本发明公开了一种水电站厂房的防水施工方法,施工具体步骤如下:(1)基层处理;(2)喷涂底层,喷涂2mm液体橡胶喷涂料;(3)喷涂聚脲弹性体层,1.2‑1.5mm厚聚脲喷涂层,喷涂3~4遍完成,覆盖底层,两层膜的接茬宽度30‑50cm。本发明的有益效果是:将液体橡胶喷涂料作为底层,大大提高了聚脲弹性体与混凝土的附着力,将聚脲弹性体的优势发挥出来。喷涂聚脲弹性体防水技术解决了厂房震动变形及防水材料长期外露,紫外线照射使材料老化等问题,大大延长了防渗层的使用寿命,可节约不必要的维修费用,还可以避免因维修加固对水电站的正常生产造成不必要的损失,因此,其综合经济效益非常可观。

技术领域
本发明属于防水施工技术领域,具体涉及一种水电站厂房的防水施工方法。
背景技术
屋面防水是建筑工程中容易出现质量问题的环节,也是多年来一直未能很好解决的难题,特别是在有震动要求的厂房屋面,对防水材料的选择和施工质量要求更高。目前,较多采用的是刚性及柔性防水两种做法。刚性防水由于温差应变,易开裂渗水,大多不被采纳;柔性防水主要有改性沥青油毡、SBS 和APP 改性油毡、高分子防水卷材和防水涂料等,这种材料经过日光老化后会出现开裂,即使防水材料自身不开裂, 也会因为混凝土的开裂
(由振动、应力变化等因素引起)而断裂。特别是建筑屋面存在大量预埋或穿墙金属构件的情况,采用有机卷材作为防水层很容易造成大量施工接缝,也是以后运行出现渗漏的隐患之一。
水电站厂房屋面存在大量的出线塔、互感器支架、电缆穿孔管道甚至各种空调室外机支架底座等突出结构物,细部结构,容易引起结构变形、温差变形、干缩变形的薄弱部位,防止因上述部位结构变形造成混凝土基材开裂引起的破坏成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为了上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种水电站厂房的防水施工方法,施工具体步骤如下:
(1)基层处理:去除表面的突出物, 分格缝、油渍、灰皮、浮浆等,宽度大于1mm 以上的干缩缝预先处理平整,基层表面应打磨平光;支架处理:首先清除支架周边松动混凝土或砂浆,打磨清洗干净;屋面伸缩缝施处理:首先凿除伸缩缝内杂物并清洗干净, 然后沿

(2)喷涂底层,喷涂2mm液体橡胶喷涂料;
(3)喷涂聚脲弹性体层,1.2-1.5 mm 厚聚脲喷涂层,喷涂3~4 遍完成,覆盖底层,两层膜的接茬宽度30-50cm;平面施工时, 除注意每幅宽搭接宽度和喷涂方向外还应注意操作人员移动速度, 喷枪与基层的距离,这些都关系到喷涂后的厚薄是否均匀。喷涂进行中应及时清理基层; 在每一遍喷涂完成后, 应马上进行检查, 对凸出于表面的杂物可用壁纸刀割除, 对由针孔和缝洞引起的凹陷可用快速固化封堵材料填平。垂直面施工在平面施工要求基础上, 还要注意每遍喷涂不能太厚, 以防止产生“流挂”。为达到表面平匀, 可以通过喷枪、混合室、喷嘴的不同组合控制, 也可以通过控制喷枪的移动速度来调整。特殊部位施工:对于阴阳角、金属预埋件等特殊部位, 应做增强处理, 即先喷涂一遍聚脲弹性体材料作为附加层;
进一步的,所述液体橡胶喷涂料具体成分为:所述液体橡胶喷涂料分为A、B 两种组分;所述A 组分为阴离子液体橡胶沥青乳液;所述B 组分为凝结剂溶液;所述A组分,以质量百分比表示,液体橡胶沥青乳液重量固含量为50—75%,其中,橡胶乳液10—25%,沥青乳液1—60%,阴离子分散剂0.01—2%,阴离子表面活性剂0.01—2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1—10%,OEP-70 0.1—10%,AEP 0.1—10% ,炭黑0—3%,细粉料0—3%,防冻助剂0.5—3%;所述B组分,以质量百分比表示,由氯化钙、复合铝铁聚合物混合配制而成的浓度为3—18% 的水溶液,所述复合铝铁聚合物为聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁中的一种或两种;所述具有液体橡胶喷涂料B组分和A组分的喷涂容量比为1/15—1/3.5
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:液体橡胶喷涂料具备很好的力学性能和防老化性能。结构自防水应在保证钢筋混凝土结构的自防水能力的同时,保证防水混凝土达到规定的密实性、抗渗性、抗裂性、防腐性和耐久性。优选防水材料、优化细节部位防水设计,保证防水效果可靠。将液体橡胶喷涂料作为底层,大大提高了聚脲弹性体与混凝土的附着力,将聚脲弹性体的优势发挥出来。喷涂聚脲弹性体防水技术解决了厂房震动变形及防水材料长期外露,紫外线照射使材料老化等问题,大大延长了防渗层的使用寿命,可节约不必要的维修费用,还可以避免因维修加固对水电站的正常生产造成不必要的损失,因此,其综合经济效益非常可观。

实施例
配制液体橡胶喷涂料,所述液体橡胶喷涂料分为A、B 两种组分;所述A 组分为阴离子液体橡胶沥青乳液;所述B 组分为凝结剂溶液;
A 组分阴离子液体橡胶沥青乳液合计100kg,其中,聚氯丁二烯橡胶乳液25kg,80 号石油沥青乳液30kg,阴离子分散剂TH—904 为 0.15kg、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物0.15kg、CD—4为0.15kg,阴离子表面活性剂松香皂1kg、合成脂肪酸皂0.5kg、烷基磺酸盐0.2kg,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,OEP-70 3%,AEP 4% ;炭黑1.5kg,细度不小于800 目的瓷粉0.75kg,CX-01防冻助剂0.8kg,水为余量。B组分,以质量百分比表示,由氯化钙、复合铝铁聚合物混合配制而成的浓度为3—18% 的水溶液;B 组分,以质量百分比表示,由95% 氯化钙、1.5% 氯化钠、5% 复合铝铁聚合物混合配制而成的浓度为10% 的水溶液,复合铝铁聚合物为聚合氯化铝。该液体橡胶喷涂料B 组分和A 组分的喷涂容量比为1/15—1/3.5。
施工具体步骤如下:

2. 如权利要求1所述的一种水电站厂房的防水施工方法,其特征在于,所述液体橡胶喷涂料具体成分为:所述液体橡胶喷涂料分为A、B 两种组分;所述A 组分为阴离子液体橡胶沥青乳液;所述B 组分为凝结剂溶液;所述A组分,以质量百分比表示,液体橡胶沥青乳液重量固含量为50—75%,其中,橡胶乳液10—25%,沥青乳液1—60%,阴离子分散剂0.01—2%,阴离子表面活性剂0.01—2%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1—10%,OEP-70 0.1—10%,AEP 0.1—10% ,炭黑0—3%,细粉料0—3%,防冻助剂0.5—3%;所述B组分,以质量百分比表示,由氯化钙、复合铝铁聚合物混合配制而成的浓度为3—18% 的水溶液,所述复合铝铁聚合物为聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁中的一种或两种;所述具有液体橡胶喷涂料B组分和A组分的喷涂容量比为1/15—1/3.5。
