本发明公开了一种单螺杆压缩机，它的螺杆上开有压缩气体的螺槽和传动用的螺槽，两种槽交错布置，数量相同；它的星轮齿有用于压缩气体的宽齿和用于传动的窄齿，2种齿交错布置，数量相同；所诉星轮齿数量和所诉螺槽数量耦合，保证所诉每种齿型落入所诉各自的螺槽中。比如，所诉螺槽各有6个，所诉星轮齿各有10个或12个。由于所诉传动用的螺槽和星轮齿，可以用常规方法加工，易于达到高精度和高硬度和高光洁度，能保证所诉单螺杆压缩机运行平稳持久，能保证所诉压缩用螺槽和所诉压缩用星轮的间隙不变，从而能保证所诉单螺杆压缩机长时间高效率运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及单螺杆压缩机，具体为一种螺杆上开有互相间隔的压缩螺槽和传动螺槽，星轮上开有互相间隔的压缩齿和传动齿的单螺杆压缩机。
背景技术
目前单螺杆压缩机(参看附图4)的螺杆上只有压缩用的螺槽，星轮也是只有一种齿，一般螺槽数为6个，星轮齿数为11个，这是为了保证各个槽和齿的磨损均匀，以获得较长的稳定运行时间；由于运行时是由螺杆带动星轮转动，接触不可避免，磨损较快，运行不久，排气量就会下降；为了解决磨损问题，也有用非金属材料做星轮片，减轻磨损程度，保证螺杆的完好，运行时只需定期更换星轮片，但是也不能从根本上解决磨损问题。
发明内容
本发明是要提供一种，螺杆和星轮微磨损或无磨损，可以长时间高效运行的单螺杆压缩机。
本发明所采用的技术方案为：一种单螺杆压缩机，在它的螺杆上开有同样数量的压缩气体用的宽螺槽和传动用的窄螺槽，所诉两种槽交错布置；所诉星轮上有压缩用星轮齿和传动用星轮齿，所诉两种齿数量相同，交错布置；所诉星轮齿数量和所诉螺槽数量耦合，保证每种齿型落入所诉各自的螺槽中。
方案1：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽和所诉星轮上的传动齿相啮合；
方案2：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽和所诉星轮上的轴承相啮合；
方案3：所述螺杆上的传动螺槽内安装有滚珠，所诉滚珠和所诉星轮上的柱体相啮合。

如图3所示，本实施例中，螺槽和星轮，螺杆和星轮的啮合如图所示，所诉传动星轮齿是圆柱体，所诉传动槽的曲面上装有滚珠，所诉圆柱体和所诉滚珠啮合；在任一时刻，都有多于1个的所诉圆柱体和所诉滚珠啮合着。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单螺杆压缩机，其螺杆上开有2种螺槽，所诉2种螺槽分别用于压缩和传动；其星轮上有2种齿，所诉2种齿分别用于压缩和传动；所诉压缩螺槽和所诉压缩齿啮合，所诉传动齿上装有轴承，所诉轴承和所诉传动螺槽啮合。
