本发明公开了一种氧气生产装置的氧气储存罐,包括罐体、固定架、进气控制机构、进气管、罐体搁置板、棉花层、出气管、进气旋转套、过渡出气口、进气孔、弧形凹槽、压力保险机构和过渡进气口,罐体通过压力保险通道与罐体的内腔相连接,在压力保险通道内插入铝锌合金柱,压力保险通道与罐体内腔的连通口处固定安装有铝箔片,铝箔片与铝锌合金柱的底部接触,本发明当需要调节进入罐体的氧气流量的时候,只需要转动进气旋转套,从而进气旋转套四周面上过渡出气口与进气管管口上的过渡进气口的相对连通口的大小,实现调节进气流量的目的。

本发明涉及一种氧气储存罐,具体是一种氧气生产装置的氧气储存罐。
背景技术
氧气通常状况下是一种无色无味的气体,且氧气通常是无毒,氧气占大气总量的20.9%,是空气的主要成分,在标准的大气压下,冷却至-182.962摄氏度时,变成没有颜色的液体,冷却至-218.4摄氏度时,液态氧变成雪状的固体。
氧气在运输或者储存的过程中,一般都是被压缩成液体储存在罐体内,现在的氮气储存罐存在的问题就是罐体上没有设置防爆保险阀或者防爆保险阀不够灵敏,在罐体内部急剧升温时,罐体内的气压没有及时被排出,极其容易出现爆瓶的问题,而且现在的氧气储存瓶在注入氧气时,氧气注入的流量调节效果也不是很好。

本发明的目的在于提供一种氧气生产装置的氧气储存罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种氧气生产装置的氧气储存罐,包括罐体、固定架、进气控制机构、进气管、罐体搁置板、棉花层、出气管、进气旋转套、过渡出气口、进气孔、弧形凹槽、压力保险机构和过渡进气口,所述罐体外壁安装有固定架,固定架上开设有与罐体底部对应的通孔,固定架内腔固定安装有罐体搁置板,罐体搁置板开设有与罐体底部相对应的弧形凹槽,所述罐体设有内层和外层,且罐体的内层和外层之间安装有棉花层,罐体的顶部与出气管固定连接,所述罐体上固定安装有进气管,进气管远离罐体的一端转动连接有进气控制机构,进气控制机构由进气旋转套、过渡出气口和进气孔组成,进气旋转套开设有进气孔,进气旋转套开设有与进气管的管口相适应的圆柱槽,圆柱槽的四周开设有若干个均匀分布的过渡出气口,进气管的管口开设有与过渡出气口相对应的过渡进气口,进气旋转套的圆柱槽壁与进气管管口的口壁紧密接触。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明当需要调节进入罐体的氧气流量的时候,只需要转动进气旋转套,从而进气旋转套四周面上过渡出气口与进气管管口上的过渡进气口的相对连通口的大小,实现调节进气流量的目的,当向氧气储存罐通入氧气时,氧气不断增加导致氧气储存罐的气压急剧升高时,当压力达到一定值的时候,罐体内的氧气将压力保险通道与罐体内腔的连通口处的铝箔片顶破,并将铝锌合金柱从保险阀的压力保险通道内顶出,从而高压氧气从压力保险通道及时排除,防止出现爆瓶的危险。

所述罐体1设有内层和外层,且罐体1的内层和外层之间安装有棉花层7,通过棉花层7的设置,棉花层7能够起到氧气储存罐在搬运的过程中一定的减震作用,防止在搬运的过程中颠簸而导致氧气储存罐发生爆炸,罐体1的顶部与出气管8固定连接,出气管8远离罐体1的一端安装有出发阀9,通过出气阀9的设置,当需要提供氧气的时候,通过打开出气阀9用导管输送氧气。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧气生产装置的氧气储存罐,其特征在于,所述罐体(1)顶部固定安装有压力保险机构(17),压力保险机构(17)由铝箔片(10)、铝锌合金柱(11)和保险阀(12)组成,罐体(1)通过压力保险通道与罐体(1)的内腔相连接,在压力保险通道内插入铝锌合金柱(11),压力保险通道与罐体(1)内腔的连通口处固定安装有铝箔片(10),铝箔片(10)与铝锌合金柱(11)的底部接触。
