背景技术
抹茶是用天然石磨碾磨成微粉状的、覆盖的、蒸青的绿茶。抹茶源于中国隋朝,兴起于唐朝,鼎盛于宋朝,至今已有一千多年的历史。“碧云引风吹不断,白花浮光凝碗面”。是唐代诗人卢仝对抹茶的赞美,诗句中对抹茶泡沫的形状、颜色做了描述和赞美。
近几十年来,人们对茶叶的认识已经大大加深,对茶叶功能性的物质本质也有了深刻的了解。在抗生素、生长激素的毒副作用日益遭到质疑的今天,茶多酚以其独特的生物学功能和“绿色”本质越来越深入到人们的饮食生活中。
普通茶虽然含有极高的营养成分、但是茶叶里真正溶于水的部分仅仅35%,大量的不溶于水的有效成分都被人们当做茶渣扔掉。实验证明,吃茶比之喝茶能够汲取更多的营养,一碗抹茶里的营养成分超过30杯普通绿茶,所以日本茶道的老师们几乎无一不长寿天年,变喝茶为吃茶不仅是一个饮食习惯的改革,同时也是适应快节奏现代化生活的需要。
有研究表明茶多酚能清除机体内过多的有害自由基,能够再生人体内的α-VE、VC、GSH、SOD等高效抗氧化物质,从而保护和修复抗氧化系统,对增强机体免疫、对防癌、防衰老都有显著效果。长喝绿茶能降低血糖、血脂、血压,从而预防心脑血管疾病,日本昭和大学的医学研究小组的在1毫升稀释至普通茶水的20分之1浓度的茶多酚溶液里放入10000个剧毒大肠杆菌0-157,五个小时后细菌全部死亡,一个都不剩。日本的妇女们喜欢在买来的成品牛奶或酸奶里加入抹茶,因为加了抹茶后保鲜期可以延长一倍。所以,日本的中小学校终年给孩子们免费提供绿茶,条件好的提供加了抹茶的绿茶,来预防肠胃道疾病。抹茶的纤维素是菠菜的52.8倍,是芹菜的28.4倍,其消食解腻、减肥健美、去除痘痘的功效,受到了当今爱美女性的青睐。
茶的最早发现与利用,是从药用开始的,“神农尝百草,日遇七十二毒,得茶而解之。”晋张华《博物志》也同样有“饮真荼,令人少眠”的说法。陶弘景《杂录》中所说“茗荼轻身换骨,昔丹丘子黄君服之”。其实对丹丘子饮茶的记载还有早于此的汉代的《神异记》:余姚人虞洪,入山采茗。遇一道士,牵三青牛,引洪至瀑布山,曰:“予丹丘子也。闻子善具饮,常思见惠。山中有大茗,可以相给,祈子他日有瓯栖之余,乞相遗也。”因立奠祀。后常令家人入山,获大茗焉。丹丘子为汉代“仙人”,茶文化中最早的一个道家人物,历史上的余姚瀑布山为产茶名山。因此“大茗”与“仙茗”的记载亦完全一致。还有西汉壶居士在《食忌》中所说:“苦荼,久食羽化。”都说明茶开始时被利用是和药联系起来的。

丁葵草:是一种多年生豆科小草本,生于荒野。全草夏秋采收,晒干,可以祛瘀消肿,调起利湿。
地黄叶:双子叶植物药玄参科植物地黄的叶,可入药,用于热风伤阴、舌绛烦渴、发斑发疹、吐血、衄血、咽喉肿痛。
蘘荷:是一种多年生姜科草本,根部具有药用价值,其嫩花序、嫩叶可当蔬菜,花序可治咳嗽,配生香榧治小儿百日咳有显效。
海浮石:一般是由铝、钾、钠的硅酸盐所成,具有标准的多孔构造,形似蛀窠,有时具管状构造,可入药。
一种茶糕点养生粥的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将山芋洗净、去皮、切块,准备砂锅,加入山芋块、足量的水,大火烧开砂锅,小火熬制30~40min直至山芋即将粉化,捣碎山芋,之后搅拌,并用纱布滤除残渣,留下山芋浆,保持温度80~90℃;
(2)将红茶、绿茶、白茶、核桃仁、混合加入粉磨机磨成粉,同时加入抹茶、牛蒡粉、芝麻糊、红豆粉,混合均匀,并倒入(1)所述的山芋浆里,搅拌成糊状,冷却,烘干成饼状;
(3)将(2)所述的饼状混合材料切成小丁,将山楂、青椒、柿饼、红枣、百合剁碎,之后混合以上所述食料作为辅料;
(4)准备砂锅,加入(3)所述的混合食料、黑米、紫米、豌豆、水,大火烧开砂锅,小火煮10~15min,打开砂锅,加入葡萄、花生奶、蜂王浆、助剂,再次烧开,焖15~20min即可。
本发明的的优点:茶虽然含有极高的营养成分、但是茶叶里真正溶于水的部分仅仅35%,大量的不溶于水的有效成分都被人们当做茶渣扔掉,本发明的优点在于,将茶做成糕点,利用山芋浆作为粘合剂,混合在粥中,经过高温的蒸煮,可以使茶的营养得到充分的发挥,本发明的粥,混合了茶糕点,葡萄等多种材料,不仅味道鲜美,更能使茶这种日常只饮用的食品可以很轻松的食用,而且茶有丰富的纤维素,可促进消化,清肠道,有助减肥。
