Abstract
本发明公开了一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带,由复合布料基材和无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合后涂合成胶水而成,所述复合布料基材为两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布包裹一层无弹热轧无纺布复合而成。本发明具备一定抗张强度、较好自粘强度、较好弹性、耐高温、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感。

技术领域
本发明涉及弹力绷带应用领域,特别涉及一种具备一定抗张强度、较好自粘强度、较好弹性、耐高温、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感,并有一定美观效果的合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着市场需求的不断变化,拥有固定防护作用、良好自粘性和缠绕性的自粘绷带被越来越多的消费者所认同。但是常规的自粘绷带,在拥有一定抗张强度、自粘强度、弹性的基础上,并没有较好的耐高温性、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感,而且常规的自粘绷带均为含蛋白质的产品,可能导致人体皮肤有过敏现象的出现。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带及其制备方法,以达到具备一定抗张强度、较好自粘强度、较好弹性、耐高温、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感的目的。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带,由复合布料基材和无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合后涂合成胶水而成,所述复合布料基材为两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布包裹一层无弹热轧无纺布复合而成。
优选的,所述缝编浸渍无纺弹力布由浸渍无纺布使用缝编工艺加入弹力氨纶丝而成。
一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)通过缝编工艺将一定厚度的浸渍无纺弹力布加入弹力氨纶丝,形成缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材;
2)通过复合工艺将两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材包裹一层一定厚度的无弹热轧无纺布,使用无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂,形成合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的布料基材;
3)将不含乳胶的合成胶涂布到布料基材上进行烘干后,得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带半成品;
4)按照一般绷带的切割制作方法加工半成品得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带。
通过上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带及其制备方法,具备一定抗张强度、较好自粘强度、较好弹性、耐高温、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感,并有一定美观效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
本发明提供了一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带,如图1-2所示,由复合布料基材和无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合后涂合成胶水而成,所述复合布料基材为两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布1包裹一层一定厚度的无弹热轧无纺布2使用无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合而成,如此组成既保证了缝编浸渍无纺弹力布1为接触皮肤面,且其包裹复合的无弹热轧无纺2又有效的弥补了缝编浸渍无纺弹力布1抗张强度差的缺点,使其具有良好的抗张强度。
所述缝编浸渍无纺弹力布1由浸渍无纺布使用缝编工艺加入弹力氨纶丝4而成,由于弹力氨纶丝4作用布料后为褶皱状3,褶皱之间互不平行,如此组成增加了该弹力绷带固定防护部位时的缠绕摩擦力、缠绕压力,增加了了运动防护部位的固定牢度,并且由于缝编浸渍无纺弹力布1为接触皮肤面,其拥有良好的耐高温,抗老化和吸汗能力,且由于其自身相对柔软的触感,可以让使用者拥有更好的舒适使用体验。
本发明使用的合成胶胶黏剂浓度高,涂布量大,烘干后使得自粘绷带的自粘强度高于一般的自粘绷带,缝编浸渍无纺弹力布拥有良好的耐高温,抗老化和吸汗能力,并由于浸渍无纺布自身相对柔软的触感,可以让使用者拥有很好的使用体验;两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布包裹一层无弹热轧无纺布又有效的弥补了缝编浸渍无纺弹力布抗张强度差的缺点,使其具有良好的抗张强度;使用缝编工艺加入了氨纶弹力丝,使其拥有很好的弹性,而其包裹复合的热轧无纺布又有效的弥补了缝编浸渍无纺弹力布抗张强度差的缺点,使其具有良好的抗张强度,因此其较好抗张强度和较好的弹性在缠绕使用时产生的压力保证了在固定防护部位时不会因部位运动的高强度撕拉,造成合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带断裂撕裂或位移,保证了合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的固定防护作用;其又是因为由多层无纺布复合而成,其外观具有良好的质感,有一定的美观效果。
该弹力绷带的大小及其形状均可依据实际市场需求加以设置,本发明对此不加限制。
一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)通过缝编工艺将一定厚度的浸渍无纺弹力布加入弹力氨纶丝,形成缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材;
2)通过复合工艺将两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材包裹一层一定厚度的无弹热轧无纺布,使用无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂,形成合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的布料基材;
3)将不含乳胶的合成胶涂布到布料基材上进行烘干后,得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带半成品;
4)按照一般绷带的切割制作方法加工半成品得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带。
实施例一:
1)生产准备
a.备好绷带基材,绷带基材为两层浸渍无纺布和一次热轧无纺布;
b.备好绷带基材复合胶粘剂,其无蛋白质成分;
c.备好绷带产品涂胶不含乳胶的合成胶胶水;
2)复合布料
a.通过缝编工艺将一定厚度的浸渍无纺布加入弹力氨纶丝,形成缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材;
b.通过特殊复合工艺将两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布包裹一层一定厚度的无弹热轧无纺布使用无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合;
3)上胶
采用浸途、喷涂、刮涂等方式将合成胶黏剂均匀涂布到布料基材上进行烘干;
4)把以上步骤制成的合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带半成品材料收卷、分切、修正即完成合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带。
通过其较好的自粘性,在缠绕在防护部位时不易松散。而其使用不含乳胶的合成胶的特性,使其对使用者不会发生市场上含乳胶成分自粘绷带对使用者有一定致敏性的现象;通过特殊工艺将三层无纺布复合的涂布基材,使其有一定的美观性和质感。
本发明公开的一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带及其制备方法,具备一定抗张强度、较好自粘强度、较好弹性、耐高温、较好的吸汗能力、较好的柔软触感,并有一定美观效果。

Claims (3)
1.一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带,其特征在于,由复合布料基材和无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂复合后涂合成胶水而成,所述复合布料基材为两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布包裹一层无弹热轧无纺布复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带,其特征在于,所述缝编浸渍无纺弹力布由浸渍无纺布使用缝编工艺加入弹力氨纶丝而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)通过缝编工艺将一定厚度的浸渍无纺弹力布加入弹力氨纶丝,形成缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材;
2)通过复合工艺将两层缝编浸渍无纺弹力布基材包裹一层一定厚度的无弹热轧无纺布,使用无蛋白质成分复合胶黏剂,形成合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带的布料基材;
3)将不含乳胶的合成胶涂布到布料基材上进行烘干后,得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带半成品;
4)按照一般绷带的切割制作方法加工半成品得到合成胶三层复合无纺布自粘弹力绷带。
