本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保健酒，具有改善睡眠、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、调解肺腑、益精填髓的功效。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供以下技术方案：保健酒，该保健酒包括以下原材料：三岁以上马鹿的鹿鞭1具、狗鞭2具、红参100克、炙远志50克、巴戟100克、菟丝子50克、熟地50克、煅阳起石5克、软苗肉苁蓉50克、海马4克、枸杞子100克；将上述原材料加入至装有20斤60°纯粮食酒的容器中密封浸泡，浸泡完成后，取上清液，得保健酒成品。
在上述技术方案基础上，该保健酒的原材料在纯粮食酒中的浸泡温度为25℃温室条件，且浸泡步骤为：（1）先取鹿鞭、海马在纯粮食酒中浸泡38天；（2）再加入狗鞭、红参、炙远志、巴戟、菟丝子、熟地、煅阳起石、软苗肉苁蓉、枸杞子继续浸泡 15天；浸泡完成后，取上清液，得保健酒成品
