Abstract

本发明公开了一种单螺杆压缩机，单螺杆压缩机的螺杆上开有压缩气体用的压缩螺槽和传动用的传动螺槽，2种螺槽交错布置，数量相同；单螺杆压缩机的的星轮上有用于压缩气体的压缩齿和用于传动的传动齿，2种齿交错布置，数量相同；所述星轮上的齿的数量和所述螺槽数量耦合，保证每种齿型落入各自的螺槽中。由于传动用的传动螺槽和传动齿，可以用常规方法加工，易于达到高精度和高硬度和高光洁度，能保证所述单螺杆压缩机运行平稳持久，能保证所述压缩螺槽和所述压缩齿的间隙不变，从而能保证所述单螺杆压缩机长时间高效率运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及单螺杆压缩机，具体为一种螺杆上开有互相间隔的压缩螺槽和传动螺槽，星轮上开有互相间隔的压缩齿和传动齿的单螺杆压缩机。
背景技术
目前单螺杆压缩机(参看附图4)的螺杆上只有压缩用的螺槽，星轮也是只有一种齿，一般螺槽数为6个，星轮齿数为11个，这是为了保证各个槽和齿的磨损均匀，以获得较长的稳定运行时间；由于运行时是由螺杆带动星轮转动，接触不可避免，磨损较快，运行不久，排气量就会下降；为了解决磨损问题，也有用非金属材料做星轮片，减轻磨损程度，保证螺杆的完好，运行时只需定期更换星轮片，但是也不能从根本上解决磨损问题。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种，螺杆和星轮微磨损或无磨损，可以长时间高效运行的单螺杆压缩机。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种单螺杆压缩机，在它的螺杆上开有同样数量的压缩气体用的宽螺槽和传动用的窄螺槽，所述两种槽交错布置；所述星轮上有压缩用星轮齿和传动用星轮齿，所述两种齿数量相同，交错布置；所述星轮齿数量和所述螺槽数量耦合，保证每种齿型落入所述各自的螺槽中。
方案1：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽和所述星轮上的传动齿相啮合；
方案2：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽和所述星轮上的轴承相啮合；
方案3：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽内安装有滚珠，所述滚珠和所述星轮上的柱体相啮合。

如图3所示，本实施例中，螺槽和星轮，螺杆和星轮的啮合如图所示，所述传动星轮齿是圆柱体，所述传动槽的曲面上装有滚珠，所诉圆柱体和所述滚珠啮合；在任一时刻，都有多于1个的所述圆柱体和所述滚珠啮合着。

1.一种单螺杆压缩机，包括螺杆和星轮，螺杆上开有2种螺槽，分别是压缩螺槽和传动螺槽，星轮上设有2种齿，分别是压缩齿和传动齿，螺杆上的压缩螺槽与星轮上的压缩齿啮合，用于压缩气体，螺杆上的传动螺槽与星轮上的传动齿啮合，用于传动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺杆压缩机，所述传动螺槽的曲面上装有滚珠，所述滚珠与所述传动齿啮合。
