Abstract

本发明公开一种塑料薄膜与瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等分离工艺及所用设备。工艺包括将物料提升送料、瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等被多道碾碎、螺旋提升、用水搅拌清洗、塑料薄膜与杂物分离。所用设备包括皮带提升机、立式渐进可调间距多层锤式碾碎机、螺旋提升机、桨叶螺旋搅拌机、高频振动筛等。本发明采取“多层渐进式间隙碾碎”办法,利用瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶脆性,仅仅将瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶碾碎,韧性塑料薄膜则从间隙中漏下而不被碾碎,清洗后用筛网将被碾碎后的杂物全部筛出,从而分离出较高纯度的塑料薄膜。由于本发明工艺方法独特、使用设备先进,解决了塑料薄膜与瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶“难舍难分”的历史,使得从生活垃圾中提取塑料薄膜成为可能。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域资源回收技术,简单地说就是将塑料薄膜从混有瓜果皮和蔬菜茎叶等杂质中分离出来的技术。
背景技术
当今文明世界,只要有人类活动的地方,都会遭遇塑料薄膜。如果不能将塑料薄膜回收加以利用,危害大自然几十年甚至一百年才能被自然分解。如果能够将塑料薄膜回收,则是可贵的资源。但是,在塑料薄膜回收利用过程中,会遇到一个难题:往往塑料薄膜中混有瓜果皮和蔬菜茎叶,特别是城市生活垃圾更是如此。而塑料薄膜与瓜果皮及蔬菜茎叶之间,即没有大小的区别,使用筛选法不能解决问题;也没有明显密度区别,使用水力浮选法也行不能。
发明内容
本发明塑料薄膜与瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等分离工艺及所用设备,正确利用塑料薄膜与瓜果皮及蔬菜茎叶物理性的差异,即塑料薄膜韧性好,不易被碾碎的特性,与瓜果皮及蔬菜茎叶毫无韧性可言之特点,采用多层碾压的方式,层层有间隙,但从上到下间隙逐渐变小,使瓜果皮及蔬菜茎叶被彻底碾碎,而塑料薄膜几乎不破损,立即使其在大小上截然可分的结果。为使选出塑料薄膜洁净,充分勾兑适当的水源,将其混合并充分搅拌,使得塑料薄膜表面的污垢剥离出去。再用高频振动筛对混合物进行筛选:筛下物就是瓜果皮及蔬菜水果的碎屑与水的混合物,被污泥泵抽走,有成熟的处理工艺进行处理;而筛上物则是较为洁净的塑料薄膜,稍加处理可以利用,制造塑料颗粒可塑料地板,从而达到塑料薄膜资源回收的环保目的。

Claims (6)

1.一种塑料薄膜与瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等分离工艺及所用设备,其特征在于首先用皮带机将物料提升,立式渐进可调间距多层锤式碾碎机将脆性的瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等被多道碾碎、而韧性的塑料薄膜不被碾碎,再度提升至搅拌机加水搅拌清洗、使塑料表面洁净,用振动筛将塑料薄膜与被碾碎的杂物分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于首先用皮带机将物料提升实现供料,使其进入立式渐进可调间距多层锤式碾碎机。
3.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于立式渐进可调间距多层锤式碾碎机将脆性的瓜果皮蔬菜茎叶等被多道碾碎、而韧性的塑料薄膜不被碾碎。
4.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于将碾碎后的混合物再次被提升至搅拌机中兑清水进行搅拌清洗,使塑料表面洁净。
5.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于用振动筛将塑料薄膜与被碾碎的杂物分离,获得较为洁净的塑料薄膜。
6.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于包括皮带提升机(1)完成物料提升;立式渐进可调间距多层锤式碾碎机由减速电机(2)、皮带轮传动系(3)、物料入口(4)、六角驱动轴(5)、伞锥式物料分配器(6)、圆盘流星锤安装座(7)、可调整位置流星锤(8)、销轴(9)、齿形调整压块(10)、流星锤砧圈座(11)、出料清扫器(12)、出料口(13)、轴承座(14)、安装台架(15)组成,完成对物料中的瓜果皮及蔬菜茎叶碾压破碎,因为从上到下流星锤对砧圈座从大到小都有间隙,所以对塑料薄膜几乎起不到破碎作用;螺旋提升机(16),完破碎后的混合物再次提升;进水管(17),对混合物料注入适合的水源完成对塑料薄膜的清洗;桨叶螺旋搅拌机(18),将水与混合物搅拌清洗、将污垢从塑料薄膜表面剥离;圆形振动筛(19),筛网孔的大小与碾碎物配合适当,可以将所有碾碎物随水浆筛下被污泥泵(20)抽出集中处理,塑料薄膜则从筛子上层选出装入吨袋(21)。
