技术领域
本发明涉及水煤浆生产技术领域,更具体的说,尤其涉及一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂。
背景技术
水煤浆是一种新型、高效、清洁的煤基燃料,是燃料家庭的新成员,它是由65%-70%不同粒度分布的煤,29-34%左右的水和约1%的化学添加剂制成的多元粗分散体系,它具有石油一样的流动性,可以泵送、雾化、燃烧,其产生的热值相当于油的一半,被称为液态煤炭产品,可用于电站锅炉、工业锅炉和工业窑炉代油、代气、代煤燃烧,是当今洁净煤技术的重要组成部分。
水煤浆添加剂包括分散剂、稳定剂及其他一些辅助化学药剂,主要作用是改变煤粒表面的亲水性,增强静电斥力,促进煤粒均匀地分散在水中,防止煤粒聚结,提高水煤浆的流动性。
当前的水煤浆制浆工艺,多采用湿法制浆工艺,湿法制浆工艺包括:磨矿制浆工艺、浮选精煤制浆工艺、煤泥制浆工艺等,湿法制浆做为一项成熟的制浆工艺,被广大企业所采用,同时水煤浆制浆工艺也在不断的改进中,例如最具典型干法制浆工艺,原煤→破碎→干磨→捏混(加入水与分散剂)→搅拌(加入稳定剂)→滤浆(滤出杂物)→水煤浆成品,其中还有一种干法制浆工艺,其工艺流程如下:原煤→破碎→干磨→筛选→入仓(加入添加剂,雾化喷淋)→包装→输送至用户处→搅拌(加入清水)→滤浆→水煤浆成品,其工艺作为一项新型水煤浆制浆工艺,由于其制作工艺简单,投资少等原因,被一些企业所采用,但是其工艺也存在着不少的问题,如磨矿环节,煤的细度与煤细度对水煤浆的成浆性及原煤的质量等,由此后期的制作对水煤浆添加剂的要求就有所提高,如何增加水煤浆后期搅拌过程中,提高浆体的流动性尤其重要。
针对这一情况进行研究并进行改良,提供一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,本发明不仅具有水煤浆助磨剂还包括稳定剂与分散剂的功能,在水煤浆细磨过程添加助磨剂后,具有降低粘度、提高浓度的效果,并旨在通过该技术,达到解决问题与提高实用价值性的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的水煤浆添加剂以分散剂和稳定剂为主,而无法提高水煤浆磨制效率的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,由以下具体技术手段所达成:
一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,将各原料配比,以重量百分数计;包括:助磨剂5-10%、分散剂75-85%、稳定剂3-5%、pH调节剂3-5%、乳化剂3-5%、消泡剂1-3%,水余量。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂所述助磨剂为马来酸钠或三乙醇胺,有助于煤炭的研磨,提高煤炭研磨的细度,提高水煤浆成浆质量,使浆体具有良好的流变性。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂所述分散剂为改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物,原料资源丰富,价格便宜,易得,制浆稳定性能好,能够有效改变煤粒表面性质,利于降低煤浆粘度,促使颗粒在水中分散,使浆体具有良好的流变性和稳定性。
作为本技术方案的进一步优化,本发明一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂所述稳定剂为聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠,其共同特点具有良好的水溶性,分散悬浮性,粘合增稠,保持水分对浆体起到了较好的稳定效果。

下面将结合本发明实施例对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
本发明提供一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂的具体技术实施方案:
该水煤浆助磨剂适用于水煤浆干法制浆工艺,以干法制浆生产水煤浆原料100吨计算,原煤粉99吨、水煤浆助磨剂为1吨,将各原料配比以重量计。
具体实施步骤:
实施例一,
1、取550公斤改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物;
2、加入550公斤的水溶解;
3、加入30公斤的聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠;
4、加入83公斤的马来酸钠或三乙醇胺;
5、再加入30公斤的OP-10或OP-30;
6、使用pH测试装置测试pH当前值,如pH值低于9-11时;
7、加入适量的或30公斤的氢氧化钠或氨盐,搅拌均匀,再次测试pH值;
8、最后加入10公斤的硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油,再次搅拌混合均匀;
9、加入水余量549.5公斤,稀释至40%待用。
实施例二:
1、取600公斤改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物;
2、加入600公斤水配制成50%溶液;
3、加入50公斤的氢氧化钠或氨盐,加热搅拌均匀,放置冷却,测试pH值为9-11时;
4、加入35公斤马来酸钠或三乙醇胺,搅拌均匀,放置2小时;
5、加入30公斤的OP-10或OP-30,进行搅拌;
6、加入10公斤的聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌过程中,加入5公斤的硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油进行混合,均匀搅拌混合调制成浆体;
7.加入水余量495公斤,稀释至40%待用。
实施例三:
1、将50公斤氢氧化钠或氨盐与650公斤改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物及40公斤马来酸钠与10公斤羧甲基纤维素钠,拌匀调制成干粉备用;
2、后期制浆进行搅拌时,加入水1177.5公斤与30公斤的OP-10或OP-30及5公斤的硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油混合配制成40%溶液备用。
此上三个实施例为干法制浆,其制浆过程如下:
将原煤进行破碎,经过干磨后,通过筛选装置,并选取较小粒径的煤粉,再集中到煤粉仓内,煤粉经过传送带进入仓内期间,将稀释后的添加剂,通过雾化喷淋装置,均匀喷洒在待进入仓内的煤粉表面上,入仓内后经全自动装袋机进行包装,运输至加工单位或用户处,开袋并加入到磨制混合装置内,按比例加入一定量的清水,在磨制混合均匀后,通过滤浆装置,提取水煤浆产品,存入水煤浆储浆池内。
在此法制浆过程中,由于后期采用搅拌细磨混合的装置,水煤浆添加剂的后期助磨作用相当关键。
在后期制备时,通过水煤浆添加剂内少量助磨剂,在磨制混合水煤浆时,其助磨作用,即能增加煤粉颗粒表面上的吸附能力,又增加了其的亲水基团覆盖在煤粒表面上,使煤粒表面更加亲水和亲水膜变厚,这将有利于煤粒在水中的分散,同时减小了煤粒的表面力,降低了煤粒间粘附和团聚的作用,通过物理化学或化学作用产生力学效能,改变了煤粒的结构性质,降低了煤粒的强度,从而加速了煤粒搅拌细磨的过程。
实施例四:
取700公斤改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物,加700kg水溶解,将50kg氢氧化钠加入搅拌溶解后依次加入100公斤的马来酸钠或三乙醇胺搅拌,放置3小时,再加入10公斤的聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠进行搅拌,期间加入5公斤的硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油与水597.5公斤进行混合,配制成40%溶液待用。
将实例四中所制备好的水煤浆助磨剂与煤料、水一起入球磨机进行球磨,能有效提高煤粉的亲水性,使煤粉表面形成水膜,降低高浓度水煤浆的粘度,并可提高水煤浆的流动性,也可减少水煤浆的水分,提高水煤浆的浓度,增加水煤浆的稳定性。
实施例五:
将一定质量原料煤放入球磨机内,按原料煤质量的1%添加具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其组成为氢氧化钠或氨盐5.2%、改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物85%、马来酸钠或三乙醇胺5.1%、聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠1.3%、OP-10或OP-30为2.8%、硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油0.6%、按设计浓度添加水后进行混合磨制。
试验例1
称取某公司煤样,其空气干燥基分析结果如下:内水10.18%;灰分7.45%;挥发分32.04%,将上述煤样磨制中位径150μm后,利用行星式球磨机制备水煤浆,添加本发明实施例1添加剂,其添加量的重量百分数为0.3%;设定转速500rad/min,时间3min,测定制得的水煤浆浓度为59%,表观粘度为996mPa·s,中位径126μm。
由于水煤浆制备过程中,对煤的要求不同,当出现水煤浆粘度过高或过低、研磨不充分、均匀度不达标、泡沫较多时可对各溶剂的比例按照上述要求在配方公开范围内进行调整,达到工艺要求。
综上所述:该一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,通过对水煤浆助磨剂的改进,具有溶剂稳定性强,便于水煤浆的制备,分散、降粘能力强,利于水煤浆流动,提高水煤浆流变性与稳定性,实用性强的优点,从而有效的解决了现有装置中出现问题和不足。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:将各原料配比,以重量百分数计;包括:助磨剂5-10%、分散剂75-85%、稳定剂3-5%、pH调节剂3-5%、乳化剂3-5%、消泡剂1-3%、水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述助磨剂为马来酸钠或三乙醇胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂为改性木质素磺酸钠或β-萘磺酸甲醛缩合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为聚乙烯醇或阿拉伯胶或羧甲基纤维素钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂为氢氧化钠或氨盐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为OP-10或OP-30。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有助磨作用的水煤浆添加剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为硅醚共聚物或二甲基硅油。
