本发明公开了一种软木精料生产工艺,该生产工艺所述的生产步骤包括:选用软木树皮,通过粉碎机粉碎至毛颗粒料,而后送入磨盘机去掉老皮,得到初颗粒料,再达入震动筛对初颗粒料分选,进一步去除杂物,并得到纯颗粒料,再送入到旋风分离器中分离,得到精颗粒,然后送入到磨料机碾磨成细颗粒料,再送入物料袋打包。本发明自动化程度高,生产效率高,生产成本低,防尘效果好。

背景技术
软木精料是指从最初的树皮原材料到最后变为用于生产软木的材料,这种精料的生产要经过多道加工工艺才能实现。现有的生产工艺所用的设备生产效率低,生产成本高,防尘效果差,对环境影响大。

本发明的目的是提供一种软木精料生产工艺。
本发明要解决的是现有软木精料生产工艺生产效率低,生产成本高,防尘效果差,对环境影响大的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的软木精料生产工艺包括如下步骤:选用软木树皮,通过粉碎机粉碎至毛颗粒料,而后送入磨盘机去掉老皮,得到初颗粒料,再达入震动筛对初颗粒料分选,进一步去除杂物,并得到纯颗粒料,再送入到旋风分离器中分离,得到精颗粒,然后送入到磨料机碾磨成细颗粒料,再送入物料袋打包。
本发明的有益效果是:发明所述的软木精料生产工艺自动化程度高,系统生产效率高,生产成本低,防尘效果好,有利于保护环境。

本发明所述的软木精料生产工艺的生产步骤包括:选用软木树皮,通过粉碎机粉碎至毛颗粒料,而后送入磨盘机去掉老皮,得到初颗粒料,再达入震动筛对初颗粒料分选,进一步去除杂物,并得到纯颗粒料,再送入到旋风分离器中分离,得到精颗粒,然后送入到磨料机碾磨成细颗粒料,再送入物料袋打包。
所述的软木树皮为栓皮栎树皮。所述的毛颗粒粒径为1mm-12mm,细颗粒料粒径为4目---32目。所述的粉碎机为碎片粉碎机,所述的磨盘机为锥面磨盘机或平面磨盘机,所述的磨料机为磨盘式小钢磨。
所述的震动筛为分层式震动筛或滚筒式震动筛,震动筛的网格孔径为1mm-12mm。
所述的滚筒式震动筛1左到右依次设有1mm孔径筛网段11、2mm孔径筛网段12、3mm孔径筛网段13、4mm孔径筛网段14、5mm孔径筛网段15。

1.一种软木精料生产工艺,其特征在于该生产工艺所述的生产步骤包括:选用软木树皮,通过粉碎机粉碎至毛颗粒料,而后送入磨盘机去掉老皮,得到初颗粒料,再达入震动筛对初颗粒料分选,进一步去除杂物,并得到纯颗粒料,再送入到旋风分离器中分离,得到精颗粒,然后送入到磨料机碾磨成细颗粒料,再送入物料袋打包。
2.根据权利要求1所述的软木精料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的软木树皮为栓皮栎树皮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的软木精料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的毛颗粒粒径为1mm-12mm,细颗粒料粒径为4目---32目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的软木精料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的粉碎机为碎片粉碎机,所述的磨盘机为锥面磨盘机或平面磨盘机,所述的磨料机为磨盘式小钢磨。
5.根据权利要求1所述的软木精料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的震动筛为分层式震动筛或滚筒式震动筛,震动筛的网格孔径为1mm-12mm。
