The invention has the beneficial technical effects that the monomer pure compound is adopted, the property is stable, the attracting effect to termites is good, and the key effect on killing the termites is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of attractants in biological control, and particularly relates to a termite attractant and application thereof.
Background
The Taiwan lactotermes formosanus Shiraki is a social pest and has great harm to agriculture and forestry production and human life. The prevention and control of termites are mainly chemical prevention and control, and the termites are killed or the invasion of the termites is prevented by a toxic barrier formed by uniformly mixing chemical pesticides such as insecticides (fipronil, imidacloprid and the like) and soil or sand. The termite nest group is large in quantity, the quantity of killing termites is limited, and a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources are consumed for prevention and treatment. The termite attractant is used, can attract a great amount of termites, is beneficial to trapping and killing the termites in large scale, and has important significance and value for reducing economic loss caused by the termites.

Further, the termite attractant of the present invention may be prepared by dissolving the 3-acetoxy-2-butanone in acetone.
The invention also provides application of the termite attractant, and the termite attractant is used for controlling termites.
Further, the termites of the invention are the Laptotermes formosanus.
Example 1
The simulation experiment is used for proving that the attractant 3-acetoxyl-2-butanone disclosed by the invention can cause the aggregation behavior of the termites.
The specific experimental methods and results are as follows:
1. dissolving 3-acetoxyl-2-butanone in acetone to prepare 1mg/mL acetone solution;
2. dropping 100 μ L of acetone solution onto one filter paper sheet in FIG. 1, and dropping equal volume of acetone on the other filter paper sheet as control;
3. after acetone on the filter paper sheet is volatilized, 100 mu L of distilled water is dripped to wet the filter paper sheet;
4. 25 termites were placed in the petri dish and the number of termites in the filter paper sheet and the petri dish was counted for 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 hours, respectively, and repeated 18 times.
5. As a result, as shown in fig. 2, the termite attractant of the present example was able to induce the generation of the termite gathering behavior.

Claims (4)
1. A termite attractant, wherein the termite attractant comprises 3-acetoxy-2-butanone.
2. The termite attractant as set forth in claim 1, wherein the termite attractant is configured by dissolving the 3-acetoxy-2-butanone in acetone.
3. Use of a termite attractant as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the termite attractant is for the control of termites.
4. The use of a termite attractant as set forth in claim 1 wherein the termites are termites formosanus.
