Description

一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃剂,尤其涉及一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,属于拉链技术领域。
背景技术
拉链是重要的民生产品,广泛应用于服装、箱包、鞋等日用品中。拉链由链牙、拉头、布带等组成,一般拉链有两片链带,每片链带上各自有一列链牙,两列链牙相互交错排列;拉头夹持两侧链牙,借助拉襻滑行,即可使两侧的链牙相互啮合或脱开。拉链根据材质的不同,主要分为三大类:金属拉链、尼龙拉链和树脂拉链。随着服装业的发展和人们生活水平、质量的不断提高,人们对于拉链产品性能的要求也越来越高。
拉链质量的好坏能直接影响到人们生活的方便与否,而影响拉链质量的因素有很多,其中,拉链的耐高温性及阻燃性是衡量拉链质量的重要因素之一。现行技术中,为了提高拉链的耐高温性及阻燃性,常用的方法是在拉链的制造原材料中添加阻燃剂,以使拉链具备一定的耐燃烧性。因此,阻燃剂的合理应用,成为影响拉链阻燃性能好坏的关键。目前,无机阻燃剂以其良好的稳定性、安全性以及低成本等优点,应用较为广泛。然而,无机阻燃剂由于填充量大、相容性差,不具有耐氯性和耐久性,因而应用范围受到很大的限制。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,该阻燃剂采用两步反应进行合成,制得的阻燃剂不仅具有优异的阻燃性能,而且具有良好的耐氯性和持久的阻燃效果。
本发明是一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,所述的阻燃剂包含的原料组分为:亚磷酸二乙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷、甲醇钠,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)混合反应合成中间体,b)混合反应合成固体产物,c)洗涤与干燥处理。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的阻燃剂包含的原料组分质量百分比为:亚磷酸二乙酯23%,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺21%,环氧氯丙烷52%,甲醇钠4%。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 a)中,混合反应合成中间体包括如下步骤:1)将99%亚磷酸二乙酯溶液和98% N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺溶液混合并加热至50℃;2)加入甲醇钠以40r/min速度搅拌反应6h;3)静置沉淀2h并过滤,得到无色透明的黏稠液体即中间体。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤 b)中,混合反应合成固体产物包括如下步骤:1)用氢氧化钠溶液调节步骤 a)中合成的中间体pH值至7.5并加热至70℃;2)加入环氧氯丙烷以50r/min速度搅拌反应6h;3)冷却、抽滤,得到固体产物。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,洗涤与干燥处理包括如下步骤:1)用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤3次步骤b)中制得的固体产物;2)将固体产物放入90℃恒温干燥箱中干燥4h。
本发明揭示了一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,该阻燃剂采用两步反应进行合成,制得的阻燃剂不仅具有优异的阻燃性能,而且具有良好的耐氯性和持久的阻燃效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂制备方法的工序步骤图;该阻燃剂包含的原料组分为:亚磷酸二乙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷、甲醇钠,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)混合反应合成中间体,b)混合反应合成固体产物,c)洗涤与干燥处理。
本发明提及的用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂以亚磷酸二乙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷为主要原料,以甲醇钠为催化剂,通过优化工艺条件,采用两步反应法进行合成。该阻燃剂是一种膨胀型的磷-氮阻燃剂,其受热分解后可以放出水蒸气、氨气等不燃性气体,促使聚合物发泡并膨胀,再生成海绵状的炭质泡沫层,从而起到隔氧、隔热、抑烟的良好效果,并可以有效地防止融滴的产生。经测试,采用该阻燃剂整理后的织物不仅具有良好的阻燃性能,而且经过含有氯的溶液处理以及多次水洗后仍具有阻燃性能。
实施例
具体制备方法如下:
a)混合反应合成中间体,具体制备过程为:首先按质量百分比计,称取23%的亚磷酸二乙酯、21%的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、52%的环氧氯丙烷、4%的甲醇钠;再分别配制浓度为99%的亚磷酸二乙酯溶液和浓度为98% 的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺溶液;然后将上述两种溶液混合均匀,并加热至50℃;随后向混合溶液中加入甲醇钠,以40r/min速度搅拌反应6h;最后静置沉淀2h,再过滤去除凝结物,得到无色透明的黏稠液体即中间体。
b)混合反应合成固体产物,首先用氢氧化钠溶液调节步骤 a)中合成的中间体pH值至7.5,再加热至70℃;然后缓慢加入环氧氯丙烷,以50r/min速度搅拌反应6h;随后冷却至室温,经抽滤后得到固体产物。
c)洗涤与干燥处理,首先用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤3次步骤b)中制得的固体产物,然后将固体产物放入90℃恒温干燥箱中干燥4h,即制得高性能阻燃剂。
本发明揭示了一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,该阻燃剂采用两步反应进行合成,制得的阻燃剂不仅具有优异的阻燃性能,而且具有良好的耐氯性和持久的阻燃效果。

1.一种用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂包含的原料组分为:亚磷酸二乙酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、环氧氯丙烷、甲醇钠,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)混合反应合成中间体,b)混合反应合成固体产物,c)洗涤与干燥处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的阻燃剂包含的原料组分质量百分比为:亚磷酸二乙酯23%,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺21%,环氧氯丙烷52%,甲醇钠4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤 a)中,混合反应合成中间体包括如下步骤:1)将99%亚磷酸二乙酯溶液和98% N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺溶液混合并加热至50℃;2)加入甲醇钠以40r/min速度搅拌反应6h;3)静置沉淀2h并过滤,得到无色透明的黏稠液体即中间体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤 b)中,混合反应合成固体产物包括如下步骤:1)用氢氧化钠溶液调节步骤 a)中合成的中间体pH值至7.5并加热至70℃;2)加入环氧氯丙烷以50r/min速度搅拌反应6h;3)冷却、抽滤,得到固体产物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于拉链的高性能阻燃剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤c)中,洗涤与干燥处理包括如下步骤:1)用去离子水和无水乙醇分别洗涤3次步骤b)中制得的固体产物;2)将固体产物放入90℃恒温干燥箱中干燥4h。
