Abstract

本发明属于农业领域,具体涉及一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物。一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物包含:性引诱剂、气味化合物、抗氧化剂和缓释载体;所述的性引诱剂由9Z,11E‑醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E‑醋酸十四碳二烯酯组成;所述的气味化合物由苯乙醛、顺3‑己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯组成。本发明所述的斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物对斜纹夜蛾具有很好的引诱效果,可用于害虫斜纹夜蛾的防治;此外本发明筛选的气味化合物对性引诱剂具有很好的增强作用,特别优选的气味化合物组合物为苯乙醛、顺3‑己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯的配比为2:1:1。

Description

一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物
技术领域
本发明属于农业领域,具体涉及一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物及其应用。
背景技术
斜纹夜蛾是危害蔬菜的主要害虫之一,具有危害时间长、食性广、危害大的特点,易暴发成灾。目前,化学药剂防治是蔬菜生产中控制斜纹夜蛾的主要措施。但是,蔬菜生产过程中,由于过多地依赖和频繁使用高浓度化学药剂防治病虫害,不仅导致害虫的抗药性显著增强,而且蔬菜产品中农药残留超标,严重影响蔬菜质量和食品安全。如何有效化解这些难题,有效遏制斜纹夜蛾危害成为现代蔬菜生产的一大制约因素。在现代化的蔬菜生产过程中,非化防技术越来越受到关注,应用前景十分广阔。
斜纹夜蛾性信息素的研究始于20 世纪70 年代初。Tamaki等鉴定了斜纹夜蛾性信息素,成分为9Z,11E一醋酸十四碳二烯酯( A ) 和9Z,12 E 一醋酸十四碳二烯酯( B )。Tamaki和Yushima通过室内和田间试验测定了这两种化合物的生物活性, 确定它们的最佳配比为9:1。Tamaki等对斜纹夜蛾未交尾雌蛾释放出来的化合物进行分析, 发现其他性信息素成分: (Z )-9-醋酸十四碳烯酯、( E )-11-醋酸十四碳烯酯及其他化合物。并通过田间实验, 对这两种相关化合物的生物活性进行了评价, 发现无任何增效作用, 反而有抑制作用。Kawssaki利用触角电位实验证明了这一点。另外, 一些研究者通过两种主要成分的活性研究, 发现9Z,11E一醋酸十四碳二烯酯是最主要的引诱物质和9Z,12 E 一醋酸十四碳二烯酯可加强9Z,11E一醋酸十四碳二烯酯的引诱能力。
昆虫信息素的使用为害虫防治提供了一条新的途径。采用昆虫信息素进行害虫监测和无公害防治具有活性高、特异性强、无毒、无污染、不杀伤天敌、使用简便、成本低廉等优点。如何提高性诱剂的诱虫效果, 优化混合物并达到最大的增效作用,对提高目前化学性诱剂的诱集效率、降低成本有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物及其应用,所制备的斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物可有效提高对斜纹夜蛾的诱杀效果,并且气味化合物可明显增强性引诱剂的引诱效果。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物,所述的引诱剂组合物包含:性引诱剂、气味化合物、抗氧化剂和缓释载体。
作为优选,所述的性引诱剂由9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯组成;所述气味化合物为顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、苯乙醛、柠檬烯、苯甲醇、苯甲醛、水杨酸甲酯、2-羟基苯甲醛中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述的性引诱剂由9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯组成;所述的气味化合物由苯乙醛、顺3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯组成。
作为优选,所述的抗氧化剂为维生素E、TBHQ、BHT或BHA中的一种或多种;所述的缓释载体为橡胶、聚乙烯缓释瓶中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述的斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物中,9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯的重量配比为9.5:1;苯乙醛、顺3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯的重量比为2:1:1。
本发明所述的一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂诱芯,包含本发明所述的引诱剂组合物,每个诱芯中:性引诱剂含量0.5-5mg、气味化合物含量0.2-0.8mg、抗氧化剂0.1-0.3mg。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所述的斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物对斜纹夜蛾具有很好的引诱效果,可用于害虫斜纹夜蛾的防治;此外本发明筛选的气味化合物对性引诱剂具有很好的增强作用,特别优选的气味化合物组合物为苯乙醛、顺3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯的配比为2:1:1。
具体实施方式
下述实施例是对于本发明内容的进一步说明以作为对本发明技术内容的阐释,但本发明的实质内容并不仅限于下述实施例所述。
实施例1:引诱剂组合物对斜纹夜蛾的引诱效果
试验方法:诱捕器的进虫口离地面1.5m,诱捕器之间相距20m左右。诱捕试验持续5d,每个处理设置10个诱捕器(即在同一次试验中重复10次),总计6个小区。

由表1-2可知,气味引诱剂苯乙醛对性引诱剂具有很好的加强作用,不同的气味引诱剂组合对性引诱剂的引诱效果有一定的差异性。配方H2中气味化合物顺3-己烯乙酸酯、苯乙醛和柠檬烯组合可更好的增强性引诱剂的引诱效果。
实施例2:气味化合物最佳配比筛选
试验方法:诱捕器的进虫口离地面1.5 m,诱捕器之间相距20 m左右。诱捕试验持续5d,每个处理设置10个诱捕器(即在同一次试验中重复10次), 总计6个小区。

由表3-4可知,不同配比的气味化合物顺-3-己烯乙酸酯、苯乙醛和柠檬烯的组合对性引诱剂的引诱效果有一定的差异,优选的,苯乙醛、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯的配比为2:1:1。
实施例3:性引诱剂配方最佳配比筛选

由表5-6可知,不同配比性引诱剂配方对斜纹夜蛾引诱效果差异比较小,优选9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯与9Z,12 E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯的配比为9.5:1。

Claims (3)

1.一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的引诱剂组合物包含:性引诱剂、气味化合物、抗氧化剂和缓释载体;所述的性引诱剂由9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯组成,9Z,11E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯和9Z,12E-醋酸十四碳二烯酯的重量配比为9.5:1;所述的气味化合物由苯乙醛、顺-3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯组成,苯乙醛、顺3-己烯乙酸酯和柠檬烯的重量比为2:1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的斜纹夜蛾引诱剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的抗氧化剂为维生素E、TBHQ、BHT或BHA中的一种或多种;所述的缓释载体为橡胶、聚乙烯缓释瓶中的一种或几种。
3.一种斜纹夜蛾引诱剂诱芯,其特征在于,包含权利要求1-2任一所述的引诱剂组合物,每个诱芯中:性引诱剂含量0.5-5mg、气味化合物含量0.2-0.8mg、抗氧化剂0.1-0.3mg。
