Abstract
本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体地说是一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜,包括PET聚酯纤维骨架布、补强丁腈橡胶,PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面分别涂有补强丁腈橡胶,补强丁腈橡胶包括硝酸滑石、丁腈橡胶本体,硝酸滑石占补强丁腈橡胶的重量百分比为10‑13%。本发明同现有技术相比,由PET聚酯纤维骨架布双面涂有补强丁腈橡胶,经高温硫化定性而成,采用硝酸滑石补强的丁腈橡胶,可以大幅提高其与聚合物的相容性,解决在聚合物中易团聚而分散不均匀的困难,使本发明具有良好的力学性能,优异的热稳定性,在使用温度长期保持60‑70℃的情况下,不出现皱褶,脱层、砂眼、缺胶、破裂现象,其拉伸强度、扯断伸长率及屈挠性能显著提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体地说是一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜。
背景技术
膜式燃气表是我国工业用及民用燃气流量计量的重要工具,其技术水平与质量稳定性是人民生命财产安全的基础保障,是整个燃气供应产业链中必不可少的环节。从生态环境看,天然气作为一种清洁优质的能源,在我国改善能源结构以及中国石油大力推动低碳经济发展的过程中,获得了前所未有的大发展。
然而,由于地球特殊的气候特点,仅中国华南地区日平均气温≥20℃的天数在200天以上,冬季不冷,夏季高温多雨;在热带地区,如非洲北部、亚洲阿拉伯半岛和澳大利亚一些地区就是典型代表,白天太阳辐射强,地面加热迅速,气温可高达60~80℃。上升气流强,但因空气干燥,极少成云致雨,只有狂风沙尘,放置在户外的膜式燃气表,需要长期经受60~80℃的高温,并且在此过程中不出现燃气表皮膜脱层、起壳、破裂等情况,保持长期的正确计量特性,这对于目前的普通丁腈橡胶皮膜是无能为力的。
因此,需要设计一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜,以实现较高的强度和耐受高温能力,解决高温脱层、起壳、破裂的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜,以实现较高的强度和耐受高温能力,解决高温脱层、起壳、破裂的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜,包括PET聚酯纤维骨架布、补强丁腈橡胶,其特征在于:PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面分别涂有补强丁腈橡胶,补强丁腈橡胶包括硝酸滑石、丁腈橡胶本体,硝酸滑石占补强丁腈橡胶的重量百分比为10-13%。
所述的硝酸滑石包括滑石粉、浓硝酸,滑石粉与浓硝酸的摩尔比为1:3。
所述的滑石粉为Mg3[Si4O10](OH)2。
所述的硝酸滑石按如下步骤制备:步骤1,采用粉末漏斗将滑石粉逐量加到浓硝酸中,形成溶液,步骤2,对溶液进行剧烈搅拌后,向溶液内添加质量百分比为30%的去离子水,并保持溶液PH值在3-5,温度为55±2℃的条件下,进行动态晶化3h,再进行静态晶化24h,步骤3,对晶化后的产物依次进行过滤、洗涤至滤液PH值为6-7、抽干成滤饼、真空干燥、500℃中温焙烧后,形成硝酸滑石。
所述的补强丁腈橡胶涂覆在PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面后,放入模具,在150℃的温度和3.0MPa的压力下,通过12分钟的高温硫化定性,形成成品。
本发明同现有技术相比,由PET聚酯纤维骨架布双面涂有补强丁腈橡胶,经高温硫化定性而成,采用硝酸滑石补强的丁腈橡胶,可以大幅提高其与聚合物的相容性,解决在聚合物中易团聚而分散不均匀的困难,使本发明具有良好的力学性能,优异的热稳定性,在使用温度长期保持60-70℃的情况下,不出现皱褶,脱层、砂眼、缺胶、破裂现象,其拉伸强度、扯断伸长率及屈挠性能显著提高,在60-70℃的环境下,采用本发明的膜式燃气表的使用寿命提高1-2倍,增强了膜式燃气表的市场竞争力,满足了用户需求。
具体实施方式
现对本发明做进一步描述。
本发明是一种用于高温膜式燃气表的硝酸滑石改性皮膜,包括PET聚酯纤维骨架布、补强丁腈橡胶,PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面分别涂有补强丁腈橡胶,补强丁腈橡胶包括硝酸滑石、丁腈橡胶本体,硝酸滑石占补强丁腈橡胶的重量百分比为10-13%。硝酸滑石包括滑石粉、浓硝酸,滑石粉为Mg3[Si4O10](OH)2,滑石粉与浓硝酸的摩尔比为1:3。

Claims (3)
1.一种硝酸滑石用于高温膜式燃气表的皮膜的用途,所述皮膜包括PET聚酯纤维骨架布、补强丁腈橡胶,其特征在于,所述PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面分别涂有所述补强丁腈橡胶,所述补强丁腈橡胶包括硝酸滑石、丁腈橡胶本体,所述硝酸滑石占所述补强丁腈橡胶的重量百分比为10-13%,
其中,所述硝酸滑石按如下步骤制备得到:
步骤1,采用粉末漏斗将滑石粉逐量加到浓硝酸中,形成溶液,
步骤2,对溶液进行剧烈搅拌后,向溶液内添加质量百分比为30%的去离子水,并保持溶液pH值在3-5,温度为55±2℃的条件下,进行动态晶化3h,再进行静态晶化24h,
步骤3,对晶化后的产物依次进行过滤、洗涤至滤液pH值为6-7、抽干成滤饼、真空干燥、500℃中温焙烧后,形成所述硝酸滑石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硝酸滑石用于高温膜式燃气表的皮膜的用途,其特征在于,所述滑石粉与所述浓硝酸的摩尔比为1:3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硝酸滑石用于高温膜式燃气表的皮膜的用途,其特征在于,所述补强丁腈橡胶涂覆在所述PET聚酯纤维骨架布的双面后,放入模具,在150℃的温度和3.0MPa的压力下,通过12分钟的高温硫化定型,形成成品。
