Abstract
本发明公开一种木薯切片机,包括机架、脱皮笼、斗槽、旋转刀盘、电机,所述的脱皮笼通过滚动轴承设置在机架上,所述的电机设于机架上,位于脱皮笼的下方,电机的输出端连接皮带轮,所述的脱皮笼与皮带轮之间通过脱皮笼皮带连接,受脱皮笼皮带驱动可在滚动轴承上滚动;所述的脱皮笼的两端开口,所述的斗槽设于脱皮笼一端的开口下方;所述的旋转刀盘通过刀盘轴与皮带轮连接,当皮带轮转动时,带动旋转刀盘转动,旋转刀盘与斗槽下端连接。本发明结构简单、合理,使用方便快捷、效率高,降低劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明属于农用机械设备领域,具体涉及一种木薯切片机。
背景技术
木薯,是灌木状多年生作物。茎直立,木质,高2-5m,单叶互生掌状深裂,纸质,披针形。单性花,圆锥花序,顶生,雌雄同序。木薯于十九世纪二十年代引入我国,首先在广东省高州一带栽培,随后引入海南岛,现已广泛分布于华南地区,以广西、广东和海南栽培最多,福建、云南、江西、四川和贵州等省的南部地区亦有引种试种。
木薯是世界三大薯类之一,广泛栽培于热带和亚热带地区。在我国南亚热带地区,木薯是仅次于水稻、甘薯、甘蔗和玉米的第五大作物。它在作物布局,饲料生产,工业应用等方面具有重要作用,已成为广泛种植的主要的加工淀粉和饲料作物。木薯为大戟科植物木薯的块根,木薯块根呈圆锥形、圆柱形或纺锤形,肉质,富含淀粉。木薯粉品质优良,可供食用,或工业上制作酒精、果糖、葡萄糖等。木薯的各部位均含氰苷,有毒,鲜薯的肉质部分须经水泡、干燥等去毒加工处理后才可食用。由于鲜薯易腐烂变质,一般在收获后尽快加工成淀粉、干片、干薯粒等。
目前木薯的干片加工,切片都是要靠人工操作,这样不但效率低,而且工人的劳动强度很大,这对于我国的木薯产业的发展,产生了很不利的影响。因此,如果有一种木薯切片机实现木薯切片的机械化,一定会推进我国木薯产业的蓬勃发展,但可惜的是直到目前仍然没有这种木薯切片机出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计制造一种木薯切片机,以克服目前木薯的干片加工,切片都是要靠人工操作,这样不但效率低,而且工人的劳动强度很大的缺点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的木薯切片机,包括机架、脱皮笼、斗槽、旋转刀盘、电机,所述的脱皮笼通过滚动轴承设置在机架上,所述的电机设于机架上,位于脱皮笼的下方,电机的输出端连接皮带轮,所述的脱皮笼与皮带轮之间通过脱皮笼皮带连接,受脱皮笼皮带驱动可在滚动轴承上滚动;所述的脱皮笼的两端开口,所述的斗槽设于脱皮笼一端的开口下方;所述的旋转刀盘通过刀盘轴与皮带轮连接,当皮带轮转动时,带动旋转刀盘转动,旋转刀盘与斗槽下端连接。
进一步,所述的脱皮笼为圆柱状的内空笼子,表面有多根栅条,两端开口,一端为木薯进入口,另一端为脱皮木薯出口。
进一步,所述的脱皮笼用钢枝或扁钢做成。
进一步,所述的电机或发动机连接减速箱。
进一步,所述的脱皮笼固定有与脱皮笼皮带连接的脱皮笼皮带槽。
进一步,所述的旋转刀盘为金属圆盘,平面上开有一个以上刀槽口。
进一步,所述的旋转刀盘的每个刀槽口旁固定有刀片,刀片与旋转刀盘的平面的夹角为5-60°。
本发明的工作过程为:
将木薯整条放入脱皮笼中,启动电机,经变速箱的输出轴后通过皮带轮与脱皮笼皮带传动驱动脱皮笼;同时皮带轮带动旋转刀盘旋转;脱皮完成的木薯从斗槽来到旋转刀盘处,旋转刀盘上的刀片对木薯进行切片。
本发明的有益效果:
实现了木薯切片的机械化,切片效率大大提高。克服了现时切片都是要靠人工操作,这样不但效率低,而且工人的劳动强度很大的缺点。

下面结合具体的实施例来说明本发明的性能。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的木薯切片机,包括机架6、脱皮笼1、斗槽2、旋转刀盘3、电机8,所述的脱皮笼1通过滚动轴承9设置在机架6上,所述的电机8设于机架6上,位于脱皮笼1的下方,电机8的输出端连接皮带轮5,所述的脱皮笼1与皮带轮5之间通过脱皮笼皮带11连接,受脱皮笼皮带11驱动可在滚动轴承9上滚动;所述的脱皮笼1的两端开口,所述的斗槽2设于脱皮笼1一端的开口下方;所述的旋转刀盘3通过刀盘轴4与皮带轮5连接,当皮带轮5转动时,带动旋转刀盘3转动,旋转刀盘3与斗槽2下端连接。
所述的脱皮笼1为圆柱状的内空笼子,表面有多根栅条,两端开口,一端为木薯进入口,另一端为脱皮木薯出口。
所述的脱皮笼1用钢枝或扁钢做成。
所述的电机8或发动机连接减速箱7。
所述的脱皮笼1固定有与脱皮笼皮带11连接的脱皮笼皮带槽12。
所述的旋转刀盘3为金属圆盘,平面上开有一个以上刀槽口13。
所述的旋转刀盘3的每个刀槽口13旁固定有刀片14,刀片14与旋转刀盘3的平面的夹角为5-60°。
本发明的工作过程为:
将木薯整条放入脱皮笼中,启动电机8,经变速箱7的输出轴后通过皮带轮5与脱皮笼皮带11传动驱动脱皮笼1;同时皮带轮5带动旋转刀盘3旋转;脱皮完成的木薯从斗槽2来到旋转刀盘3处,旋转刀盘3上的刀片14对木薯进行切片。

1.一种木薯切片机,包括机架(6)、脱皮笼(1)、斗槽(2)、旋转刀盘(3)、电机(8),其特征在于:所述的脱皮笼(1)通过滚动轴承(9)设置在机架(6)上,所述的电机(8)设于机架(6)上,位于脱皮笼(1)的下方,电机(8)的输出端连接皮带轮(5),所述的脱皮笼(1)与皮带轮(5)之间通过脱皮笼皮带(11)连接,受脱皮笼皮带(11)驱动可在滚动轴承(9)上滚动;所述的脱皮笼(1)的两端开口,所述的斗槽(2)设于脱皮笼(1)一端的开口下方;所述的旋转刀盘(3)通过刀盘轴(4)与皮带轮(5)连接,当皮带轮(5)转动时,带动旋转刀盘(3)转动,旋转刀盘(3)与斗槽(2)下端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的脱皮笼(1)为圆柱状的内空笼子,表面有多根栅条,两端开口,一端为木薯进入口,另一端为脱皮木薯出口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的脱皮笼(1)用钢枝或扁钢做成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的电机(8)或发动机连接减速箱(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的脱皮笼(1)固定有与脱皮笼皮带(11)连接的脱皮笼皮带槽(12)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的旋转刀盘(3)为金属圆盘,平面上开有一个以上刀槽口(13)。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的木薯切片机,其特征在于:所述的旋转刀盘(3)的每个刀槽口(13)旁固定有刀片(14),刀片(14)与旋转刀盘 (3)的平面的夹角为5-60°。
