本发明公开了一种双齿条传动增速机构,滑台位于基座的正上方,动齿条与滑台固定连接,定齿条与基座固定连接;齿轮座的一端连接气缸活塞杆,另一端装配齿轮,齿轮与动齿条、定齿条同时啮合;基座上设有两条滑台滑轨,滑台在基座上的滑动通过滑台滑轨导向,缓冲器为滑台限位缓冲;齿轮座与基座之间设计有齿轮座滑轨;基座的一侧设有感应开关。

本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种双齿条传动增速机构。
背景技术
齿轮齿条传动机构一般包括一个齿轮和一根齿条两部分。马达驱动齿轮旋转,齿条相对齿轮作相对直线运动。是一种传统的旋转变直线的运动。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提供一种双齿条传动增速机构,提高了传动速度,是单齿条齿轮传动速度的2倍。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种双齿条传动增速机构,包括滑台(1)、基座(2)、动齿条(3)、齿轮(4)、定齿条(5)、气缸(6)、齿轮座(7)、齿轮座滑轨(8)、滑台滑轨(9)、缓冲器(10)、感应开关(11);
所述滑台(1)位于基座(2)的正上方,所述动齿条(3)与滑台(1)固定连接,所述定齿条(5)与基座(2)固定连接;所述齿轮座(7)的一端连接气缸活塞杆,另一端装配齿轮(4),所述齿轮(4)与动齿条(3)、定齿条(5)同时啮合;基座(2)上设有两条滑台滑轨(9),所述滑台(1)在基座(2)上的滑动通过滑台滑轨(9)导向,缓冲器(10)为滑台限位缓冲;所述齿轮座(7)与所述基座(2)之间设计所述有齿轮座滑轨(8);所述基座(2)的一侧设有所述感应开关(11)。
本发明的有益效果:本装置通过齿轮与双齿条之间啮合传动,,可以实现齿轮推动动齿条运动的功能,同时,气缸(或油缸、或丝杠丝母)通过气压(油压、电动、手动)推动齿轮运动,从而实现滑台的双速运动,提高了工作效率,该发明设计合理。为实现高速运动的工况提供了可选方案。

参照图1-2,一种双齿条传动增速机构,包括滑台1、基座2、动齿条3、齿轮4、定齿条5、气缸6、齿轮座7、齿轮座滑轨8、滑台滑轨9、缓冲器10、感应开关11。
所述滑台1位于基座2的正上方,所述动齿条3与滑台1固定连接,所述定齿条5与基座2固定连接。所述齿轮座7的一端连接气缸6的活塞杆,另一端装配齿轮4,所述齿轮4与动齿条3、定齿条5同时啮合。基座2上设有两条滑台滑轨9,所述滑台1在基座2上的滑动通过滑台滑轨9导向,缓冲器10为滑台限位缓冲。为保证齿轮4的平稳运动,齿轮座7与基座2之间设计有滑轨8。基座2的一侧设有感应开关11。
工作原理:工作时,如图2所示,气缸6推动齿轮4运动,同时齿轮4与齿条(3、5)啮合传动,动齿条带动滑台1移动。
若气缸行程500mm,推动齿轮向前500mm,同时由于齿轮与齿条的啮合传动,带动滑台就向前移动了1000mm。即在同一时间里,活塞杆推动齿轮移动500mm,而终端滑台移动了1000mm,是气缸行程的2倍。
移动部件滑台速度是传统单一传动速度的2倍。
