另一种优选,所述非离子表面活性剂为直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和改性油脂乙氧基化物三种中的至少一种的复配物。进一步,所述直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在非离子表面活性剂中的质量百分比不大于50%。为了保证配方的低温流动性和低温稳定性,直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在非离子表面活性剂中的质量百分比不大于30%。
本发明的表面活性剂浓度能达到80-90%,无需添加增溶助剂,生产成本较低;而且溶解过程无凝胶现象,溶解迅速。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的一种浓缩洗衣液,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:
表面活性剂复配物 80-90%
水 10-20%;
其中,所述表面活性剂复配物由直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐和非离子表面活性剂按2:1~1:4的比例复配而成。
上述的直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐(Isopropyl amine salt of linearalkylbenzene sulfonic acid;CAS:68584-24-7),其烷基链平均碳原子数为12;其主要成分为十二烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐,分子结构式为:
分子式为:C21H39NO3S。
实施例1-16
按上述的配方制成产品,配方如下所示(重量百分比%):
上述的直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚包括但不仅限于中海壳牌的AEO7和AEO9;巴斯夫的Lutensol A7N和Lutensol A9N;陶氏化学的Tergitol 26-L-7和Tergitol 26-L-7。
上述的支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚包括但不仅限于巴斯夫的Lutensol TO-10、Lutensol TO-8、Lutensol XP-80、Lutensol XL-80;陶氏化学的SA-9、SA-7、EH-9、EH-7。
上述的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物包括但不仅限于亨斯迈的TERIC ME240-60。
上述的改性油脂乙氧基化物包括但不仅限于中国日化院的SOE-60。
上述实施例1-16的产品经检测,溶解过程无凝胶现象,且溶解迅速。

Claims (5)

1.一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分组成:
表面活性剂复配物 80-90%
水 10-20%;
其中,所述表面活性剂复配物由直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐和非离子表面活性剂按2:1~1:4的比例复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、或脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、或改性油脂乙氧基化物、或它们的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚与支链烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物和改性油脂乙氧基化物三种中的至少一种的复配物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在非离子表面活性剂中的质量百分比不大于50%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种浓缩洗衣液,其特征在于,所述直链脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚在非离子表面活性剂中的质量百分比不大于30%。
