本发明揭示了一种复合防腐防静电塑料,包括表层的防腐蚀层以及内层的防静电层,所述防腐蚀层由聚氯乙烯、抗氧剂、耐腐蚀剂、填充剂以及增韧剂组成,所述防静电层由聚乙烯、抗静电剂、塑化剂、分散剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗氧剂为2‑羟基‑4‑正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述耐腐蚀剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠,所述塑化剂为柠檬酸三乙酯,所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸,所述补强剂为滑石粉。本发明通过双层复合结构设置,不但可以有效的起到防腐防老化的效果,而且内部结构安全防静电,包覆完全,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料领域,具体涉及一种复合防腐防静电塑料。
背景技术
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,如VV是聚氯乙烯绝缘,聚氯乙烯护套。外面穿的管叫保护管。现有技术中使用的护套大多为单层结构,使用功能较为单一,无法完全有效的起到保护效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过双层复合结构设置,不但可以有效的起到防腐防老化的效果,而且内部结构安全防静电,包覆完全,使用效果好的复合防腐防静电塑料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种复合防腐防静电塑料,包括表层的防腐蚀层以及内层的防静电层,所述防腐蚀层由聚氯乙烯、抗氧剂、耐腐蚀剂、填充剂以及增韧剂组成,所述抗氧剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述耐腐蚀剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐蚀层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占57-63份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占10-15份,所述失水山梨醇单油酸酯占14-18份,所述高岭土占42-46份,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占23-27份,所述防静电层由聚乙烯、抗静电剂、塑化剂、分散剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠,所述塑化剂为柠檬酸三乙酯,所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸,所述补强剂为滑石粉,所述防静电层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占48-52份,所述烷基磺酸钠占9-14份,所述柠檬酸三乙酯占5-10份,所述三乙基己基磷酸占7-11份,所述滑石粉占31-36份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐蚀层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占58份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占11份,所述失水山梨醇单油酸酯占15份,所述高岭土占43份;所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占24份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯占49份,所述烷基磺酸钠占10份,所述柠檬酸三乙酯占6份,所述三乙基己基磷酸占8份,所述滑石粉占32份。
本发明所述为一种复合防腐防静电塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,不但可以有效的起到防腐防老化的效果,而且内部结构安全防静电,包覆完全,使用效果好。

本发明所述为一种复合防腐防静电塑料,包括表层的防腐蚀层以及内层的防静电层,所述防腐蚀层由聚氯乙烯、抗氧剂、耐腐蚀剂、填充剂以及增韧剂组成,所述抗氧剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述耐腐蚀剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐蚀层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占57-63份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占10-15份,所述失水山梨醇单油酸酯占14-18份,所述高岭土占42-46份,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占23-27份,所述防静电层由聚乙烯、抗静电剂、塑化剂、分散剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠,所述塑化剂为柠檬酸三乙酯,所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸,所述补强剂为滑石粉,所述防静电层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占48-52份,所述烷基磺酸钠占9-14份,所述柠檬酸三乙酯占5-10份,所述三乙基己基磷酸占7-11份,所述滑石粉占31-36份。

进一步地,所述防腐蚀层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占62份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占14份,所述失水山梨醇单油酸酯占17份,所述高岭土占45份;所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占26份。
进一步地,所述防静电层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占48-52份,所述烷基磺酸钠占13份,所述柠檬酸三乙酯占9份,所述三乙基己基磷酸占10份,所述滑石粉占35份。
另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种复合防腐防静电塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,不但可以有效的起到防腐防老化的效果,而且内部结构安全防静电,包覆完全,使用效果好。

1.一种复合防腐防静电塑料,包括表层的防腐蚀层以及内层的防静电层,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀层由聚氯乙烯、抗氧剂、耐腐蚀剂、填充剂以及增韧剂组成,所述抗氧剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,所述耐腐蚀剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯,所述填充剂为高岭土,所述增韧剂为聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,所述防腐蚀层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占57-63份,所述2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮占10-15份,所述失水山梨醇单油酸酯占14-18份,所述高岭土占42-46份,所述聚乙烯醇缩丁醛占23-27份,所述防静电层由聚乙烯、抗静电剂、塑化剂、分散剂以及补强剂组成,所述抗静电剂为烷基磺酸钠,所述塑化剂为柠檬酸三乙酯,所述分散剂为三乙基己基磷酸,所述补强剂为滑石粉,所述防静电层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯占48-52份,所述烷基磺酸钠占9-14份,所述柠檬酸三乙酯占5-10份,所述三乙基己基磷酸占7-11份,所述滑石粉占31-36份。
