Abstract
本发明涉及深沟球轴承,具体是一种新型球引导的深沟球轴承,所述轴承包括外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架,保持架由保持架座和保持架盖组成,所述保持架的兜孔为曲面兜孔,保持架座和保持架盖由铆钉铆合成一体后兜孔成椭圆形。本发明轴承实现钢球引导保持架,有利于润滑油脂进入兜孔,增加了兜孔内润滑油脂的存储空间,可以减小半保持架兜孔加工的等分误差。

技术领域
本发明涉及深沟球轴承,具体是一种新型球引导的深沟球轴承。
背景技术
传统深沟球轴承的设计,实体保持架由两半组成,一般采用内引导或外引导的方式,在实际使用中经常出现引导表面磨损现象,容易造成轴承温升高,甚至早期失效。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种新型球引导的深沟球轴承。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种球引导的深沟球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架,保持架由保持架座和保持架盖组成,所述保持架的兜孔为曲面兜孔,保持架座和保持架盖由铆钉铆合成一体后兜孔成椭圆形。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果为:
1)实现钢球引导保持架;
2)有利于润滑油脂进入兜孔,增加了兜孔内润滑油脂的存储空间;
3)可以减小半保持架兜孔加工的等分误差。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
一种球引导的深沟球轴承,包括外圈1、内圈2、钢球3、保持架,保持架由保持架座4和保持架盖5组成,所述保持架的兜孔为曲面兜孔,兜孔的曲率中心在轴向方向上是偏心的,保持架座和保持架盖由铆钉6铆合成一体后兜孔成椭圆形7。
上述深沟球轴承的引导方式为钢球引导,钢球和保持架兜孔的轴向间隙在0.3~0.5mm的范围内,保持架兜孔由传统的直兜孔改为曲面兜孔,并由铆钉铆合成一体形成椭圆形兜孔。
轴承各零件连接方法是:将内圈2放入外圈1中,把钢球3放入外圈1和内圈2之间的空隙中,使钢球3均匀分布,从两侧分别把保持架座4和保持架盖5扣在钢球3上,用铆钉6把保持架座4和保持架盖5联接铆合组成本发明轴承。

1.球引导的深沟球轴承,其特征在于,包括外圈、内圈、钢球、保持架,保持架由保持架座和保持架盖组成,所述保持架的兜孔为曲面兜孔,保持架座和保持架盖由铆钉铆合成一体后兜孔成椭圆形。
