Abstract
本发明公开了一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,属于农药杀虫剂领域,所述的一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂含有以下重量百分比的各组分:10%~65%氟啶虫酰胺、2%~5%润湿剂、5%~20%分散剂、3%~7%崩解剂、0~4%黏结剂、0.1%~0.5%消泡剂,载体补足至100%。本发明还提供该氟啶虫酰胺的制备方法和应用。所述氟啶虫酰胺干混悬剂具有主药含量高、辅剂种类和用量少,制成的干混悬剂具有良好的流动性、分散性、崩解性和悬浮性,贮存和使用过程更加安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药杀虫剂领域,具体地,涉及一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
氟啶虫酰胺是一种吡啶酰胺类杀虫剂,其对靶标具有新的作用机理,对乙酰胆碱酯酶和烟酰胆碱受体无作用,对蚜虫有较好的神经毒性和快速拒食作用,具有内吸性强和较好的传导活性、用量少,活性高、持效期强的特点。与有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和除虫菊酯类农药无交叉作用,并有很好的环境相容性。对抗有机磷、氨基甲酸酯和拟除虫菊酯的棉蚜也有较高的活性。对其他一些刺吸式口器害虫同样有效。
在CN102696589A公开了一种氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂包括氟啶虫酰胺10~80%、润湿剂1~8%、分散剂1~10%、崩解剂1~40%、粘结剂0.5~4%、消泡剂0.3~5%,余量为载体,这种水分散粒剂的缺陷是,需要使用大量的助剂,特别是需要使用大量的崩解剂来提高崩解效果,且产品颗粒的粒径较大。在CN102696582A公开了一种氟啶虫酰胺的水悬浮剂含有氟啶虫酰胺1~50%;分散剂1~10%;润湿剂1~10%;增稠剂0.1~2%;防冻剂1~10%;消泡剂0.1~1%;防腐剂0.1~0.5%;余量为去离子水,这种水悬浮剂的缺陷更加明显,其使用的助剂种类非常多,主药含量低,运输和使用过程均不方便等等。
农药干悬浮剂是一种继水悬浮剂和水分散粒剂之后发展的一种环境友好型农药新剂型,兼具水悬浮剂和水分散粒剂的一切优点,具有分散性好、崩解迅速、悬浮持久、无粉尘飞扬和运输贮存方便的特点。近年来,干悬浮剂已经呈萌芽态势,势必在未来的几年中发展迅速,大受市场欢迎。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂及其制备方法和应用,所述氟啶虫酰胺干混悬剂具有主药含量高、辅剂种类和用量少,制成的干混悬剂具有良好的流动性、分散性、崩解性和悬浮性,贮存和使用过程更加安全。
为了达到本发明上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,含有以下重量百分比的各组分:10%~65%氟啶虫酰胺、2%~5%润湿剂、5%~20%分散剂、3%~7%崩解剂、0~4%黏结剂、0.1%~0.5%消泡剂,载体补足至100%。
本发明提供的上述技术方案,具有主药含量高、且所采用的助剂配方种类较少,相比水悬浮剂和水分散粒剂,既减少了助剂的添加成本,又能够提高产品的性能。同时在干悬浮剂使用前配制成混悬液水悬浮剂避免了后者沉淀后再悬浮性差的弊端。以下通过表1对干悬浮剂和水分散粒径的的异同点进行梳理:

上述技术方案中,所述润湿剂进一步优选地,选自烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子润湿剂的混合物Mor-wet EFW、异丙基萘磺酸盐Mor-wet IP、烷基萘磺酸盐Petro AA、阴离子表面活性剂Berol 790A、改性阴离子表面活性剂GY-WS01/04、非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03、亲水性纳米二氧化硅类JY-100和EASYTECH ST-83(是一款使用最新离子液体技术的高活性表面活性剂)中至少一种。
更优选地,所述润湿剂选自非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03、JY-100和ST-83中至少一种;最优选地,所述润湿剂为非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03。
上述技术方案中,所述分散剂进一步优选地,选自不饱和单体共聚的聚羧酸盐D800、改性萘磺酸盐D10、非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03、聚羧酸盐Tesperse-2700、2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐NNO、木质素磺酸钠、木质素D-80、磺酸盐3010、脂肪醇聚醚、烷基酚聚醚、嵌段聚醚8070、改性聚醚磺酸盐W2007、聚羧酸盐类分散剂GY-DF80、聚羧酸盐类分散剂GY-DF89和聚羧酸盐分散剂SP-2836中至少一种。
更优选地,所述分散剂选自GY-DF80、SP-2836、2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐NNO、聚羧酸盐Tesperse-2700、GY-DF81和GY-DF89中至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述崩解剂进一步优选地,选自所述崩解剂选自硫酸铵、硫酸钠、尿素、可溶性淀粉、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、氯化钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、海藻酸钠和白炭黑中至少一种。更优选地,所述崩解剂选自硫酸钠、硫酸铵和尿素中至少一种。
上述技术方案中,所述黏结剂进一步优选地,选自所述黏结剂选自蔗糖、聚丙烯酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、羟丙甲纤维素、乙基纤维素和低取代羟丙甲基纤维素中至少一种。优选地,所述黏结剂为蔗糖。
上述技术方案中,所述消泡剂进一步优选地,选自有机硅复合物GYX-60、硅聚醚DF-1108/1109、改性聚醚DF-830/832、有机硅X-80、有机硅X-4164至少一种。更优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅复合物GYX-60。
上述技术方案中,所述载体进一步优选地,选自高岭土、膨润土、轻钙、陶土、白碳黑、硅藻土、玉米淀粉中至少一种。更优选地,所述载体为高岭土和膨润土中的一种或两种。
本发明提供以下优选实施方案,该氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂含有以下重量百分比的各组分:50%氟啶虫酰胺、3%润湿剂GY-WS03、8%分散剂GY-DF89、16%分散剂NNO、3%崩解剂硫酸钠、0.25%消泡剂GYX-60,高岭土补足至100%。
申请人发现,在各种原辅料的上述配比下,得到的干悬浮剂主药含量可达50%,不需使用黏合剂,助剂种类少且用量少,因此造价成本较低,对其性能指标进行测试,结果显示其各项指标表现优异,具有很好的润湿性能和崩解性能,其润湿时间为10.01s、崩解时间为13.33s,特别的,能够显著提升悬浮率和湿筛实验通过率,其悬浮率可达99.9%,湿筛实验能够100%通过。
本发明还提供氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量的称取氟啶虫酰胺、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂于容器内,再加水制成固含量45%~55%的混合物,再加入配方量的消泡剂,在高速分散机中剪切5~15min得到混悬液;
(2)在混悬液中加入镐珠,研磨粉碎至粒子粒径在5μm以下,过滤,得到研磨液;
所述混悬液与所述镐珠的体积比为1:(1~2),所述研磨速度为1200~1500r/min,所述研磨时间0.5~1.5h;
(3)研磨液投入压力式喷雾干燥设备中,视颗粒情况加入或不加入黏结剂,进行喷雾造粒得到空心的干悬浮剂颗粒。
本发明还可对上述制备方法进行以下具体限定:
步骤(1)所述剪切分散机的转速为5000r/min。
步骤(2)所述研磨用镐珠的粒径为2mm,所述混悬液与所述镐珠的体积之比优选地为1:1.5。
步骤(3)所述喷雾造粒条件为:喷雾条件为:热风进口温度控制在105~145℃,冷风出口温度为65~75℃范围内,雾化压力控制在12×104~1500×104kPa,进料流量:21.2mL/min;
优选地,喷雾干燥进风口温度:135℃,出风口温度为:72℃,进料流量:21.2mL/min,雾化器压力为:12×104kPa。
对上述制备方法获得的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂成品进行性能指标检测。具体检测指标包括水分、润湿性、分散性、崩解性、悬浮率等的测定。对筛分、分析检验合格后的成品进行包装即得到氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂产品。
本发明还提供氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂在防治谷物、果树、棉花、蔬菜、马铃薯刺吸式害虫中的应用,优选地,所述害虫选自蚜虫、茶绿叶蝉、温室粉虱、茶黄蓟马、褐飞虱中至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果是:
(1)本发明提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂产品外形为类空心圆球形,较水分散粒剂具良好的流动性、分散性、崩解性、悬浮性;较水悬浮剂稳定可靠、耐长期贮存,可解决水悬浮剂在贮存过程中出现的问题;较可湿性粉剂而言,具有更好的安全性,不会出现局部浓度过高而产生药害现象;无溶剂的添加,可减少对环境的污染;无扬尘、无黏附,利用更充分,对操作者亦安全。
(2)本发明提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂产品工效明显提高,加少量水即可成水悬浮剂,可直接用于飞机或地面的微量喷雾,较少量提高工效10倍,较常量喷雾提高工效100倍。
(3)本发明提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂在水中崩解速度较快。干悬浮剂电镜下观察有许多微细小孔,增加了水的渗透能力,因此入水后可迅速崩解分散形成均匀稳定成悬浮液,不沉淀、不结块,喷雾过程中不会造成喷头的堵塞。
(4)本发明提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂持效期较长,药液微粒极细,在5μm以下,能够均匀的附着在作用对象表面,耐雨水冲刷。
(5)本发明提供的氟啶虫酰胺制备方法具有:
①干燥速率高。悬浮液经喷雾干燥器雾化后,比表面积增大,高温气流可瞬间将悬浮液干燥。
②采用并流式喷雾干燥形式使雾滴与热风同方向流动,在热风与雾滴迅速接触后,干燥室温度急剧下降,因此对农药热敏性物料亦适用。
③使用范围广。根据混悬液的特性,通过操作条件的改变,差异较大的产品亦可用此方法生产。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
本实施例中组分含量除另有说明外,均为重量百分比。
以下结合实施例对本发明的特征和性能作进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分比的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:10%,GY-WS03:3%,GY-DF80:5%,尿素:5%,蔗糖:1%,GYX-60:0.3%,高岭土补足至100%。
制备工艺流程图如图1所示,具体步骤如下:
a.按配方要求称取原药、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂等于研磨容器内,用玻璃棒搅拌均匀,加入含固率为50%的水,再加入适量的消泡剂,在高速剪切分散剂中以转速5000r/min的转速剪切10min,待粗分散体系混合均匀后停止剪切。
b.将a所得混悬液转移至砂磨机,加入一定量(M物料:M镐珠=1:1.5)的镐珠,以转速1200r/min的转速研磨,研磨过程中取样进行粒径检测,直至粒径在5μm以下停止研磨。
c.将b所得悬浮液投入喷雾干燥设备中进行喷雾造粒,喷雾条件为:热风进口温度控制在135℃,冷风出口温度为65~75℃范围内,雾化压力控制在12×104~1500×104kPa,进料流量:21.2mL/min。
d.将c所制得的干悬浮剂成品进行性能指标检测,符合要求后进行分装。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:20%,ST-83:3%,NNO:10%,硫酸铵:5%,蔗糖:2%,GYX-60:0.1%,高岭土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:20%,GY-WS03:3%,GY-DF89:10%,硫酸铵:5%,GYX-60:0.4%,膨润土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:30%,WS-03:3%,Tesperse-2700:8%,硫酸铵:3.5%,GYX-60:0.5%,膨润土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:30%,JY-100:5%,GY-DF81:12%,硫酸铵:3%,蔗糖:2%,GYX-60:0.2%,高岭土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:45%,GY-WS03:3%,GY-DF89:5%,NNO:10%,硫酸铵:3%,GYX-60:0.2%,高岭土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例7:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:50%,GY-WS03:3%,GY-DF89:8%,NNO:16%,硫酸钠:3%,GYX-60:0.25%,高岭土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例8:
本实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,包括以下重量百分百的组分:氟啶虫酰胺原药:65%,GY-WS03:3%,SP-2836:20%,硫酸钠:3%,蔗糖:4%,GYX-60:0.4%,高岭土补足至100%。
所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例9
上述实施例1~8所制备的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,同时设置10%氟啶虫酰胺水分散粒剂作为对照例(商品名隆施,购自福建坤晟农业开发有限公司)的主要性能指标测定方法参照相关国家制剂标准(国家制剂标准HG/T2467.13-2003,润湿时间GB/T 5451,悬浮率GB/T 14825,湿筛试验GB/T 16150),测定结果如下表2所示:

注:符号“+”代表分散性差,“++”代表分散性良,“+++”代表分散性优。
由表2可知,实施例1-8中的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的性能指标均符合固体制剂加工要求,并且以实施例7提供的干悬浮剂为最佳。与对比例相比,本发明实施例提供的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的润湿时间和崩解时间更短,湿筛试验和悬浮率百分比更高。将实施例7的干混悬剂与对比例的水分散剂粒剂相比,对比例7中干混悬剂的主药含量为对比例的5倍,而实施例7的干混悬剂的润湿时间和崩解时间大约为对比例的水分散粒剂的1/4左右,其分散性、湿筛试验和悬浮率也显著提高。综上,本发明中所制备的干悬浮剂具有分散性好,悬浮率高,加工过程中不造成粉尘飞扬,同时,由于原药在加工成干悬浮剂后入水崩解迅完全速且崩解均匀,崩解后的粒子较细,因此喷雾使用过程中不容易堵塞喷头。响应了国家号召农药制剂绿色发展理念,不仅减少了对环境造成的危害还为农药制剂加工提供参考。

1.一种氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于,含有以下重量百分比的各组分:10%~65%氟啶虫酰胺、2%~5%润湿剂、5%~20%分散剂、3%~7%崩解剂、0~4%黏结剂、0.1%~0.5%消泡剂,载体补足至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐和阴离子润湿剂的混合物Mor-wet EFW、异丙基萘磺酸盐Mor-wet IP、烷基萘磺酸盐Petro AA、阴离子表面活性剂Berol 790A、改性阴离子表面活性剂GY-WS01/04、非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03、亲水性纳米二氧化硅类JY-100和EASYTECH ST-83中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂选自不饱和单体共聚的聚羧酸盐D800、改性萘磺酸盐D10、非离子高分子聚合物和阴离子低分子聚合物复配化合物GY-WS03、聚羧酸盐Tesperse-2700、2-萘磺酸甲醛聚合物钠盐NNO、木质素磺酸钠、木质素D-80、磺酸盐3010、脂肪醇聚醚、烷基酚聚醚、嵌段聚醚8070、改性聚醚磺酸盐W2007、聚羧酸盐类分散剂GY-DF80、聚羧酸盐类分散剂GY-DF89和聚羧酸盐分散剂SP-2836中至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述崩解剂选自硫酸铵、硫酸钠、尿素、可溶性淀粉、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、羧甲基淀粉钠、氯化钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙二醇、海藻酸钠和白炭黑中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述黏结剂选自蔗糖、聚丙烯酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、糊精、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、羟丙甲纤维素、乙基纤维素和低取代羟丙甲基纤维素中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述消泡剂选自有机硅复合物GYX-60、硅聚醚DF-1108/1109、改性聚醚DF-830/832、有机硅X-80、有机硅X-4164至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述载体选自高岭土、膨润土、轻钙、陶土、白碳黑、硅藻土、玉米淀粉中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂,其特征在于:含有以下重量百分比的各组分:50%氟啶虫酰胺、3%润湿剂GY-WS03、8%分散剂GY-DF89、16%分散剂NNO、3%崩解剂硫酸钠、0.25%消泡剂GYX-60,高岭土补足至100%。
9.权利要求1~8所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方量的称取氟啶虫酰胺、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂于容器内,再加水制成固含量45%~55%的混合物,再加入配方量的消泡剂,在高速分散机中剪切5~15min得到混悬液;
(2)在混悬液中加入镐珠,研磨粉碎至粒子粒径在5μm以下,过滤,得到研磨液;
所述混悬液与所述镐珠的体积比为1:(1~2),所述研磨速度为1200~1500r/min,所述研磨时间0.5~1.5h;
(3)研磨液投入压力式喷雾干燥设备中,视颗粒情况加入或不加入黏结剂,进行喷雾造粒得到空心的干悬浮剂颗粒。
10.权利要求1~8所述氟啶虫酰胺干悬浮剂在防治谷物、果树、棉花、蔬菜、马铃薯刺吸式害虫中的应用,优选地,所述害虫选自蚜虫、茶绿叶蝉、温室粉虱、茶黄蓟马、褐飞虱中至少一种。
