Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,下表层由共聚聚丙烯和防粘剂组成;中间芯层由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、成核剂和石蜡油组成;上表层由共聚聚丙烯、成核剂、三氧化二锑和溴化环氧树脂组成。中间芯层是决定薄膜性能的基础,起支承作用,上表层为“爽滑层”,增加了薄膜的表面硬度和挺度,相片膜与相片膜之间能够较好的分离,尤其是改善爽滑面的耐磨性能,加入成核剂经过双向拉伸后,增加了膜的透明度和光泽度,提高了相片美观性,下表层为“非爽滑层”,主要与相片接触,提高薄膜与相片的紧密贴合效果,不会产生滑动。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体讲是一种耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜及其生产方法。
背景技术
相册,是用来装放相片的物品,相册主要用来收藏和保护相片使用。相册的材料有多种,通常相册由纸壳和PVC插袋制作而成。PVC是聚氯乙烯的简称,是氯乙烯单体在光、热作用下聚合而成的聚合物,对光和热的稳定性较差,在170℃左右就会发生分解,所以在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对光和热的耐受性。PVC在分解后会产生有害物质,并且机械强度不高,偏软,透明性不够,易磨刮后影响相片的清晰度。而BOPP膜在双向拉伸后具有较高有挺度和光泽性,但在与相片磨擦后会导致膜面刮花,影响相片的清晰度,因此需要研发耐磨刮的BOPP相册基膜。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的一个目的在于:提供一种耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,耐磨刮、光泽度高、挺度好。
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,包括:
下表层,由共聚聚丙烯和防粘剂组成;
中间芯层,由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、成核剂和石蜡油组成;
上表层,由共聚聚丙烯、成核剂、三氧化二锑和溴化环氧树脂组成。
进一步地,下表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯96%~97%,防粘剂3%~4%。
进一步地,中间芯层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯93%~96%,抗静电剂1.5%~5%,成核剂0.2%~0.5%,石蜡油1%-2%。
进一步地,上表层组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯80-86%,成核剂0.5-1.5%,三氧化二锑7-9%,溴化环氧树脂16-20%。
本发明还提供一种上述耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按下表层、中间芯层、上表层各组分比例分别称取下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料,下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料分别单独进行混配,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入三层模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材,模头口的模口间隙为1.5毫米~3.0毫米;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上并经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成铸片,铸片温度为25℃~40℃;
(5)铸片再分别经过纵拉机和横向拉伸机,将片材拉制成薄膜;
(6)薄膜再经过牵引机并进行测厚后送入收卷机,卷成大膜卷。
进一步地,步骤(5)中,纵拉机及横拉机的加工温度为75℃~175℃。
本发明的有益效果是:中间芯层是决定薄膜性能的基础,起支承作用,石蜡油起到提高抗老化性能的作用,上表层为“爽滑层”,增加了薄膜的表面硬度和挺度,相片膜与相片膜之间能够较好的分离,尤其是改善爽滑面的耐磨性能,加入成核剂经过双向拉伸后,增加了膜的透明度和光泽度,提高了相片美观性,三氧化二锑和溴化环氧树脂作为阻燃剂,起到阻燃效果,下表层为“非爽滑层”,主要与相片接触,提高薄膜与相片的紧密贴合效果,不会产生滑动。
具体实施方式
为比较直观、完整地理解本发明的技术方案,现进行非限制性的特征说明如下:
实施例一:
耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,包括:
下表层,由共聚聚丙烯和防粘剂组成,下表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯97%,防粘剂3%;防粘剂为芥酸酰胺;
中间芯层,由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、成核剂和石蜡油组成,中间芯层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯96%,抗静电剂1.5%,成核剂0.5%,石蜡油2%;成核剂为二亚苄叉山梨醇衍生物或磷酸酯金属盐类,抗静电剂为聚丙烯PP薄膜生产中常规使用的PP抗静电剂,如可以为市售商品PP抗静电剂 舒尔曼公司生产的PP抗静电剂ASPA2485DC等;
上表层,由共聚聚丙烯、成核剂、三氧化二锑和溴化环氧树脂组成,上表层组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯85%,成核剂1%,三氧化二锑8%,溴化环氧树脂16%;成核剂为二亚苄叉山梨醇衍生物或磷酸酯金属盐类;
上述耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按下表层、中间芯层、上表层各组分比例分别称取下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料,下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料分别单独进行混配,混配后的原料均进行干燥;
(2)干燥后的下表层、中间芯层、上表层原料分别送入各自挤出机进行熔融混炼塑化;
(3)分别将熔融态熔体送入三层模头,熔体在模头中汇合后通过扁平状的模头口形成熔融态片材,模头口的模口间隙为1.5毫米;
(4)用气刀将片材贴附于激冷辊上并经过水浴冷却后将片材定型形成铸片,铸片温度为30℃;
(5)铸片再分别经过纵拉机和横向拉伸机,将片材拉制成薄膜;
(6)薄膜再经过牵引机并进行测厚后送入收卷机,卷成大膜卷。
步骤(5)中,纵拉机及横拉机的加工温度为100℃。

1.耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,其特征在于包括:
下表层,由共聚聚丙烯和防粘剂组成;
中间芯层,由均聚聚丙烯、抗静电剂、成核剂和石蜡油组成;
上表层,由共聚聚丙烯、成核剂、三氧化二锑和溴化环氧树脂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,其特征在于:下表层的组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯96%~97%,防粘剂3%~4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,其特征在于:中间芯层的组分按质量比为:均聚聚丙烯93%~96%,抗静电剂1.5%~5%,成核剂0.2%~0.5%,石蜡油1%-2%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜,其特征在于:上表层组分按质量比为:共聚聚丙烯80-86%,成核剂0.5-1.5%,三氧化二锑7-9%,溴化环氧树脂16-20%。
5.耐磨刮高光泽相册保护膜的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
