As shown in fig. 14, in some embodiments, a heating sheet 343 is disposed on an inner side surface of the fifth encapsulating portion 341 opposite to the sixth encapsulating portion 342 or an inner side surface of the sixth encapsulating portion 342 opposite to the fifth encapsulating portion 341, and a cut-off member 344 is disposed on an inner side surface of the sixth encapsulating portion 342 opposite to the fifth encapsulating portion 341 or an inner side surface of the fifth encapsulating portion 341 opposite to the sixth encapsulating portion 342. This makes it easier to cut the packaged package 20.
As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments, a triangular block 4211 is disposed in the direction-changing rail 421, the triangular block 4211 is fixed between the bottom wall and the front inner sidewall of the direction-changing rail 421, and an inclined surface 4212 is disposed on the triangular block 4211, and an area of the inclined surface 4212 gradually increases from an upper end to a lower end of the triangular block 4211. Therefore, after the charging conversion head 7 enters the reversing rail 421, the charging conversion head can rotate 90 degrees under the action of the inclined surface 4212 and the self gravity to enter the track of the reversing rail 421, so that the required passing width of the charging conversion head 7 when entering the packaging bag 20 is the narrowest, the arrangement of the stabilizing groove and the arrangement of the opening device 5 are further facilitated, and the size of the whole packaging equipment 1000 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 8 to 9, in some embodiments, the bag feeding device 2 may include a bag supporting shaft 21 and a plurality of bag supporting shafts 22 disposed on the frame, and the bag 20 may be rolled into a cylindrical shape and then sleeved on the bag supporting shaft 21, and then supported by the bag supporting shafts 22 to enter the feeding hole, thereby facilitating installation and replacement of the bag 20. The packing bag 20 may be an infinitely long packing bag 20 having only one side closed in the length direction, and may be installed in practice.
The distracting device 5 of the packaging apparatus 1000 according to embodiments of the present invention is described below in conjunction with fig. 8-11. The opening device 5 can be widely applied to the packaging equipment 1000 and the field of industrial automation.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, according to the expanding device 5 of the packaging apparatus 1000 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the expanding device 5 includes: the first guide rail 51 and the second guide rail 52 are arranged in the same plane and are perpendicular to each other; a first slider 53, a second slider 54 and a third slider 55, said first slider 53 being slidably mounted on said first rail 51, said second slider 54 and third slider 55 being slidably mounted on said second rail 52; a first link 56 and a second link 57, one end of the first link 56 being pivotally connected to the first slider 53, the other end of the first link 56 being pivotally connected to the second slider 54, one end of the second link 57 being pivotally connected to the first slider 53, and the other end of the second link 57 being pivotally connected to the third slider 55; a first spreading piece 58 and a second spreading piece 59, wherein the first spreading piece 58 is fixed on the second sliding block 54, and the second spreading piece 59 is fixed on the third sliding block 55; and the driving mechanism 60 is connected to the first sliding block 53 for driving the first sliding block to slide on the first guide rail 51. Thereby, the opening device 5 can automatically open the opening of the packaging bag 20 when the packaging equipment 1000 performs packaging, so that the packaged objects can enter the packaging bag 20 more easily.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments, the first slider 53 is provided with a first pivot 531 and a second pivot 532, the one end of the first link 56 is provided with a first pivot hole, the one end of the second link 57 is provided with a second pivot hole, the first pivot hole is matched with the first pivot 531, and the second pivot hole is matched with the second pivot 532. Therefore, the first connecting rod 56 and the second connecting rod 57 are pivotally connected with the first sliding block 53, the structure is simple, the implementation is easy, and the manufacturing cost of the whole distraction device 5 is favorably reduced.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments, the second slider 54 includes a first sliding portion 542, and a first connecting portion 541 and a second connecting portion 543 connected to the first sliding portion 542, a free end of the first connecting portion 541 is connected to the first link 56, and a free end of the second connecting portion 543 is fixed to the first spreading piece 58. Thereby facilitating the connection between the second slider 54 and the first link 56, the first spreader 58, and the second rail 52.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments, a free end of the first connecting portion 541 is provided with a third pivot shaft 5411, and the other end of the first link 56 is provided with a third pivot hole, which is fitted with the third pivot shaft 5411. Thereby, the pivotal connection between the first connection portion 541 and the first link 56 can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 8-11, in some embodiments, the first sliding portion 542 is provided with a first sliding groove, and the first sliding groove is engaged with the second guide rail 52. Thereby facilitating the sliding connection between the second slider 54 and the second guide rail 52.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments, the third slider 55 includes a second sliding portion 552, and a third connecting portion 551 and a fourth connecting portion 553 connected to the second sliding portion 552, a free end of the third connecting portion 551 is connected to the second link 57, and a free end of the fourth connecting portion 553 is fixed to the second spreading piece 59. Thereby facilitating the connection between the third slider 55 and the second link 57, the second spreading piece 59, and the second guide rail 52.
As shown in fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments, a free end of the third connecting portion 551 is provided with a fourth pivot 5412, and the other end of the second link 57 is provided with a fourth pivot hole fitted to the fourth pivot 5412. Thereby, the pivotal connection between the third connecting portion 551 and the second link 57 can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 8-11, in some embodiments, a second sliding slot is provided on the second sliding portion 552, and the second sliding slot is engaged with the second guide rail 52. Thereby, the sliding connection between the third slider 55 and the second guide rail 52 can be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 8-11, in some embodiments, the second slider 54 and the third slider 55 have the same structure, and the second slider 54 and the third slider 55 are mirror images of each other on the second rail 52. This facilitates the installation of the entire spreading device 5 during manufacture and also facilitates the easier application of the spreading device 5 to the packaging unit 1000.

Claims (7)

1. A packaging apparatus of a charging transfer head, comprising:
a frame;
the bag feeding device is arranged on the rack and used for installing a packaging bag for packaging the charging conversion head;
the packaging device is arranged on the rack and used for packaging a packaging bag provided with the charging conversion head;
the conveying device comprises a conveying piece, a positioning piece and a reversing piece, wherein the conveying piece and the positioning piece are positioned in the same horizontal plane and are horizontally arranged on the rack along the front-back direction, the positioning piece is arranged at the rear end of the conveying piece, a gap is formed between the positioning piece and the rear end of the conveying piece, the reversing piece comprises a reversing rail and a first push rod, the reversing rail is obliquely arranged in the vertical direction, the upper end of the reversing rail is positioned on the left side of the gap, the lower end of the reversing rail faces the packaging device, and the first push rod can be arranged on the right side of the gap in a reciprocating and telescopic manner along the left-right direction and is fixed on the rack;
the opening device is fixed on the rack and used for opening the packaging bag positioned at the packaging device in the front and back directions;
wherein, the left side of the gap is provided with a baffle plate, and at least part of the baffle plate extends into the reversing rail;
the conveying piece comprises a conveying rail and a conveying belt arranged in the conveying rail;
the conveying device further comprises a stabilizing block and a second push rod, the stabilizing block can be arranged on the horizontal plane where the lower end of the reversing rail is located and located between the reversing rail and the packaging device in a back-and-forth movement mode between a first position and a second position, a stabilizing groove which extends in the left-and-right direction and is used for containing a single charging conversion head is formed in the stabilizing block, penetrates through the left side face and the right side face of the stabilizing block, the second push rod can be arranged on the right side of the packaging device in a back-and-forth telescopic mode in the left-and-right direction, when the stabilizing block moves to the first position, the stabilizing groove is aligned to the lower end outlet of the reversing rail, and when the stabilizing block moves to the second position, the stabilizing groove is aligned to at least part of the packaging device and the second push rod.

The packaging apparatus of a charging conversion head according to claim 1, wherein the packaging device comprises a feeding assembly and a packaging assembly which are sequentially arranged on the frame from top to bottom, the feeding assembly comprises a left branch and a right branch which have the same structure and are oppositely arranged on the same horizontal plane, the cross section of the left branch and the cross section of the right branch are in an L shape, the left branch and the right branch can synchronously and relatively move in the front-back direction to form a feeding hole with variable width, and the packaging bag vertically passes through the feeding hole; at least part of the packaging assembly can be vertically and reciprocally lifted.

The packaging apparatus of a charging conversion head according to claim 2, wherein the spreading device includes a first spreading piece and a second spreading piece having the same structure, the first spreading piece and the second spreading piece are attached to and detached from each other in the front-rear direction, and are both located in the feed opening.

The apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the packaging assembly comprises a side packaging member, a bottom packaging member and a top packaging member, the side packaging member is fixed on the frame and located on the stabilizing block and the lower side of the feeding assembly for packaging the side opening of the packaging bag, the bottom packaging member and the top packaging member are vertically movable and mounted on the lower side of the feeding assembly and located on the upper side of the top packaging member, the bottom packaging member is used for packaging the lower opening of the packaging bag, and the top packaging member is used for packaging the upper opening of the packaging bag.
5. The packaging device of a charging conversion head according to claim 4,
the side packaging piece comprises a first packaging part and a second packaging part which are oppositely arranged on the same horizontal plane in the front-back direction, and the first packaging part and the second packaging part can synchronously move in the reverse direction in the front-back direction;
the bottom packaging part comprises a third packaging part and a fourth packaging part which are oppositely arranged on the same horizontal plane in the front-back direction, and the third packaging part and the fourth packaging part can synchronously move in the reverse direction in the front-back direction;
the top packaging part comprises a fifth packaging part and a sixth packaging part which are oppositely arranged on the same horizontal plane in the front-back direction, and the fifth packaging part and the sixth packaging part can synchronously move in the reverse direction in the front-back direction.
6. The packaging apparatus of the charging conversion head according to claim 5, wherein a heating sheet is disposed on an inner side surface of the fifth packaging part opposite to the sixth packaging part or an inner side surface of the sixth packaging part opposite to the fifth packaging part, and a cutting member is disposed on an inner side surface of the sixth packaging part opposite to the fifth packaging part or an inner side surface of the fifth packaging part opposite to the sixth packaging part.

The packaging equipment of the charging conversion head according to claim 1, wherein a triangular block is arranged in the reversing rail, the triangular block is fixed between the bottom wall and the front inner side wall of the reversing rail, an inclined plane is arranged on the triangular block, and the area of the inclined plane is gradually increased from the upper end to the lower end of the triangular block.
