Abstract
本发明提供一种自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,包括陶瓷耐磨层、附着层和防护层,陶瓷耐磨层有若干陶瓷片拼接组成,陶瓷片左右两侧为波纹面,陶瓷耐磨层底面紧贴附着层,附着层底面间隔设置有柱销和棱销,棱销中心贯穿有椭圆孔,椭圆孔内填充有吸音棉,附着层下方紧贴防护层,防护层上方间隔开有柱槽和棱槽,柱槽和棱槽内分别插设有柱销和棱销。附着层采用硅酸铝板,避免筒体外侧温度高,造成安全隐患,保证筒体内部研磨温度,提升研磨效率,降低了工作噪音;陶瓷片上下两侧为平面,左右两侧为波纹面,增加陶瓷片侧边的接触面,增强陶瓷片的切向耐磨强度;附着层底部的柱销和棱销,增加附着层和防护层的接触面,提升结构强度,方便更换、维护。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨板材,具体涉及一种自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板。
背景技术
传统的自磨机分为干式(气落式)和湿式(泄落式),我国以湿式自磨机最为常用,其中,陶瓷球磨机为卧式筒形旋转装置,一般由给料部、出料部、回转部、传动部等组成,随着作业细化和智能化的发展,自磨机开始配备微动装置和筒体顶起装置。
其中,回转部主要由筒体构成,通体内固定有衬板,在实际工作中,衬板与物料摩擦,研磨物料,一方面衬板摩擦损伤,需要方便及时更换,另一方面,物料在研磨过程中温度升高,热量由筒体散出,减缓研磨效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种吸音隔热、研磨效率高的自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,包括陶瓷耐磨层、附着层和防护层,所述陶瓷耐磨层有若干陶瓷片拼接组成,所述陶瓷片上下两侧为平面,左右两侧为波纹面,所述陶瓷耐磨层底面紧贴所述附着层,所述附着层底面间隔设置有柱销和棱销,所述棱销中心贯穿有椭圆孔,所述椭圆孔内填充有吸音棉,所述附着层下方紧贴所述防护层,所述防护层上方间隔开有柱槽和棱槽,所述柱槽和棱槽内分别插设有所述柱销和棱销。
所述附着层采用硅酸铝板。
所述防护层采用碳钢。
所述陶瓷片采用刚玉陶瓷。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、附着层采用硅酸铝板,硅酸铝板导热率及热容量较低,具有优良的热稳定性、热抗震性和韧性,耐压强度高,一方面,避免筒体外侧温度高,造成安全隐患,另一方面,保证筒体内部研磨温度,进而提升研磨效率,此外,还降低了工作噪音;
2、由于自磨机运转工作式,摩擦力来自于筒体的切向,因此陶瓷片上下两侧为平面,左右两侧为波纹面,增加陶瓷片侧边的接触面,增强陶瓷片的切向耐磨强度;
3、附着层底部的柱销和棱销,用于连接防护层,一方面,增加附着层和防护层的接触面,提升结构强度,另一方面,插入时安装,方便更换、维护,此外棱销内贯穿有椭圆孔,并塞有吸音棉,进一步降低工作噪音。

具体实施方式
如说明书附图中图1至图2所示的一种自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,包括陶瓷耐磨层1、附着层2和防护层3,陶瓷耐磨层1有若干陶瓷片4拼接组成,由于自磨机运转工作式,摩擦力来自于筒体的切向,因此陶瓷片4上下两侧为平面,左右两侧为波纹面,增加陶瓷片4侧边的接触面,增强陶瓷片4的切向耐磨强度。
陶瓷耐磨层1底面紧贴附着层2,为方便更换陶瓷耐磨层1,附着层2底面间隔设置有柱销5和棱销6,其中,棱销6中心贯穿有椭圆孔7,椭圆孔7内填充有吸音棉10,椭圆孔7能够有效降低陶瓷耐磨层1工作时产生的噪音,而附着层2下方紧贴防护层3,防护层3上方间隔开有柱槽8和棱槽9,柱槽8和棱槽9内分别插设有柱销5和棱销6。
进一步地,附着层2采用硅酸铝板,硅酸铝板导热率及热容量较低,具有优良的热稳定性、热抗震性和韧性,耐压强度高,一方面,避免筒体外侧温度高,造成安全隐患,另一方面,保证筒体内部研磨温度,进而提升研磨效率,此外,还进一步地降低了工作噪音。
为保证本发明具有足够的机械强度,防护层3采用碳钢,优选为中碳钢,并做防腐处理。
此外,陶瓷片1均采用刚玉陶瓷,刚玉陶瓷主要成分为三氧化二铝,具有超过淬火钢十倍的乃至几十倍的耐磨寿命。
综上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围,凡依本发明权利要求范围所述的形状、构造、特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰,均应包括于本发明的权利要求范围内。

1.一种自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,其特征在于:包括陶瓷耐磨层(1)、附着层(2)和防护层(3),所述陶瓷耐磨层(1)有若干陶瓷片(4)拼接组成,所述陶瓷片(4)上下两侧为平面,左右两侧为波纹面,所述陶瓷耐磨层(1)底面紧贴所述附着层(2),所述附着层(2)底面间隔设置有柱销(5)和棱销(6),所述棱销(6)中心贯穿有椭圆孔(7),所述椭圆孔(7)内填充有吸音棉(10),所述附着层(2)下方紧贴所述防护层(3),所述防护层(3)上方间隔开有柱槽(8)和棱槽(9),所述柱槽(8)和棱槽(9)内分别插设有所述柱销(5)和棱销(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,其特征在于:所述附着层(2)采用硅酸铝板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,其特征在于:所述防护层(3)采用碳钢。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自磨机筒体陶瓷复合衬板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷片(1)采用刚玉陶瓷。
