本发明揭示了一种防紫外线耐热塑料,包括表层的防紫外线层以及内层的耐热层,所述防紫外线层由聚氯乙烯、防紫外线剂、抗静电剂以及光稳定剂组成,所述防紫外线剂为炭黑,所述抗静电剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸铅,所述耐热层由聚酰胺塑料、热稳定剂、阻燃剂以及填充剂组成,所述热稳定剂为马来酸辛基锡,所述阻燃剂为磷酸二酯,所述填充剂为玻璃粉。本发明通过双层复合结构设置,表层具有优异的耐光辐射性,防老化性好,内层具有极佳的热稳定性和阻燃性,刻有小的保护内部产品不受温度影响,安全性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线耐热塑料。
背景技术
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,如VV是聚氯乙烯绝缘,聚氯乙烯护套。外面穿的管叫保护管。现有技术中使用的护套大多为单层结构,使用功能较为单一,在防辐射抗老化性、热稳定性以及安全性方面还存在很大的不足,无法完全有效的起到保护效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过双层复合结构设置,表层具有优异的耐光辐射性,防老化性好,内层具有极佳的热稳定性和阻燃性,刻有小的保护内部产品不受温度影响,安全性好的防紫外线耐热塑料。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防紫外线耐热塑料,包括表层的防紫外线层以及内层的耐热层,所述防紫外线层由聚氯乙烯、防紫外线剂、抗静电剂以及光稳定剂组成,所述防紫外线剂为炭黑,所述抗静电剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸铅,所述防紫外线层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占45-50份,所述炭黑占18-21份,所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺占7-11份,所述水杨酸铅占4-8份,所述耐热层由聚酰胺塑料、热稳定剂、阻燃剂以及填充剂组成,所述热稳定剂为马来酸辛基锡,所述阻燃剂为磷酸二酯,所述填充剂为玻璃粉,所述耐热层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚酰胺塑料占43-48份,所述马来酸辛基锡占9-13份,所述磷酸二酯占6-10份,所述玻璃粉占22-26份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防紫外线层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占46份,所述炭黑占19份,所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺占8份,所述水杨酸铅占5份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐热层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚酰胺塑料占42份,所述马来酸辛基锡占10份,所述磷酸二酯占7份,所述玻璃粉占23份。
本发明所述为一种防紫外线耐热塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,表层具有优异的耐光辐射性,防老化性好,内层具有极佳的热稳定性和阻燃性,刻有小的保护内部产品不受温度影响,安全性好。

进一步地,所述耐热层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚酰胺塑料占42份,所述马来酸辛基锡占10份,所述磷酸二酯占7份,所述玻璃粉占23份。
进一步地,所述防紫外线层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚氯乙烯占49份,所述炭黑占20份,所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺占10份,所述水杨酸铅占7份。
进一步地,所述耐热层各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚酰胺塑料占47份,所述马来酸辛基锡占12份,所述磷酸二酯占9份,所述玻璃粉占25份。
另外,可通过调节产品各成分的不同重量份数,使得得到的产品性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种防紫外线耐热塑料,通过双层复合结构设置,表层具有优异的耐光辐射性,防老化性好,内层具有极佳的热稳定性和阻燃性,刻有小的保护内部产品不受温度影响,安全性好。

1.一种防紫外线耐热塑料,包括表层的防紫外线层以及内层的耐热层,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层由聚氯乙烯、防紫外线剂、抗静电剂以及光稳定剂组成,所述防紫外线剂为炭黑,所述抗静电剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰胺,所述光稳定剂为水杨酸铅,所述防紫外线层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚氯乙烯占45-50份,所述炭黑占18-21份,所述阳离子聚丙烯酰胺占7-11份,所述水杨酸铅占4-8份,所述耐热层由聚酰胺塑料、热稳定剂、阻燃剂以及填充剂组成,所述热稳定剂为马来酸辛基锡,所述阻燃剂为磷酸二酯,所述填充剂为玻璃粉,所述耐热层各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚酰胺塑料占43-48份,所述马来酸辛基锡占9-13份,所述磷酸二酯占6-10份,所述玻璃粉占22-26份。
