本发明提供一种木屑分离装置,包括回收桶,所述回收桶为下部横截面积逐渐减少的锥筒形结构;所述回收桶下部的两侧设置有回收仓;所述回收仓与回收桶相连接处设置有筛板;所述筛板上设置有若干通孔;所述回收桶的底部设置有粗料出口;所述回收仓的底部设置有细料出口;所述回收桶的顶部设置有电机和进料口;所述进料口下部的回收桶内设置有若干粉碎机;所述电机下部的回收桶内连接有搅拌杆;所述搅拌杆上设置有若干搅拌桨;所述筛板上通孔孔径的大小可调。本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够将不同大小的颗粒状木屑分离开,方便进一步加工使用。
Description
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材加工设备,特别是涉及一种木屑分离装置。
(二)背景技术
木材加工以木材为原料,用机械或化学方法进行的加工,其产品仍保持木材的基本特性。木材加工的过程中,会产生大量的木屑,这些木屑有些散落在车间,有些被排气装置排出并落至地面,这是一种极大程度的资源浪费,仅仅将木屑集中堆积,等待其降解,需要花费大量的时间,同时也占面积。散落的木屑也容易被风吹走,造成环境的二次污染,各种木屑的大小也不尽相同,重新利用起来也有一定的难度,因此有必要设计一种能把各种大小的木屑重新回收利用的设备。
(三)发明内容
为了克服现有木材加工设备的不足之处,本发明提供了一种木屑分离装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本方案的一种木屑分离装置,包括回收桶,所述回收桶为下部横截面积逐渐减少的锥筒形结构;所述回收桶下部的两侧设置有回收仓;所述回收仓与回收桶相连接处设置有筛板;所述筛板上设置有若干通孔;所述回收桶的底部设置有粗料出口;所述回收仓的底部设置有细料出口;所述回收桶的顶部设置有电机和进料口;所述进料口下部的回收桶内设置有若干粉碎机;所述电机下部的回收桶内连接有搅拌杆;所述搅拌杆上设置有若干搅拌桨。
进一步,所述筛板上通孔孔径的大小可调。
本发明的有益之处在于:结构简单,使用方便,能够将不同大小的颗粒状木屑分离开,方便进一步加工使用。

下面结合附图对本发明的一种实施方式做出简要说明。
如图1和图2的一种木屑分离装置,包括回收桶1,所述回收桶1为下部横截面积逐渐减少的锥筒形结构;所述回收桶1下部的两侧设置有回收仓2;所述回收仓2与回收桶1相连接处设置有筛板3;所述筛板3上设置有若干通孔4;所述回收桶1的底部设置有粗料出口5;所述回收仓2的底部设置有细料出口6;所述回收桶1的顶部设置有电机7和进料口8;所述进料口8下部的回收桶1内设置有若干粉碎机9;所述电机7下部的回收桶1内连接有搅拌杆10;所述搅拌杆10上设置有若干搅拌桨11;所述筛板3上通孔4孔径的大小可调。
本实例的工作过程:将各种形状和大小的木屑通过进料口8加入到回收桶1中,粉碎机9将大颗粒的木屑进行粉碎,电机7带动搅拌杆10和搅拌桨11对木屑进行搅拌,在搅拌的作用下,小颗粒的木屑可以通过筛板3上的通孔4进入到回收仓2中,通过细料出口6回收利用,大颗粒的木屑通过粗料出口5进行回收。

1.一种木屑分离装置,包括回收桶,其特征在于:所述回收桶为下部横截面积逐渐减少的锥筒形结构;所述回收桶下部的两侧设置有回收仓;所述回收仓与回收桶相连接处设置有筛板;所述筛板上设置有若干通孔;所述回收桶的底部设置有粗料出口;所述回收仓的底部设置有细料出口;所述回收桶的顶部设置有电机和进料口;所述进料口下部的回收桶内设置有若干粉碎机;所述电机下部的回收桶内连接有搅拌杆;所述搅拌杆上设置有若干搅拌桨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木屑分离装置,其特征在于:所述筛板上通孔孔径的大小可调。
