Abstract

本发明属于工艺墙技术领域,公开一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法。该方法利用模块构筑,所述模块为长方体形模塑聚苯板,模块上开设有纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞,纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞之间相交并相连通;自下而上堆叠若干层外模,每层外模均由若干个模块横向堆叠而成,且所有奇数层外模的外边缘对应一致、所有偶数层外模的外边缘对应一致,奇数层外模和偶数层外模之间则相互交错堆叠但要保证上、下层外模中模块的纵向灌浆洞相对应;堆叠完成后,自最上一层外模中的纵向灌浆洞灌注浆料,等待浆料成型后,拆除所有模块,外侧边缘修整齐平,即得镂空工艺墙。本发明可以实现多种镂空造型的工艺墙,而且可以实现一次成型,简单方便。

本发明属于工艺墙技术领域,具体涉及一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人们的生活质量不断的提高,与此同时,人们对于生活环境的要求也越来越重视,一些家居工艺品也越来越受人们的青睐。工艺墙因其极具装饰性,越来越多地应用到室内装饰中。但是现有工艺墙基本上都是在现有墙体上通过后期加工各种造型而成,成型过程相对复杂,不便于规模化生产。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,该方法利用模块构筑工艺墙,所述模块为长方体形,模块材质为模塑聚苯板,模块上分别开设有至少一个纵向灌浆洞和至少一个横向灌浆洞,纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞之间相交并且相交处相连通;
构筑方法如下:按设计要求的工艺墙高度和宽度,自下而上堆叠若干层外模,每层外模均由若干个模块横向堆叠而成,且所有奇数层外模的外边缘对应一致、所有偶数层外模的外边缘对应一致,奇数层外模和偶数层外模之间则相互交错堆叠但要保证上层外模中模块的纵向灌浆洞与下层外模中模块的纵向灌浆洞相对应;堆叠完成后,自最上一层外模中的纵向灌浆洞灌注浆料,等待浆料成型后,拆除所有模块,外侧边缘修整齐平,即得一种镂空工艺墙。
较好地,纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞为任何一种几何图形,由此得到不同镂空形状的镂空工艺墙。
较好地,纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞优选方形、圆形或多边形。
较好地,纵向灌浆洞的数量为两个、横向灌浆洞的数量为一个。
较好地,相邻模块之间在接触面处通过粘接或机械固定等方式连接。
较好地,所述浆料为水泥或混凝土。
有益效果:本发明方法通过纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞的形状选择,可以实现多种镂空造型的工艺墙,而且可以实现一次成型,简单方便,便于在工厂中大规模化生产。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,该方法利用模块1(如图1~5所示)构筑工艺墙,所述模块1为长方体形,模块1材质为模塑聚苯板,模块1上分别开设有两个纵向灌浆洞1.1(方形)和一个横向灌浆洞1.2(方形),纵向灌浆洞1.1和横向灌浆洞1.2之间相交并且相交处相连通;
构筑方法如下:如图6所示,按设计要求的工艺墙高度和宽度,自下而上堆叠若干层外模2,每层外模2均由若干个模块1横向堆叠而成,且所有奇数层外模2的外边缘对应一致、所有偶数层外模2的外边缘对应一致,奇数层外模2和偶数层外模2之间则相互交错堆叠但要保证上层外模2中模块1的纵向灌浆洞1.1与下层外模2中模块1的纵向灌浆洞1.1相对应,相邻模块1之间在接触面处通过粘接方式连接;堆叠完成后,自最上一层外模2中的纵向灌浆洞1.1灌注水泥,等待水泥成型后,拆除所有模块1,外侧边缘修整齐平,即得如图7所示的镂空工艺墙。

1.一种仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,其特征在于:该方法利用模块构筑工艺墙,所述模块为长方体形,模块材质为模塑聚苯板,模块上分别开设有至少一个纵向灌浆洞和至少一个横向灌浆洞,纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞之间相交并且相交处相连通;
构筑方法如下:按设计要求的工艺墙高度和宽度,自下而上堆叠若干层外模,每层外模均由若干个模块横向堆叠而成,且所有奇数层外模的外边缘对应一致、所有偶数层外模的外边缘对应一致,奇数层外模和偶数层外模之间则相互交错堆叠但要保证上层外模中模块的纵向灌浆洞与下层外模中模块的纵向灌浆洞相对应;堆叠完成后,自最上一层外模中的纵向灌浆洞灌注浆料,等待浆料成型后,拆除所有模块,外侧边缘修整齐平,即得一种镂空工艺墙。

3.如权利要求2所述的仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,其特征在于:纵向灌浆洞和横向灌浆洞为圆形或多边形。
4.如权利要求1~3任一所述仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,其特征在于:纵向灌浆洞的数量为两个、横向灌浆洞的数量为一个。
5.如权利要求1所述的仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,其特征在于:相邻模块之间在接触面处通过粘接或机械固定方式连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的仿失蜡铸模构筑工艺墙的方法,其特征在于:所述浆料为水泥或混凝土。
