Abstract
一种吊扇快装接线盒,用于连接电源及吊扇马达,所述吊扇快装接线盒包含电路板、电源连接器、马达连接器及电子单元,所述电路板包括安装部及连接所述安装部的电源连接部及马达连接部,所述电源连接器设置于所述电源连接部并用于连接所述电源,所述马达连接器设置于所述马达连接部并用于连接所述吊扇马达,所述电子单元包括启动电容及正反转切换开关,所述启动电容设置于所述安装部,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器,所述正反转切换开关设置于所述安装部且间隔所述启动电容设置,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器,借此使所述电源及所述吊扇马达能轻易地被安装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吊扇,特别是涉及一种吊扇快装接线盒。
背景技术
参阅图1,一种现有的吊扇电路系统,用于连接一个电源11及一个吊扇马达12,所述吊扇电路系统包括一个启动电容13、一个正反转切换开关14及多个用于分别连接相对应的所述电源11、所述吊扇马达12、所述启动电容13及所述正反转切换开关14的闭端端子15。
使用时,所述启动电容13、所述闭端端子15及相对应的连接线材于连接后,都必须装入一个分离箱(图未示)中,以保持外观的整齐。
然而,由于所述分离箱中需装入的线材及元件较多,因此造成所述分离箱的尺寸无法减少,且所述闭端端子15在使用时,容易产生飞丝、线材松脱或线材遭挤压弯折而断裂的问题,而使故障率较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在提供一种克服背景技术所述至少一个缺点的吊扇快装接线盒。
本发明吊扇快装接线盒,用于连接电源及吊扇马达,其特征在于,所述吊扇快装接线盒包含电路板、电源连接器、马达连接器及电子单元,所述电路板包括安装部及连接所述安装部且位于边缘侧的电源连接部及马达连接部,所述电源连接器设置于所述电源连接部并用于连接所述电源,所述马达连接器设置于所述马达连接部并用于连接所述吊扇马达,所述电子单元包括启动电容及正反转切换开关,所述启动电容设置于所述安装部,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器,所述正反转切换开关设置于所述安装部且间隔所述启动电容设置,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器。
本发明所述吊扇快装接线盒,所述电路板沿弧向延伸,所述电源连接部及所述马达连接部沿所述弧向分别位于所述安装部的两相反侧。
本发明所述吊扇快装接线盒,还包含设置于所述安装部且彼此间隔设置的电容连接器及开关连接器,所述电容连接器用于供所述启动电容安装,所述开关连接器用于供所述正反转切换开关安装。
本发明所述吊扇快装接线盒,所述电源连接器具有多个电连接所述电路板并能够调整夹持距离的夹爪,所述马达连接器具有多个电连接所述电路板并能够调整夹持距离的夹爪。
本发明所述吊扇快装接线盒,还包含包覆于所述电路板外侧并供所述启动电容、所述正反转切换开关、所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器露出的外壳。
本发明所述吊扇快装接线盒,所述外壳沿弧向延伸。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过设置所述电路板、所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器,使所述电源及所述吊扇马达能轻易地安装于所述吊扇快装接线盒。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
参阅图2、3,本发明吊扇快装接线盒的一个实施例,用于连接一个电源91及一个吊扇马达92,所述电源91具有三个电线911,所述吊扇马达92具有四个电线921。
所述吊扇快装接线盒包含一个电路板2、一个电源连接器3、一个马达连接器4、一个电容连接器5、一个开关连接器6、一个电子单元7及一个外壳8。
所述电路板2包括一个安装部21及连接所述安装部21且位于边缘侧的一个电源连接部22及一个马达连接部23。
所述电路板2沿一个弧向S延伸,所述电源连接部22及所述马达连接部23沿所述弧向S分别位于所述安装部21的两相反侧。
所述电源连接器3设置于所述电源连接部22并用于连接所述电源91,所述电源连接器3具有三个电连接所述电路板2并能够调整夹持距离以分别夹持所述电源91的所述电线911的夹爪31。
所述马达连接器4设置于所述马达连接部23并用于连接所述吊扇马达92,所述马达连接器4具有四个电连接所述电路板2并能够调整夹持距离以分别夹持所述吊扇马达92的所述电线921的夹爪41。
所述电容连接器5设置于所述安装部21。
所述开关连接器6设置于所述安装部21且间隔所述电容连接器5设置。
所述电子单元7包括一个启动电容71及一个正反转切换开关72。
所述启动电容71安装于所述电容连接器5,并通过所述电路板2电连接所述电源连接器3及所述马达连接器4。
所述正反转切换开关72安装于所述开关连接器6且间隔所述启动电容71设置,并通过所述电路板2电连接所述电源连接器3及所述马达连接器4。
所述外壳8包覆于所述电路板2外侧,并与所述电路板2相类似地沿所述弧向S延伸,且供所述启动电容71、所述正反转切换开关72、所述电源连接器3及所述马达连接器4露出。
要说明的是,所述电源91、所述吊扇马达92、所述启动电容71及所述正反转切换开关72的电路连接关系为一般吊扇技术领域中的技术人员能够轻易理解,且电路连接关系也非本案所欲主张的内容,因此本说明书不再对电路连接关系进一步说明。
在组装时,只要将所述电源91的所述电线911插入所述电源连接器3,并由所述电源连接器3的所述夹爪31夹紧,以及将所述吊扇马达92的所述电线921插入所述马达连接器4,并由所述马达连接器4的所述夹爪41夹紧,就能使所述电源91、所述吊扇马达92、所述启动电容71及所述正反转切换开关72电连接,因此能达到方便且快速组装的效果。
由于所述电源连接器3及所述马达连接器4是分离设置,因此安装所述电线911、921时,能够轻易区分所述电线911、921所欲安装的位置,能避免组装人员因线路复杂而可能产生的失误。
此外,由于所述夹爪31、41能以平均施力的方式进行夹持,因此所述电线911、921不容易松脱,因此也不容易产生如使用闭端端子时的飞丝或夹断的问题。
而所述外壳8沿所述弧向S延伸的外型,能够以内侧弧处靠抵于一个吊扇(图未示)的中心支架处,而能够方便安装,且所述外壳8内不需装入线材,因此尺寸能够只配合所述电路板2而大幅减小。
综上所述,通过设置所述电路板2、所述电源连接器3及所述马达连接器4,使所述电源91及所述吊扇马达92能轻易地安装于所述吊扇快装接线盒,所以确实能达成本发明的目的。
Claims (4)
1.一种吊扇快装接线盒,用于连接电源及吊扇马达,其特征在于,所述吊扇快装接线盒包含电路板、电源连接器、马达连接器、电子单元及外壳,所述电路板包括安装部及连接所述安装部且位于边缘侧的电源连接部及马达连接部,所述电源连接器设置于所述电源连接部并用于连接所述电源,所述马达连接器设置于所述马达连接部并用于连接所述吊扇马达,所述电子单元包括启动电容及正反转切换开关,所述启动电容设置于所述安装部,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器,所述正反转切换开关设置于所述安装部且间隔所述启动电容设置,并通过所述电路板电连接所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器;
所述电源连接器具有多个电连接所述电路板并能够调整夹持距离的夹爪,所述马达连接器具有多个电连接所述电路板并能够调整夹持距离的夹爪,所述外壳沿弧向延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吊扇快装接线盒,其特征在于:所述电路板沿弧向延伸,所述电源连接部及所述马达连接部沿所述弧向分别位于所述安装部的两相反侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吊扇快装接线盒,其特征在于:所述吊扇快装接线盒还包含设置于所述安装部且彼此间隔设置的电容连接器及开关连接器,所述电容连接器用于供所述启动电容安装,所述开关连接器用于供所述正反转切换开关安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吊扇快装接线盒,其特征在于:所述外壳包覆于所述电路板外侧并供所述启动电容、所述正反转切换开关、所述电源连接器及所述马达连接器露出。
