本发明涉及垃圾分拣技术领域,具体为一种干式分拣机。
背景技术
生活垃圾处理依然大量采用对环境存在负面影响的焚烧、填埋方法,如何有效处置,愈渐成为各个城市的环境难题,为营造绿色可持续的社会发展环境,让垃圾真正实现“变废为宝”,还必须经过分拣和处理,现有技术中对垃圾进行分拣处理中,对垃圾的分拣效果不好,分拣效率低,对垃圾中的铜铁铝等杂质的分拣不方便,对垃圾中的木块杂质处理一般采用水泡处理,对水泡后悬浮在水面上的木块杂质进行收集,容易造成木块杂质发霉腐烂,影响分拣效果,因此,设计一种干式分拣机是很有必要的。

本发明的目的在于提供一种干式分拣机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种干式分拣机,包括工作台、分拣台、第一传输带、固定架、下料筒、粉碎仓、分拣仓、第二传输带、粉碎电机、入料孔、粉碎轴、粉碎刀、进料导管、固定法兰、滚筒筛、齿圈、调速电机、减速机、传动轴、齿轮、液压缸、筛板、出料导管、干洗机、出料口和进料口,所述工作台的顶部一端安装有分拣台,所述分拣台上设置有第一传输带,所述分拣台一端通过固定架安装有下料筒,所述第一传输带一端安装有粉碎仓,所述粉碎仓的内部中间焊接有粉碎电机,所述粉碎电机的输出端与粉碎轴固定连接,所述粉碎轴上均匀焊接有粉碎刀,所述粉碎仓底部安装有分拣仓,所述分拣仓内部对称设置有滚筒筛,且滚筒筛外壁两端均固定有固定法兰,所述滚筒筛表面中间两端均对称安装有齿圈,所述滚筒筛内部一端安装有筛板,所述滚筒筛一侧设置有调速电机,所述调速电机的输出端与减速机连接,所述减速机的输出端通过传动轴与齿轮连接,且齿轮与齿圈相互啮合,所述调速电机一侧设置有液压缸,所述液压缸的输出端通过活塞杆与一端的固定法兰连接,所述分拣仓的下方安装有第二传输带,所述第二传输带一侧设置有干洗机,所述干洗机顶部一端开设有进料口,所述干洗机顶部另一端一侧开设有出料口。

进一步的,所述第一传输带和第二传输带两端均安装有转轮,且转轮通过伺服电机驱动。

与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:垃圾通过下料筒下料至第一传输带上,通过人工分拣出垃圾中的塑料袋,矿泉水瓶及其他塑料,分拣后的垃圾进入到粉碎仓内,粉碎电机工作,带动粉碎轴转动,通过粉碎刀对垃圾进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的垃圾通过进料导管进入到滚筒筛内,调速电机工作,通过减速机和传动轴相配合,带动齿轮转动,齿轮与齿圈相互啮合,通过齿圈带动滚筒筛转动,与筛板相配合,进行转动筛选,对垃圾中的铜铁铝进行分拣,液压缸工作,调整滚筒筛的倾角,便于筛选,筛选后的垃圾落在第二传输带上,通过第二传输带进行扬场,将垃圾中的木块杂质分离出来,然后将木块杂质通过进料口投入到干洗机中,干洗机为现有技术中的普通干洗机,通过干洗机对木块杂质进行干洗,干洗后的成品通过出料口排出,对垃圾的分拣效果好,分拣效率高,分拣方便,对木块杂质处理效果好,木块杂质不易发霉腐烂。
