Abstract
本发明公开了一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,包括以下重量百分比的组分:40‑68%的PVC颗粒,18‑30%的改性木粉,10‑16%的长纤维,10‑15%的改性石粉,3‑6%的晶石,其余为胶水;PVC颗粒为回收塑料,改性木粉为回收木屑,长纤维为秸秆,改性石粉为混凝土回收垃圾,晶石料为回收的彩色石子或玻璃;本发明还提出了一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)去除有机质,2)改性处理,3)长纤维丝化,4)晶石碾磨,5)混浆,6)单层薄膜的制备及7)墙纸的制备。本发明为以白色污染垃圾为主的各类垃圾提供了一个广阔的消纳平台,得到立体感、色彩及纹理丰富的墙纸,是一种以木塑垃圾为原料的高端产品,同时其铺设简单、铺设质量较高且不易起边。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木塑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑,即木塑复合材料(Wood- Plastic Composites,WPC),是的一类新型复合材料,指利用聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚氯乙烯等,代替通常的树脂胶粘剂,与超过 35%-70%以上的木粉、稻壳、秸秆等废植物纤维混合成新的木质材料,再经挤压、模压、注塑成型等塑料加工工艺,生产出的板材或型材。主要用于建材、家具、物流包装等行业。
其中,PVC木塑产品可以用新料,也可以用回收垃圾做原料,并且改性容易,因而为木塑类垃圾提供一个非常好的消纳平台。目前PVC回收垃圾一般应用于包装、家具及建材领域,具有成本低、应用广,性能佳等特点,光室内就有PVC木塑地板、踢脚线、天花板、电视墙以及各类家具。实际上PVC墙纸的立体观感及环保性能均较佳,是一种高端壁纸产品,但在壁纸或幕布领域,PVC木塑垃圾应用得较少,究其原因是因为PVC墙纸并非以PVC为基材,故而白色污染垃圾的消纳能力有限。
专利CN 106671556 A提出了“一种高性能墙纸的制备方法”,其就采用PVC浆料制备的PVC人造革为基材,大大提高了白色污染垃圾的消纳能力;但是同时由于其基材厚度较高,铺设较难,在墙体上容易起边,故而并不适合大范围应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,包括以下重量百分比的组分:40-68%的PVC颗粒,18-30%的改性木粉,10-16%的长纤维,10-15%的改性石粉,3-6%的晶石,其余为胶水。
优选地,PVC颗粒的主要原料为经消毒清洁处理的PVC回收塑料。
优选地,改性木粉具体为改性的回收木屑垃圾,改性木粉的主要成分为磺甲基木质素或磺酸化木质素。
优选地,长纤维为经软化及揉搓后形成的碎秸秆纤维。
优选地,改性石粉的主要原料为添加改性剂的混凝土回收垃圾,改性剂具体为钛铝酸脂,铝酸脂、硅烷及硬脂酸中的任一种。
优选地,晶石的原料为回收的彩色石子或彩色玻璃。
优选地,胶水具体为聚氨酯胶水或环氧树脂胶水。
优选地,晶石的细度为200-250目,改性目粉的细度为250-350目,改性石粉的细度为500-600目。
本发明还提出了一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)去除有机质:经生物发酵,除去回收木屑和秸秆中的有机质,清洗后,回收木屑经超细粉碎机粉碎,得木粉,备用;秸秆经软化及揉搓后,得长纤维,备用;
2)改性处理:搅拌下,将木粉加入到浓度为0.5-3mol/L的亚硫酸钠醇水溶液,150-180℃下反应4-8h,过滤烘干后得改性木粉;将混凝土回收垃圾采用超细球磨机粉碎后,添加改性剂,继续球磨3-6h,得改性石粉;
3)长纤维丝化:采用高压乳化法,将长纤维丝化处理,得长纤维丝;
4)晶石碾磨:回收的彩色晶石经过碾磨碾碎并磨平,得到晶石细粒;
5)混浆:170-200℃下,将PVC回收塑料熔融,搅拌下依次加入配方量的改性石粉,改性木粉,长纤维丝及晶石细粒,并加入少量的表面活性剂及1倍投料量的乙醇,高压密封下继续搅匀5-15min,得到墙纸浆料;
6)单层薄膜的制备:将墙纸浆料采用压延机,压成单层薄膜;
7)墙纸的制备:将2-6层的单层薄膜采用贴合机在150℃下贴合,再使用165℃压纹机压纹,冷却后经过印花及烫金处理,得到成品木纹系墙纸。
优选地,晶石的细度为200-250目,改性目粉的细度为250-350目,改性石粉的细度为500-600目。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明采用PVC回收塑料、秸秆、回收木屑、混凝土回收垃圾以及回收的彩色晶石等废料作为原料,经过改性、制粉、制浆及压延处理得到PVC薄膜,并将多层的PVC薄膜进行叠层贴合及压纹,再经过印花及烫金处理,得到立体感、色彩及纹理丰富的墙纸,是一种以木塑垃圾为原料的高端产品;
2.本发明为以白色污染垃圾为主的各类垃圾提供了一个广阔的消纳平台,其过程无需添加各种添加剂、稳定剂及其他的原料,节约成本,消纳垃圾的能力非常高。
3.本发明采用多层PVC薄膜,叠层贴合共筑墙纸的主体结构,避免了现有技术中直接采用PVC软板材作为基材而导致的墙纸太厚及其产生的后续不利影响;此是源于多层PVC薄膜贴合以后不仅增强了密封性及力学强度,同时还保证了柔软度,在铺设墙体时不会出现起边等不利影响。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)去除有机质:经生物发酵,除去回收木屑和秸秆中的有机质,清洗后,回收木屑经超细粉碎机粉碎,得木粉,备用;秸秆经软化及揉搓后,得长纤维,备用;
2)改性处理:搅拌下,将木粉加入到浓度为0.5-3mol/L的亚硫酸钠醇水溶液,150-180℃下反应4-8h,过滤烘干后得改性木粉;将混凝土回收垃圾采用超细球磨机粉碎后,添加改性剂,继续球磨3-6h,得改性石粉;
3)长纤维丝化:采用高压乳化法,将长纤维丝化处理,得长纤维丝;
4)晶石碾磨:回收的彩色晶石经过碾磨碾碎并磨平,得到晶石细粒;
5)混浆:170-200℃下,将PVC回收塑料熔融,搅拌下依次加入以下重量百分比的组分:40-68%的PVC颗粒,18-30%的改性木粉,10-16%的长纤维,10-15%的改性石粉,3-6%的晶石,其余为胶水,并加入少量的表面活性剂及1倍投料量的乙醇,高压密封下继续搅匀5-15min,得到墙纸浆料;
6)单层薄膜的制备:将墙纸浆料采用压延机,压成单层薄膜;
7)墙纸的制备:将2-6层的单层薄膜采用贴合机在150℃下贴合,再使用165℃压纹机压纹,冷却后经过印花及烫金处理,得到成品木纹系墙纸。
PVC颗粒的主要原料为经消毒清洁处理的PVC回收塑料;改性木粉具体为改性的回收木屑垃圾,改性木粉的主要成分为磺甲基木质素或磺酸化木质素;长纤维为经软化及揉搓后形成的碎秸秆纤维;改性石粉的主要原料为添加改性剂的混凝土回收垃圾,改性剂具体为钛铝酸脂,铝酸脂、硅烷及硬脂酸中的任一种;晶石的原料为回收的彩色石子或彩色玻璃;胶水具体为聚氨酯胶水或环氧树脂胶水。
本发明采用各种木塑以及建筑垃圾作为原料,制备出厚度为0.15mm左右的PVC复合的单层薄膜,并将其进行叠层贴合及压纹,再经过印花及烫金处理,得到表面带有晶石色彩、纤丝结构的成品木纹系墙纸。关于薄膜的层数,以2-6层为宜,尤其以4-5层合适,太厚容易导致PVC硬板化,铺设较难,太薄则密封性及防水性较差且容易磨损。

Claims (9)
1.一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:40-68%的PVC颗粒,18-30%的改性木粉,10-16%的长纤维,10-15%的改性石粉,3-6%的晶石,其余为胶水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述PVC颗粒的主要原料为经消毒清洁处理的PVC回收塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述改性木粉具体为改性的回收木屑垃圾,所述改性木粉的主要成分为磺甲基木质素或磺酸化木质素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述长纤维为经软化及揉搓后形成的碎秸秆纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述改性石粉的主要原料为添加改性剂的混凝土回收垃圾,所述改性剂具体为钛铝酸脂,铝酸脂、硅烷及硬脂酸中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述晶石的原料为回收的彩色石子或彩色玻璃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述胶水具体为聚氨酯胶水或环氧树脂胶水。
8.一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)去除有机质:经生物发酵,除去回收木屑和秸秆中的有机质,清洗后,回收木屑经超细粉碎机粉碎,得木粉,备用;秸秆经软化及揉搓后,得长纤维,备用;
2)改性处理:搅拌下,将木粉加入到浓度为0.5-3mol/L的亚硫酸钠醇水溶液,150-180℃下反应4-8h,过滤烘干后得改性木粉;将混凝土回收垃圾采用超细球磨机粉碎后,添加改性剂,继续球磨3-6h,得改性石粉;
3)长纤维丝化:采用高压乳化法,将长纤维丝化处理,得长纤维丝;
4)晶石碾磨:回收的彩色晶石经过碾磨碾碎并磨平,得到晶石细粒;
5)混浆:170-200℃下,将PVC回收塑料熔融,搅拌下依次加入配方量的改性石粉,改性木粉,长纤维丝及晶石细粒,并加入少量的表面活性剂及1倍投料量的乙醇,高压密封下继续搅匀5-15min,得到墙纸浆料;

9.根据权利要求1或8所述的一种用木塑垃圾制成的木纹系墙纸,其特征在于,所述晶石的细度为200-250目,所述改性目粉的细度为250-350目,所述改性石粉的细度为500-600目。
