本发明涉及保健功能饮料,特别是涉及一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料及加工方法。
背景技术
经济的发展中由于没有注重环境保护,使空气污染越来越严重,这是带来了人们肺部的问题原因之一,清肺润肺止咳饮料有广阔的市场前景,因此开发一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料及加工方法很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题,提供一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料及加工方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料,按下列重量份配料:雪梨30-50份、苦杏仁5-10份、红景天1-3份、川贝母 3-5份、沙参 0.5-2份、麦冬 1-3份、天门冬 1-3份、山药粉5-10份、蜂蜜1-3份、安赛蜜0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.05-0.5份、甘露聚糖 0.05-0.5份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.5份、壳聚糖0.2-0.5份、果胶酶1-3份,其余为水 。
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料的配制方法,包括下列加工步骤:
(1)雪梨浆的制作:
1)、选果 :选择无机械损伤、无病虫害、无腐烂病变、无表皮软化、成熟和新鲜的雪梨果;
2)清洗 :充分清洗果实表皮灰尘及污物,洗净后沥干水分,并去除果把;
3)去核 :用手工或机器去除果核,并迅速浸泡入温度 80-90℃ ,浓度0.05-0.1mg/mL的异维生素C钠溶液中护色 ,浸泡时间3-5分钟;
4)打浆 :将热烫后果实放入破碎榨汁机进行破碎榨汁,按果水重量比1:1-1.5 的比例加入纯净水,然后将榨汁液输到振动过滤机中进行过滤,然后将果汁滤液加热到 90-95℃进行灭菌5-10分钟,灭菌后冷却至 45-50℃后放入到酶解罐;
5)酶解 :在上述果浆中,按每 1kg 果浆加入 50-70g 果胶酶的比例加入果胶酶,在50-60℃水浴中震荡酶解30-50min;
6)过滤:将酶解后的果浆静置20-30分钟,将沉淀物从酶解罐底部排除取,上清液先用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,然后再用厚度3-5cm厚度硅藻纯颗粒层,粒径2-5mm,过滤得到澄清的滤液山楂汁汁,密封,备用;
(2)苦杏仁粉制作:
1)将苦杏仁筛选,去除可能混进的杂质、杂物,然后用微波炉将苦杏仁进行微波烘焙,烘焙温度140度-150度,烘焙时间3-5分钟;
2)将烘焙后的苦杏仁进行粉碎,用粉碎机将核桃仁粉碎至50目以下粉末,待用;
(3)中药材熬制:
1)将配方量的红景天、川贝母 、沙参 、麦冬和天门冬进行挑选,去除杂质,然后切碎成粒径3-5mm的块状;
2)将上述药材与体积比1:5-10的矿泉水放入超声波震荡器内,在30-40KHz,温度95-100度进行震荡熬制,熬制10-15分钟,取汁液,然后再加入与第一次等量的矿泉水进行第二次震荡熬制,熬制时间10-15分钟,得汁液,用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,过滤后液体待用;
3)将两次得到汁液进行加温浓缩,浓缩成体积为中药材体积的2倍左右,然后待用;
(4)山药粉乳液制备:将山药粉与2倍体积常温纯净水混合均匀成没有结块的粥状溶液,然后加入到已升温至95-100℃的到5倍体积山药粉的纯净水,均匀搅拌,并升温至95-100℃,持续5-10min,然后冷却到常温待用;
(5)调质 :
将以上四步得到的溶液进行混合,添加10-20倍纯净水,然后加入配方量的蜂蜜、安赛蜜、食用香精、甘露聚糖、海藻酸钠和壳聚糖,常温下均匀搅拌20-30分钟,用 0.2mol/LNaOH 碳酸氢钠调成酸度为 0.3-0.5%;
(6)超声波乳化:
将以上液体通入大功率超声被均质乳化仪内,每吨一批,功率3-5KW,温度在60-70℃,30-40KHz下均质乳化30-40分钟;
(7) 脱气:
经过均质乳化的果汁控制温度50-60℃,真空负0.6Bar左右进行脱气1-2小时;
(8)杀菌:
进入杀菌机进行杀菌,杀菌温度为 95-115℃,杀菌时间为 15-30 秒 ;
(9)热灌装:
杀菌后进行热灌装,灌装温度 85-90℃ ;
(10)冷却:
灌装好的饮料再经冷却,再将温度降至 20-35℃,检查无渗漏,无变形即可装箱。
本发明的有益效果:本发明是以红景天藏药与雪梨、苦杏仁等材料结合,由于各药成分均有补气清肺润肺止咳的功能,人体易吸收的藏药成分与中药成分相结合,促进吸收,饮料润肺止咳功能显著。

实施例1:
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料,其特征在于按下列重量份配料:雪梨40份、苦杏仁、7份、红景天2份、川贝母 3份、沙参 1.8份、麦冬 2份、天门冬 2份、山药粉7份、蜂蜜2份、安赛蜜 0.08份、食用香精0.3份、甘露聚糖 0.2份、海藻酸钠、0.4份、壳聚糖0.3份、果胶酶2份、余量水 。
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料的配制方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)雪梨浆的制作:
1)、选果 :选择无机械损伤、无病虫害、无腐烂病变、无表皮软化、成熟、新鲜的雪梨果;
2)清洗 :充分清洗果实表皮灰尘及污物,洗净后沥干水分,并去除果把;
3)去核 :用手工或机器去除果核,并迅速浸泡入温度 80-90℃ 、浓度0.08mg/mL 的异维生素C钠溶液中护色 ,浸泡时间4分钟;
4)打浆 :将热烫后果实放入破碎榨汁机进行破碎榨汁,按果水重量比1:3 的比例加入纯净水,然后将榨汁液输到振动过滤机中进行过滤,然后将果汁滤液加热到 90-95℃进行灭菌8分钟,灭菌后冷却至 45-50℃后放入到酶解罐;
5)酶解 :在上述果浆中,按每 1kg 果浆加入 60g 果胶酶的比例加入果胶酶,在 55℃水浴中震荡酶解40min;
6)过滤:将酶解后的果浆静置25分钟,将沉淀物从酶解罐底部排除取,上清液先用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,然后再用厚度4cm厚度硅藻纯颗粒层(粒径4mm)过滤得到澄清 的滤液山楂汁汁,密封,备用;
(2)苦杏仁粉制作
1)将苦杏仁筛选,去除可能混进的杂质、杂物,然后用微波炉将苦杏仁进行微波烘焙,烘焙温度150摄氏度,烘焙时间5分钟;
2)将烘焙后的苦杏仁进行粉碎,用粉碎机将核桃仁粉碎至50目以下粉末,然后待用;
(3)中药材熬制
1)将配方量的红景天、川贝母 、沙参 、麦冬、天门冬 进行挑选,去除杂质,然后切碎成粒径4mm的块状;
2)将上述药材与体积比1:8的矿泉水放入超声波震荡器内,在30-40KHz,温度95-100度进行震荡熬制,熬制14分钟,取汁液,然后再加入与第一次等量的矿泉水进行第二次震荡熬制,熬制时间14分钟,得汁液,用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,过滤后液体待用;
3)将两次得到汁液进行加温浓缩,浓缩成体积为中药材体积的2倍左右,然后待用;
(4)山药粉乳液制备,将山药粉与2倍体积常温纯净水混合均匀成没有结块的粥状溶液,然后加入到已升温至95-100℃的到5倍体积山药粉的纯净水,均匀搅拌,并升温至95-100℃,持续8min,然后冷却到常温待用;
(5)调质
将以上四步得到的溶液进行混合,添加15倍纯净水,然后加入配方量的蜂蜜、 安赛蜜、食用香精、甘露聚糖、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖,常温下均匀搅拌25分钟,用 0.2mol/L NaOH 碳酸氢钠调成酸度为 0.4%;
(6)超声波乳化
将以上液体通入大功率超声被均质乳化仪内,每吨一批,功率3-5KW,在60-70℃,30-40KHz下均质乳化35分钟;
(7) 脱气
经过均质乳化的果汁控制温度50-60℃,真空负0.6Bar左右进行脱气1.5小时;
(8)杀菌
进入杀菌机进行杀菌,杀菌温度为 100℃,杀菌时间为 25 秒 ;
(9)热灌装
杀菌后进行热灌装,灌装温度 85-90℃ ;
(10)冷却
灌装好的饮料再经冷却隧道,将温度降至 20-35℃,检查无渗漏,无变形即可装箱。
实施例2:
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料,其特征在于按下列重量份配料:雪梨45份、苦杏仁、8份、红景天3份、川贝母 4份、沙参 1.5份、麦冬 2.5份、天门冬 2.5份、山药粉8份、蜂蜜2.5份、安赛蜜 0.09份、食用香精0.09份、甘露聚糖 0.3份、海藻酸钠、0.4份、壳聚糖0.4份、果胶酶2.5份、余量水 。
一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料的配制方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)雪梨浆的制作:
1)、选果 :选择无机械损伤、无病虫害、无腐烂病变、无表皮软化、成熟、新鲜的雪梨果;
2)清洗 :充分清洗果实表皮灰尘及污物,洗净后沥干水分,并去除果把;

5)酶解 :在上述果浆中,按每 1kg 果浆加入 65g 果胶酶的比例加入果胶酶,在 50-60℃水浴中震荡酶解45min;
6)过滤:将酶解后的果浆静置28分钟,将沉淀物从酶解罐底部排除取,上清液先用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,然后再用厚度5cm厚度硅藻纯颗粒层(粒径5mm)过滤得到澄清 的滤液山楂汁汁,密封,备用;
(2)苦杏仁粉制作
1)将苦杏仁筛选,去除可能混进的杂质、杂物,然后用微波炉将苦杏仁进行微波烘焙,烘焙温度140度-150度,烘焙时间5分钟;
2)将烘焙后的苦杏仁进行粉碎,用粉碎机将核桃仁粉碎至50目以下粉末,然后待用;
(3)中药材熬制
1)将配方量的红景天、川贝母 、沙参 、麦冬、天门冬 进行挑选,去除杂质,然后切碎成粒径5mm的块状;
2)将上述药材与体积比1:7的矿泉水放入超声波震荡器内,在30-40KHz,温度95-100度进行震荡熬制,熬制14分钟,取汁液,然后再加入与第一次等量的矿泉水进行第二次震荡熬制,熬制时间14分钟,得汁液,用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,过滤后液体待用;
3)将两次得到汁液进行加温浓缩,浓缩成体积为中药材体积的2倍左右,然后待用;
(4)山药粉乳液制备,将山药粉与2倍体积常温纯净水混合均匀成没有结块的粥状溶液,然后加入到已升温至95-100℃的到5倍体积山药粉的纯净水,均匀搅拌,并升温至95-100℃,持续8min,然后冷却到常温待用;
(5)调质
将以上四步得到的溶液进行混合,添加18倍纯净水,然后加入配方量的蜂蜜、 安赛蜜、食用香精、甘露聚糖、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖,常温下均匀搅拌22分钟,用 0.2mol/L NaOH 碳酸氢钠调成酸度为 0.5%;
(6)超声波乳化
将以上液体通入大功率超声被均质乳化仪内,每吨一批,功率3-5KW,在70℃,30-40KHz下均质乳化40分钟;
(7)脱气
经过均质乳化的果汁控制温度50-60℃,真空负0.6Bar左右进行脱气2小时;
(8)杀菌
进入杀菌机进行杀菌,杀菌温度为 110℃,杀菌时间为 25 秒 ;
(9)热灌装
杀菌后进行热灌装,灌装温度 85-90℃ ;
(10)冷却
灌装好的饮料再经冷却隧道,将温度降至 30℃,检查无渗漏,无变形即可装箱。

山药:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。
核桃的药用价值很高,有健胃、补血、润肺、养神、延年益寿等功效,可广泛用于治疗神经衰弱、高血压、冠心病、肺气肿、胃痛等症。
雪梨:梨确有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤、祛痰均有良效。梨又有降低血压和养阴清热的效果,所以高血压、肝炎、肝硬化病人常吃梨有好处。味甘性寒,具生津润燥、清热化痰、养血生肌之功效,特别适合秋天食用
酸枣仁:它具有养肝,宁心,安神,敛汗功效,可用于失眠等病症的治疗
沙棘:沙棘果实入药具有止咳化痰、健胃消食、活血散瘀之功效。现代医学研究,沙棘可降低胆固醇,缓解心绞痛发作,还有防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的作用。
山楂:降压作用:山楂有扩张外周血管并具有持久的降压作用,尤其对冷血动物的降压作用持续时间最长,当山楂与决乌汤合用时,其降压作用大为增强,并且作用时间也有所延长。抗心肌缺血:山楂总黄酮能减轻缺血再灌注损伤心肌心电图的ST段变化,提高血清NO的浓度,降低心肌缺血再灌注时心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)的水平。山楂聚合黄酮能缩小兔实验性心肌梗死范围。文献报道,山楂提取物可以抑制缺血再灌注大鼠血清中(LDH)的升高,提高SOD的活力,降低MDA的生成量,从而保护心肌,减轻缺血再灌注导致的心肌细胞损伤;调血脂作用:山楂总黄酮表现出显著的调血脂作用,对高脂血症所致大鼠血管功能损伤具有明显保护作用,陈志谦用山楂配合决乌汤治疗血脂异常病人65例表明,治疗后TC、LDL-C显著下降,治疗前后比较,差异均有非常显著的意义,其有效率达89.2%。抗脑缺血作用:山楂叶总黄酮可明显提高模型小鼠脑组织LDH及SOD活力,对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤小鼠脑组织有明显的保护作用,其机制与抗氧化有关。对血液流变学作用:山楂总黄酮3个剂量(80、40、20 g/kg)均有降低急性血瘀模型大鼠全血比黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞压积的活血化瘀作用。山楂醇提取物对中、低切全血比黏度有显著降低作用。对血管内皮细胞的作用:不同剂量的山楂对氧化修饰的低密度脂蛋白引起的人脐静脉内皮细胞(EC)损伤和对EC的直接作用表明,山楂能抑制低密度脂蛋白的氧化修饰,减少脂质过氧化物的形成,阻断有害物质的产生,可通过直接作用于内皮细胞,调节内皮细胞功能,增强内皮细胞对有害因子的抵抗力和耐受性,从而保护内皮细胞免受损害。消化系统作用:山楂可单味应用,亦可与神曲、麦芽、莱菔子等配伍,加强消食化积之功。其含维生素C、维生素B、胡萝卜素及多种有机酸,口服能增加胃中消化酶的分泌,所含蛋白酶、脂肪酸,可促进肉食分解消化。糖代谢及抗氧化作用:应用6%的山楂水煎剂可明显降低高脂饮食大鼠空腹血清胰岛素和MDA水平,表明其可改善高脂饮食大鼠的胰岛素血症,增强机体抗脂质氧化作用,其机制可能与调节糖代谢有关,其药效物质基础可能与金丝桃苷和熊果酸有关。
Claims (2)
1.一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料,其特征在于按下列重量份配料:雪梨30-50份、苦杏仁5-10份、红景天1-3份、川贝母 3-5份、沙参 0.5-2份、麦冬 1-3份、天门冬 1-3份、山药粉5-10份、蜂蜜1-3份、安赛蜜0.05-0.1份、食用香精0.05-0.5份、甘露聚糖 0.05-0.5份、海藻酸钠0.2-0.5份、壳聚糖0.2-0.5份、果胶酶1-3份,其余为水 。
2.一种雪梨红景天止咳润肺保健功能饮料的配制方法,其特征在于包括下列加工步骤:
(1)雪梨浆的制作:
1)、选果 :选择无机械损伤、无病虫害、无腐烂病变、无表皮软化、成熟和新鲜的雪梨果;
2)清洗 :充分清洗果实表皮灰尘及污物,洗净后沥干水分,并去除果把;
3)去核 :用手工或机器去除果核,并迅速浸泡入温度 80-90℃ ,浓度0.05-0.1mg/mL的异维生素C钠溶液中护色 ,浸泡时间3-5分钟;
4)打浆 :将热烫后果实放入破碎榨汁机进行破碎榨汁,按果水重量比1:1-1.5 的比例加入纯净水,然后将榨汁液输到振动过滤机中进行过滤,然后将果汁滤液加热到 90-95℃进行灭菌5-10分钟,灭菌后冷却至 45-50℃后放入到酶解罐;
5)酶解 :在上述果浆中,按每 1kg 果浆加入 50-70g 果胶酶的比例加入果胶酶,在50-60℃水浴中震荡酶解30-50min;
6)过滤:将酶解后的果浆静置20-30分钟,将沉淀物从酶解罐底部排除取,上清液先用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,然后再用厚度3-5cm厚度硅藻纯颗粒层,粒径2-5mm,过滤得到澄清的滤液山楂汁汁,密封,备用;
(2)苦杏仁粉制作:
1)将苦杏仁筛选,去除可能混进的杂质、杂物,然后用微波炉将苦杏仁进行微波烘焙,烘焙温度140度-150度,烘焙时间3-5分钟;
2)将烘焙后的苦杏仁进行粉碎,用粉碎机将核桃仁粉碎至50目以下粉末,待用;
(3)中药材熬制:
1)将配方量的红景天、川贝母 、沙参 、麦冬和天门冬进行挑选,去除杂质,然后切碎成粒径3-5mm的块状;
2)将上述药材与体积比1:5-10的矿泉水放入超声波震荡器内,在30-40KHz,温度95-100度进行震荡熬制,熬制10-15分钟,取汁液,然后再加入与第一次等量的矿泉水进行第二次震荡熬制,熬制时间10-15分钟,得汁液,用无菌的双层300目纱布过滤,过滤后液体待用;
3)将两次得到汁液进行加温浓缩,浓缩成体积为中药材体积的2倍左右,然后待用;
(4)山药粉乳液制备:将山药粉与2倍体积常温纯净水混合均匀成没有结块的粥状溶液,然后加入到已升温至95-100℃的到5倍体积山药粉的纯净水,均匀搅拌,并升温至95-100℃,持续5-10min,然后冷却到常温待用;
(5)调质 :
将以上四步得到的溶液进行混合,添加10-20倍纯净水,然后加入配方量的蜂蜜、安赛蜜、食用香精、甘露聚糖、海藻酸钠和壳聚糖,常温下均匀搅拌20-30分钟,用 0.2mol/LNaOH 碳酸氢钠调成酸度为 0.3-0.5%;
(6)超声波乳化:
将以上液体通入大功率超声被均质乳化仪内,每吨一批,功率3-5KW,温度在60-70℃,30-40KHz下均质乳化30-40分钟;
(7) 脱气:
经过均质乳化的果汁控制温度50-60℃,真空负0.6Bar左右进行脱气1-2小时;
(8)杀菌:
进入杀菌机进行杀菌,杀菌温度为 95-115℃,杀菌时间为 15-30 秒 ;
(9)热灌装:
杀菌后进行热灌装,灌装温度 85-90℃ ;
(10)冷却:
灌装好的饮料再经冷却,再将温度降至 20-35℃,检查无渗漏,无变形即可装箱。
