本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体是涉及一种压缩机润滑油。
背景技术
压缩机油是指一类石油产品。用于润滑压缩机的汽缸、阀及活塞杆密封处。要求有较高的抗氧化安定性、高的闪点,通常闪点应较压缩机压缩时的最高温度高出40℃,其粘度应适合压缩机的类型和工作条件。目前,如何提高压缩机润滑油的质量一直是人们所值得探讨的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种制备简单,稳定性好的压缩机润滑油。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,其配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡60-65%、矿物油20-30%、环氧大豆油5-10%、抗泡剂0.05-0.1%、清净剂1-3%、油性剂0.5-1%、防锈剂0.5-1%。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油;清净剂为烷基苯磺酸钙;油性剂采用二聚脂肪酸;防锈剂采用三油酸山梨酯。
进一步地,它的配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡62-64%、矿物油24-26%、环氧大豆油7-9%、抗泡剂0.05-0.1%、清净剂1-3%、油性剂0.5-1%、防锈剂0.5-1%。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用主要由氯化石蜡、矿物油、环氧大豆油、抗泡剂、清净剂、油性剂、防锈剂配制而成的压缩机润滑油,性能优越,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
实施例1
本发明是一种压缩机润滑油,其配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡62%、矿物油25%、环氧大豆油9%、抗泡剂0.05%、清净剂1.95%、油性剂1%、防锈剂1%。抗泡剂为甲基硅油;清净剂为烷基苯磺酸钙;油性剂采用二聚脂肪酸;防锈剂采用三油酸山梨酯。
实施例2
本实施例中,压缩机润滑油的配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡64%、矿物油26%、环氧大豆油7%、抗泡剂0.1%、清净剂1.9%、油性剂0.05%、防锈剂0.05%。抗泡剂为甲基硅油;清净剂为烷基苯磺酸钙;油性剂采用二聚脂肪酸;防锈剂采用三油酸山梨酯。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用主要由氯化石蜡、矿物油、环氧大豆油、抗泡剂、清净剂、油性剂、防锈剂配制而成的压缩机润滑油,性能优越,稳定性好。

1.一种压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,其配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡60-65%、矿物油20-30%、环氧大豆油5-10%、抗泡剂0.05-0.1%、清净剂1-3%、油性剂0.5-1%、防锈剂0.5-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,清净剂为烷基苯磺酸钙。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,油性剂采用二聚脂肪酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,防锈剂采用三油酸山梨酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机润滑油,其特征在于,它的配方按重量百分比包括氯化石蜡62-64%、矿物油24-26%、环氧大豆油7-9%、抗泡剂0.05-0.1%、清净剂1-3%、油性剂0.5-1%、防锈剂0.5-1%。
