技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车排气管消音器的表面处理方法,属于消音器领域。
背景技术
汽车排气管消音器的主要作用是减小排气噪声,是消除空气动力性噪声的重要装置。汽车正常运行时,可燃混合气燃烧的最高温度可达2000℃以上,排出的废气经过排气管和消音器,可使排气管和消音器表面温度达到300-400℃,在高负荷工况下,可达500-700℃,对汽车排气管和消音器表面的涂料耐高温性能要求较高。对汽车消音器的表面处理是为了提高消音器的使用寿命,目前,对汽车消音器的表面处理一般都采用电镀,对工件机械强度影响大。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供了一种用于汽车排气管消音器的表面处理方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)对汽车排气管消音器表面进行清洁处理,包括:除锈、除油、干燥;
(2)采用喷枪将涂料涂覆在汽车消音器的表面,确保涂覆的均匀性;
(3)将汽车排气管消音器放入热处理设备进行热处理,处理温度为100-120℃,处理
时间为3-4h;
(4)自然冷却至室温。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中,喷枪压力为0.3-0.4Mpa,喷涂时间20-30s。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述方案对汽车排气管消音器进行表面处理方法,涂料更均匀细腻,能有效提高涂料的涂覆质量,热处理后表面更稳定。
