本发明是一种水泥自流平封闭漆,由如下原料组成:水性环氧树脂15‑25份,固化剂50‑75份,二甲苯40‑70份,正丁醇18‑35份,水30‑45份,流平剂0.2‑1份,消泡剂0.1‑0.9份,润湿剂1‑1.5份,防腐剂0.3‑0.7份,本发明采用水性环氧树脂,添加流平剂和润湿剂使得封闭漆有效渗入涂层的孔隙中进行填充和堵塞涂层微孔,添加固化剂大大提高封闭漆的封孔能力,附着力显著提高,有效延长了钢筋水泥的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水泥自流平封闭漆。
背景技术
为了提高水利水电、港口钢筋混凝土建筑物的耐久性,在钢筋水泥表面喷涂封闭漆,可有效地隔离有害介质的侵蚀,因此,有效地抑制和延缓腐蚀,延长钢筋水泥的使用寿命,采用普通封闭漆,其大颗粒固体成份难以渗入涂层的孔隙中填充和堵塞涂层微孔,且存在封孔能力差、附着力低等缺点。

本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种水泥自流平封闭漆。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种水泥自流平封闭漆,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料组成:
作为优选,所述固化剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:
聚酰胺树脂 20-30;
二甲苯 18-30;
正丁醇 12-15。
作为优选,所述流平剂为有机改性聚硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷中的任意一种。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为有GPES型消泡剂。
作为优选,所述润湿剂为聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷。
作为优选,所述防腐剂为涂料防腐剂N-369。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用水性环氧树脂,添加流平剂和润湿剂使得封闭漆有效渗入涂层的孔隙中进行填充和堵塞涂层微孔,添加固化剂大大提高封闭漆的封孔能力,附着力显著提高,有效延长了钢筋水泥的使用寿命。
