Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic and a preparation method thereof, and in particular relates to a smoothie acne-removing gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of economy in China, the living standard of people is increasingly improved, so that the attention of people is changed from being full to other aspects of life. People who love beauty have the beauty, and the face is the centralized embodiment of beauty outside one person, so that face care is the most important thing, and the beauty and skin care industry is increasingly strengthened. Nowadays, the life rhythm is increasingly accelerated, the face of people is easy to grow acnes due to factors such as irregular life and the like, so that acne removing products are produced at the same time, and the market prospect is wide.
Acne, commonly called pox, is caused by the blockage of the pilosebaceous gland due to the hypersecretion of sebum by the sebaceous gland, and is more serious and causes bacterial infection and inflammation to result in suppuration. If the treatment is not proper, the acne marks can be left and are difficult to eliminate.
Nowadays, acne-removing products on the market are well-balanced, but the basically used substance with the acne-removing effect is salicylic acid, and the salicylic acid has the effect of peeling off cuticle, so that the salicylic acid is widely applied to the acne-removing products. But due to the structural characteristics of salicylic acid, the salicylic acid has strong acidity, and the hydrogel thickening agent basically does not resist strong acidity, so that the acne removing gel taking the salicylic acid as a main functional substance is difficult to thicken.
There are salicylic acid acne-removing gels thickened with carbomers in the prior art, such as: CN105250189A, but it is well known that most types of carbomers are not resistant to strong acid and strong ions, and are easy to collapse and thin the gel system; the carbomer has high requirements on the using and operating process, the carbomer needs to be soaked for at least 12 hours in advance in the production process, otherwise, the hydration degree is influenced, and the operation consumes long time; and neutralization is needed to thicken, and the neutralized system can reduce the efficacy of the salicylic acid and even completely lose the efficacy, which is suitable for the contrary.
Biological polysaccharide gum belongs to macromolecular saccharide polymer extracted from natural organisms, has good hydrophilic performance, can play a thickening role when being used in a cosmetic system, has a natural powerful moisturizing effect in the using process, and is safer and more environment-friendly compared with the traditional chemically synthesized macromolecular gel. For example, agarose, which is derived from natural agar and is a linear polymer, forms a good solid gel when dissolved in water under heating and then cooled, and forms a smoothie jelly-like appearance when treated by a specific process and is strongly inert to strong acids and strong ions.
A small part of the acne removing product uses other functional components to exert the acne removing effect, but most gel products are transparent and smooth hydrogel in appearance, have no layering feeling when being smeared, bring use fatigue to consumers after a long time, and are lack of novelty. Such as: CN107961188A in the invention discloses an acne-removing gel taking carbomer as a thickening system, which is a transparent gel. The existing acne removing products have the following defects that salicylic acid in the existing acne removing products is difficult to thicken and retain activity; in the prior art, the salicylic acid acne-removing gel is difficult to prepare in a time-saving and labor-saving manner; the existing acne-removing gel product is lack of novelty in appearance, has no texture when being smeared and is easy to cause use fatigue after being used for a long time.
