Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐建筑涂料,由以下原料制备而成,氟树脂,甲苯异氰酸酯,硅粉,活性炭粉和酚醛树脂,所述氟树脂配比为30%,甲苯异氰酸酯配比为30%,硅粉配比为15%,活性炭粉配比为15%和酚醛树脂10%。该防腐建筑涂料生产出的产品添加有硅粉可以提高混凝土密实度和改变孔径分布的措施,能降低氯离子在混凝土内部的迁移速度,也就是说,提高混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性,从而避免了氯离子渗透到混凝土内部钢筋处时导致钢筋侵蚀,提高了工程使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体为一种防腐建筑涂料。
背景技术
涂料,是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体,在建筑的外墙表面需要涂上涂料。
传统的建筑涂料不具备提高混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性的能力,这样会导致氯离子渗透到混凝土内部钢筋处时导致钢筋侵蚀,影响了工程使用寿命,不具备电绝缘性和耐油性,这样会使得建筑的安全性不够,而且由于空气污染较多,而普通外墙不具备清新空气的功能,为此,我们提出一种防腐建筑涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐建筑涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的传统的建筑涂料不具备提高混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性的能力,这样会导致氯离子渗透到混凝土内部钢筋处时导致钢筋侵蚀,影响了工程使用寿命,不具备电绝缘性和耐油性,这样会使得建筑的安全性不够,而且由于空气污染较多,而普通外墙不具备清新空气的功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防腐建筑涂料,由以下原料制备而成,氟树脂,甲苯异氰酸酯,硅粉,活性炭粉和酚醛树脂。
优选的,所述氟树脂配比为30%,甲苯异氰酸酯配比为30%,硅粉配比为15%,活性炭粉配比为15%和酚醛树脂10%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:该防腐建筑涂料生产出的产品加入硅粉可以提高混凝土密实度和改变孔径分布的措施,能降低氯离子在混凝土内部的迁移速度,也就是说,提高混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性,从而避免了氯离子渗透到混凝土内部钢筋处时导致钢筋侵蚀,提高了工程使用寿命,活性炭的添加可以使得墙面很好的具备吸附作用,可以吸附空气中的杂质,从而可以很好的清新空气,酚醛树脂的添加可以使得墙面具有良好的电绝缘性和耐油性,这样会使得建筑的安全性很好的提高,大大提高了防腐建筑涂料的实用性与功能性。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防腐建筑涂料,由以下原料制备而成,氟树脂,甲苯异氰酸酯,硅粉,活性炭粉和酚醛树脂,所述氟树脂配比为30%,甲苯异氰酸酯配比为30%,硅粉配比为15%,活性炭粉配比为15%和酚醛树脂10%,加入硅粉可以提高混凝土密实度和改变孔径分布的措施,能降低氯离子在混凝土内部的迁移速度,也就是说,提高混凝土抗氯离子侵蚀性。

1.一种防腐建筑涂料,其特征在于:由以下原料制备而成,氟树脂,甲苯异氰酸酯,硅粉,活性炭粉和酚醛树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐建筑涂料,其特征在于:所述氟树脂配比为30%,甲苯异氰酸酯配比为30%,硅粉配比为15%,活性炭粉配比为15%和酚醛树脂10%。
