Abstract
本发明公开一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10‑30%、十二醇硫酸钠3‑40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5‑10%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1‑10%、月桂酸甜菜碱0‑10%、多元醇0‑10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0‑10%、螯合剂0.1‑5%和去离子水1‑50%。通过采用本发明配方,将活性成分与成膜剂进行科学搭配,制得的产品成为片状洗涤用品,便于携带,本发明的片状洗涤用品不含其他片状洗涤品含有的不溶沉淀物类(如滑水粉、沸石等各类不溶粉涤),本产品溶于水后呈透明液体,不存在不溶物质残渣在衣物纤维上的问题。

本发明涉及日化领域技术,尤其是指一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品。
背景技术
由于商业、旅行等活动频繁,以改变交通便利出行已经成为很多人经常需要面对的事情,出行中由于洗衣粉或者洗衣液不易携带,对于出行的时间稍长的人员来说,带来一定的不便,再者随着网络越来越火热,洗衣液改洗衣粉的终端越来越明显,需对此进行创新改革,再有人们环保意思增强,一个产品不但要求环保,其生产过程中的各个环节野营对环境友好。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其能有效解决现有技术中的洗衣产品不易携带的问题,并解决了目前洗涤用品中含有大量的不溶解物质,容易附在衣物纤维上的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10-30%、十二醇硫酸钠3-40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5-10%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-10%、月桂酸甜菜碱0-10%、多元醇0-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0-10%、螯合剂0.1-5%和去离子水1-50%。
优选的,所述多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述螯合剂为柠檬钠或四乙酸二钠。
优选的,所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
优选的,所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.5mm的片状体。
优选的,上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备。
优选的,成膜温度控制在100-130℃。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过采用本发明配方,将活性成分与成膜剂进行科学搭配,制得的产品成为片状洗涤用品,便于携带,本发明的片状洗涤用品不含其他片状洗涤品含有的不溶沉淀物类(如滑水粉、沸石等各类不溶粉涤),本产品溶于水后呈透明液体,不存在不溶物质残渣在衣物纤维上的问题。

本发明公开一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10-30%、十二醇硫酸钠3-40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5-10%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-10%、月桂酸甜菜碱0-10%、多元醇0-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0-10%、螯合剂0.1-5%和去离子水1-50%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0-0.5%和颜料0-0.5%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种,所述螯合剂为柠檬钠或四乙酸二钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.5mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在100-130℃。
下面以多个实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10%、十二醇硫酸钠40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1%、月桂酸甜菜碱10%、多元醇0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0%、螯合剂0.1%和去离子水28.8%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0.5%和颜料0.5%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚,所述多元醇为丙二醇,所述螯合剂为柠檬钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.0mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在100℃。
实施例2:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂30%、十二醇硫酸钠3%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2%、月桂酸甜菜碱5%、多元醇5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、螯合剂5%和去离子水39%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0%和颜料0%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述多元醇为丙三醇,所述螯合剂为四乙酸二钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.1mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在130℃。
实施例3:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂15.8%、十二醇硫酸钠40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10%、月桂酸甜菜碱10%、多元醇10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10%、螯合剂2%和去离子水1%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0.3%和颜料0.4%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚,所述多元醇为异丙醇,所述螯合剂为柠檬钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-0.9mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在110℃。
实施例4:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂21%、十二醇硫酸钠20%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠5%、月桂酸甜菜碱0%、多元醇3%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5%、螯合剂1.5%和去离子水42.2%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0.2%和颜料0.1%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述多元醇为甘露醇,所述螯合剂为四乙酸二钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.3mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在115℃。
实施例5:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10.5%、十二醇硫酸钠10%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠8%、月桂酸甜菜碱7%、多元醇0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%、螯合剂3%和去离子水50%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0.1%和颜料0.4%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚,所述多元醇为丙二醇和丙三醇,所述螯合剂为柠檬钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.2mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在120℃。
实施例6:
一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂25%、十二醇硫酸钠15%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺6%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3%、月桂酸甜菜碱2%、多元醇4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、螯合剂1%和去离子水42.6%。进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0.4%和颜料0%。所述成膜剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,所述多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇和甘露醇,所述螯合剂为四乙酸二钠。所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.1mm的片状体。上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备,成膜温度控制在122℃。
上述各个实施例中制得的产品成为片状洗涤用品,便于携带,并且片状洗涤用品不含其他片状洗涤品含有的不溶沉淀物类(如滑水粉、沸石等各类不溶粉涤),本产品溶于水后呈透明液体,不存在不溶物质残渣在衣物纤维上的问题。

1.一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:成膜剂10-30%、十二醇硫酸钠3-40%、脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5-10%、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.1-10%、月桂酸甜菜碱0-10%、多元醇0-10%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0-10%、螯合剂0.1-5%和去离子水1-50%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:进一步包括有以下重量百分比的各组分:香精0-0.5%和颜料0-0.5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:所述多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇、异丙醇和甘露醇中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:所述螯合剂为柠檬钠或四乙酸二钠。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为聚乙烯醚或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:所述片状浓缩洗衣用品呈高度为0.2-1.5mm的片状体。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:上述各组分通过热成膜剂制备。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种新型片状浓缩洗衣用品,其特征在于:成膜温度控制在100-130℃。
