Abstract
本发明公开了一种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法,该种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法包括以下步骤:湿化、纤维梳理、预漂白、初漂白、氧化漂白、中和、水洗、脱水干燥和再梳理,间位芳纶废纤维经湿化和梳理后进入到漂白阶段,漂白阶段设置有多级漂白步骤,具体包括预漂白、初漂白、氧化漂白和中和,漂白后的间位芳纶废纤维经水洗干燥和梳理处理。通过上述方式,本发明漂白前的湿化梳理使间位芳纶废纤维原料整齐便于漂白,去除杂质和疵点;设置有预漂白、初漂白和氧化漂白三级漂白步骤,能够达到均匀的漂白效果且不误伤间位芳纶废纤维,降低间位芳纶废纤维的色度,使其达到三等品的标准,提高经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉纺织技术领域,特别是涉及一种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法。
背景技术
间位芳纶是一种开发早、应用广、产量大、发展快的耐高温纤维品种,其总量居特种纤维的第二位。其分子结构为:聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺是排列规整的锯齿型大分子,在熔融以前就已经分解,玻璃化温度Tg为270℃,在350℃以下不会发生明显的分解和碳化。当温度超过400℃时,纤维逐渐发脆、炭化直至分解,但是不会产生熔滴;在火焰中不延燃,具有较好的阻燃性,极限氧指数LOI为29%—32%,性能极佳。其具有优异的耐高温性,良好的尺寸稳定性,优良的可纺性、防火性和耐腐蚀性。
芳纶是我国发展航天航空和国防军工必不可少的重要材料,也是支撑我国轨道交通、先进汽车、环保、新能源和通讯技术等产业发展的关键基础材料。提升国产回收芳纶废纤维及其复合材料的技术水平,推动应用工程化水平,对推动我国战略性新兴产业的发展、保护生态环境和公众健康都具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法,漂白前的湿化梳理使间位芳纶废纤维原料整齐便于漂白,能够达到均匀的漂白效果且不误伤间位芳纶废纤维,降低间位芳纶废纤维度,使其柔软,便于染色。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法,该种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)湿化,将间位芳纶废纤维原料和水以1:3的质量比放置到密闭环境中,水以喷雾形式洒于间位芳纶废纤维原料上,时间为12h;
(2)间位芳纶废纤维梳理,双层梳梳理间位芳纶废纤维原料,使间位芳纶废纤维原料整齐便于漂白,去除杂质和疵点;
(3)预漂白,将梳理好的间位芳纶废纤维原料放置到稳定剂DELINOL 9258中,间位芳纶废纤维原料与稳定剂DELINOL 9258比例为1:5~1:20,PH值为6~8,温度为45℃~60℃,时间1h~2h;
(4)初漂白,将步骤(3)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到初漂白液中,初漂白液由亚氯酸钠和水组成,调节PH值为3~4,温度为45℃~80℃,时间0.5h~1h;
(5)氧化漂白,将步骤(4)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到漂白液中,漂白液由以下质量百分比成分组成:0.15%~0.8%双氧水、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂DELINOL 9258、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂LAVATEX 9188和水,PH值为9~13,温度为75℃~85℃,时间0.5h~1h;
(6)中和,将步骤(4)中的间位芳纶废纤维置于甲酸水溶液中,其质量比为1:5,时间为时间0.5h~1h;
(7)水洗,将中和后的间位芳纶废纤维置于循环水流中清洗,PH值为6~8,温度为50℃~70℃,时间1h~2h;
(8)脱水干燥,将水洗后的间位芳纶废纤维风干,风干后的间位芳纶废纤维置于间位芳纶废纤维烘干机内烘干处理;
(9)再梳理,将水洗后的间位芳纶废纤维通过双层梳进行梳理。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:漂白前的湿化梳理使间位芳纶废纤维原料整齐便于漂白,去除杂质和疵点;设置有预漂白、初漂白和氧化漂白三级漂白步骤,能够达到均匀的漂白效果且不误伤间位芳纶废纤维,降低间位芳纶废纤维度,使其柔软,
便于染色。

本发明实施例包括:
一种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法,该种间位芳纶废纤维处理方法包括以下步骤:
(1)湿化,将间位芳纶废纤维原料和水以1:3的质量比放置到密闭环境中,水以喷雾形式洒于间位芳纶废纤维原料上,时间为12h;
(2)间位芳纶废纤维梳理,双层梳梳理间位芳纶废纤维原料,使间位芳纶废纤维原料整齐便于漂白,去除杂质和疵点;
(3)预漂白,将梳理好的间位芳纶废纤维原料放置到稳定剂DELINOL 9258中,间位芳纶废纤维原料与稳定剂DELINOL 9258比例为1:5~1:20,PH值为6~8,温度为45℃~60℃,时间1h~2h;
(4)初漂白,将步骤(3)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到初漂白液中,初漂白液由亚氯酸钠和水组成,调节PH值为3~4,温度为45℃~80℃,时间0.5h~1h;
(5)氧化漂白,将步骤(4)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到漂白液中,漂白液由以下质量百分比成分组成:0.15%~0.8%双氧水、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂DELINOL 9258、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂LAVATEX 9188和水,PH值为9~13,温度为75℃~85℃,时间0.5h~1h;
(6)中和,将步骤(4)中的间位芳纶废纤维置于甲酸水溶液中,其质量比为1:5,时间为时间0.5h~1h;
(7)水洗,将中和后的间位芳纶废纤维置于循环水流中清洗,PH值为6~8,温度为50℃~70℃,时间1h~2h;
(8)脱水干燥,将水洗后的间位芳纶废纤维风干,风干后的间位芳纶废纤维置于间位芳纶废纤维烘干机内烘干处理;
(9)再梳理,将水洗后的间位芳纶废纤维通过双层梳进行梳理。

(1)湿化,将间位芳纶废纤维和水以1:3的质量比放置到密闭环境中,水以喷雾形式洒于间位芳纶废纤维上,时间为12h;
(2)间位芳纶废纤维梳理,双层梳梳理间位芳纶废纤维原料;
(3)预漂白,将梳理好的间位芳纶废纤维原料放置到稳定剂DELINOL 9258中,间位芳纶废纤维原料与稳定剂DELINOL 9258比例为1:5~1:20,PH值为6~8,温度为45℃~60℃,时间1h~2h;
(4)初漂白,将步骤(3)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到初漂白液中,初漂白液由亚氯酸钠和水组成,调节PH值为3~4,温度为45℃~80℃,时间0.5h~1h;
(5)氧化漂白,将步骤(4)得到的间位芳纶废纤维放置到漂白液中,漂白液由以下质量百分比成分组成:0.15%~0.8%双氧水、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂DELINOL 9258、0.05%~0.25%稳定剂LAVATEX 9188和水,PH值为9~13,温度为75℃~85℃,时间0.5h~1h;
