Description

Sex attractant for lugworm and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biological control, and particularly relates to an arma chinensis sex attractant and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, people are more and more concerned about a series of problems of environmental pollution, overproof pesticide residues, poisoning of people and livestock, export dispute of agricultural products and the like caused by chemical prevention and control of pests in the agricultural field of China. With the vigorous implementation of green sustainable development policies such as accelerating ecological civilization construction, losing weight and reducing drug in China, the biological control of pests has turned a lot of revolution again, and the green, ecological and harmonious development has become the main melody of global agricultural development.
The biological pest control mode is various, wherein, the use of pheromone for pest control is a good method with high efficiency, no toxicity and no environmental pollution. The sex pheromone of the insect is a trace chemical substance which is secreted by an individual of a certain sex of the insect in vitro, is accepted by a receptor of an individual of the same sex and causes the individual of the opposite sex to generate a certain reproductive behavior response (such as mating orientation, mating and the like), and can ensure the connection between the male and female individuals and the ordered propagation of the species of the insect. When using artificially synthesized sex pheromones or analogs to control pests (or to attract natural enemies), the insects are usually called sex attractants for insects, and are called sex attractants for insects for short. At present, pheromone is mainly used for preventing and controlling pests by trapping the pests by using a pest sex attractant and then intensively killing the pests. However, the research of using natural enemy insect sex attractant to trap natural enemy to control pests is only rarely reported at present.
Arma chinensis (Armachinensis) is an important predatory natural enemy insect in agriculture and forestry, and can prey on lepidoptera, coleoptera, hymenoptera and hemiptera pests, such as cabbage caterpillar, fall webworm, potato beetle and cotton bollworm. Under natural conditions, the number of natural enemy insect arma bugs is much smaller than that of pest populations, and when pests occur, the surrounding arma bugs are difficult to rapidly gather to a target pest occurrence place in a short time. Therefore, arma bug is difficult to rapidly control pest population numbers before pest outbreaks. Therefore, if the sex pheromone of the arma bug can be researched, and the sex attractant of the arma bug can be further developed and applied to target pest occurrence places, so that the ambient arma bug can quickly reach the pest occurrence places, and the control effect of the arma bug on the target pest is inevitably improved obviously. At present, no method for controlling pests by applying the sex attractant for the lugworm bugs is reported.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to trap the arma bugs and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating pests by utilizing the instinct of the arma bugs for predating the pests. The invention also provides an arma bug lure which can comprise any of the arma bug sex attractant.
The arma bug lure can also comprise a carrier; carrying any of the lugworm sex attractant on the carrier.
The carrier can be any conventional carrier for carrying the insect sex attractant, such as a rubber plug, a silica gel sheet, a slow release capsule or a polyethylene plastic tube. When such a carrier is used, the arma bug trap core can be prepared by soaking or loading any of the arma bug sex attractant or a solution containing any of the arma bug sex attractant into the carrier, so that the arma bug trap core can be obtained.
In one embodiment of the invention, the carrier consists of a brown sample vial and a vial cap containing a pre-cut cap pad. When the carrier is used, the preparation method of the lugworm lure attracting core comprises the steps of taking a brown sample bottle, adding any lugworm sex attractant, and covering the bottle mouth with a bottle cap containing a pre-cut covering pad. The lugworm lure prepared by the method needs to be placed upside down when in use.
The application of any lugworm sex attractant or any lugworm lure attracting core in trapping lugworm also belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
In the application, the purpose of trapping the arma chinensis can be breeding (such as indoor breeding) and/or improving the natural enemy colonization ability.
The application of any lugworm sex attractant or any lugworm lure described above in lugworm population dynamic monitoring and/or lugworm population protection and/or prevention and control of pests by attracting natural enemy insect lugworm is also in the protection scope of the invention.

Example 2 application of Armoracia chinensis sex attractant
First, indoor bioassay
The activity of the sex attractant for the lugworm bugs is mainly determined according to a series of sexual behavior reactions of adults, the sex pheromone of the lugworm bugs is released by males, but the lugworm bugs have reactions with females and males. Females are targeted for mating and males are targeted for competitive mating. If the sex attractant for the lugworm bugs is active, the adults will have the reactions of flapping wings, frequently swinging antennae, quickly crawling, shaking the body left and right, and the like. The following indexes are selected for indoor bioassay: exciting (shown as accelerating the crawling of adults and frequently swinging the antenna), flapping (shown as flapping), entering a flavor source end (shown as entering a Y-shaped flavor source end after searching), and pre-copulating (shown as shaking the body left and right).
The test was repeated 5 times and the results averaged. The procedure for each test was as follows:
1. taking 1000 Argy chinensis imagoes to be detected (female Argy chinensis imagoes 9-12 days after emergence or male Argy chinensis imagoes 9-12 days after emergence), randomly dividing into 10 groups of A group-J group, and 100 Argy chinensis imagoes to be detected in each group. Then the following treatment is carried out:
group A: firstly, 10 microliter of the sex attractant A for the lugworm bug is dripped into the glass finger tube, then the glass finger tube is placed in the Y-shaped tube flavor source bottle, and the adult lugworm to be detected is placed at the air outlet end of the Y-shaped tube. And starting an air pump, keeping the air flow at 200mL/min, continuously observing for 10min, and recording the reaction of the adult arma chinensis to be detected.
Group B: the sex attractant A of the Armoracia chinensis in the group A is replaced by the sex attractant B of the Armoracia chinensis, and the rest are the same.
Group C: the sex attractant A of the Armoracia chinensis in the group A is replaced by the sex attractant C of the Armoracia chinensis, and the rest are the same.

2. After completion of step 1, the excitation ratio (%), the winging ratio (%), the entry source end ratio (%), the pre-cross tail ratio (%) and the reaction rate (%) of each group were calculated.
Excitation ratio (%) ═ excitation response adult number/100 × 100%. The number of excitatory response adults is the number of adults that exhibit excitatory behavior.
The flapping ratio (%) - (number of flapping-response worms/100) × 100%. The number of adult winging response refers to the number of adult winging behavior.
The ratio (%) of the taste entry site (number of insects reacted in the taste entry site/100) × 100%. The number of adult insects entering the taste source end reaction refers to the number of adult insects appearing in the taste source end behavior.
The pre-tailing ratio (%) × (pre-tailing reaction pest count/100) × 100%. The number of adult pre-crossing reaction refers to the number of adult pre-crossing behavior.

Each lure core to be tested is provided with 10 traps, and the height of each trap is 1.5m from the ground. The insect trapping situation is checked once a day, and the to-be-detected lure and the distilled water are replaced once a week. The linear distance between adjacent traps is 5m or more. One month later, the test results of trapping female arma chinensis in the field and trapping male arma chinensis in the field are counted.
