Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention is directed to a polishing solution for buttons, a fruit button and a processing technology thereof, wherein the polishing solution can improve the quality of the button and has high color fastness.
The invention provides a polishing solution for buttons, which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
2-10% of a brightener, 2-9% of an emulsifier, 75-94% of water and 2-10% of an auxiliary agent;
the brightener is selected from one or more of water-based floor wax, plant palm wax, natural beeswax and silicone oil;
the emulsifier is one or more selected from polyoxyethylene ether, glyceryl stearate, glyceryl cocoate, glyceryl laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan trioleate, palmityl dimethyl tertiary amine and cocoyl dimethyl tertiary amine.
Preferably, the auxiliary agent is selected from one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium alginate, sodium citrate, sodium ethylene diamine tetracetate, sodium stearate, sodium tartrate, sodium acetate and sodium benzenesulfonate.
Preferably, the brightening agent is contained in an amount of 2-5%.
Preferably, the emulsifier is contained in 2-7%.
Preferably, the polishing solution for the button comprises a brightening agent, an emulsifying agent, water and an auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 2:6:75: 9;
or comprises brightener, emulsifier, water and auxiliary agent with the mass ratio of 2.25:4:82.5: 6;
or comprises a brightening agent, an emulsifying agent, water and an auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 2:2:90: 3.
The invention provides a processing technology of fruit buttons, which comprises the following steps:
mixing water, a magnet, an abrasive and the polishing solution in the technical scheme to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) putting the button to be treated into the mixed solution, polishing for 0.5-8 h at 10-40 ℃, and then cleaning and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the water to the magnet to the abrasive to the polishing solution is 10-15: 20-25: 0.5-5: 0.5 to 2.

The experimental results show that: the color fastness to washing of the fruit buttons is not less than 4.0 grade, the color fastness to dry washing is not less than 4.0 grade, the color fastness to machine washing is not less than 4.0 grade, and the color fastness to steam scalding is not less than 4.0 grade.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a polishing solution for buttons, which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
2-10% of a brightener, 2-9% of an emulsifier, 75-94% of water and 2-10% of an auxiliary agent;
the brightener is selected from one or more of water-based floor wax, plant palm wax, natural beeswax and silicone oil;
the emulsifier is one or more selected from polyoxyethylene ether, glyceryl stearate, glyceryl cocoate, glyceryl laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan trioleate, palmityl dimethyl tertiary amine and cocoyl dimethyl tertiary amine.
The polishing solution provided by the invention adopts the brightener and the emulsifier of the above types as the effective components of the polishing solution, and a bright isolating film is formed on the surface of the button in the polishing process; meanwhile, the addition of the emulsifier enables the dyeing effect to be more uniform and the overall effect to be more uniform, so that the texture and the color softness of the overall dyeing quality of the fruit buttons are improved, and the fruit buttons have higher color fastness.
The polishing solution for the button provided by the invention comprises 2-10% of brightening agent, preferably 2-5%. The brightening agent is selected from one or more of water-based floor wax, plant palm wax, natural beeswax and silicone oil. In a specific embodiment, the brightener is one or more of aqueous floor wax, vegetable palm wax, and natural beeswax. In the invention, the brightener plays a role in adjusting in the button polishing process, so that the water quality is softened, the buffer of water on the button is fully exerted, and the polishing capacity is enhanced. The brightener can enhance the surface brightness of the product during grinding and polishing, and can also effectively remove oil stains on the surfaces of the buttons and polished objects, so that the surfaces of the buttons are cleaner, and the surface brightness and smoothness of the buttons are further improved.
The polishing solution for the button provided by the invention comprises 2-9% of emulsifier, preferably 2-7%. The emulsifier is selected from one or more of polyoxyethylene ether, glycerol stearate, glycerol cocoate, glycerol laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan trioleate, palmityl dimethyl tertiary amine and cocoyl dimethyl tertiary amine; preferably one or more selected from polyoxyethylene ethers, sorbitan oleate and coco dimethyl tertiary amine. In the invention, on one hand, the emulsifier enables the polishing solution to form a uniform and stable dispersion system and emulsion, thereby effectively reducing the interfacial tension, improving the polishing capacity and polishing efficiency of the polishing solution and reducing the waste of the polishing solution; on the other hand, the emulsifier also has the functions of wetting, emulsifying, solubilizing, washing, antistatic and the like, can remove dirt on the surface of a product, and the wettability of the emulsifier can improve the adhesion and deposition of a brightener on the surface of the product, improve the release speed and the expanded area of effective components of the polishing solution under the condition of moisture, further improve the grinding and polishing effect and polishing efficiency of the polishing solution and improve the production efficiency.
The polishing solution for the button provided by the invention comprises 75-94% of water.
The polishing solution for the button provided by the invention comprises 2-10% of an auxiliary agent. In the present invention, the auxiliary agent is preferably selected from one or more of sodium bicarbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium alginate, sodium citrate, sodium edetate, sodium stearate, sodium tartrate, sodium acetate and sodium benzenesulfonate; more preferably one or more selected from sodium bicarbonate, sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium acetate.
In the invention, the polishing solution for the button comprises a brightening agent, an emulsifying agent, water and an auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 2:6:75: 9;
or comprises brightener, emulsifier, water and auxiliary agent with the mass ratio of 2.25:4:82.5: 6;
or comprises a brightening agent, an emulsifying agent, water and an auxiliary agent in a mass ratio of 2:2:90: 3.
In a specific embodiment, the polishing solution comprises water, aqueous floor wax, sodium hexametaphosphate and cardanol polyoxyethylene ether;
or the polishing solution comprises water, natural beeswax, sodium bicarbonate and sorbitan oleate;
or the polishing solution comprises water, vegetable carnauba wax, sodium acetate, and cocodimethyl tertiary amine.
The invention provides a processing technology of fruit buttons, which comprises the following steps:
mixing water, a magnet, an abrasive and the polishing solution in the technical scheme to obtain a mixed solution; and (3) putting the button to be treated into the mixed solution, polishing for 0.5-8 h at 10-40 ℃, and then cleaning and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.
In the present invention, the abrasive is preferably one or more selected from talc, silica, feldspar, garnet, emery, flint, quartz and oilstone. In the invention, the mass ratio of the water, the magnet, the abrasive and the polishing solution is preferably 10-15: 20-25: 0.5-5: 0.5 to 2.
The polishing time is different according to different luminosity; the polishing time is 0.5-8 h, preferably 1-6 h.
The invention provides a fruit button which is prepared by the processing technology of the technical scheme.
The fruit button provided by the invention has higher washing color fastness, dry cleaning color fastness, machine washing color fastness and steam scald color fastness, and can meet the requirements of GB/T3921.1 textile on washing fastness, dry cleaning fastness and machine washing color fastness.
In order to further illustrate the invention, the polishing solution for buttons, the fruit buttons and the processing technology thereof provided by the invention are described in detail below with reference to the examples, but the polishing solution and the fruit buttons are not to be construed as limiting the protection scope of the invention.
Example 1
Adding 100ml of 200g/L aqueous floor wax, 90g of sodium hexametaphosphate and 60g of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether into 750g of 20 ℃ water, and stirring to obtain a polishing solution; then adding water, magnet, abrasive (mixture of feldspar, talc and oilstone) and the prepared polishing solution into a polishing roller according to the mass ratio of 15:20:4:2, adding buttons into the mixture, and starting polishing; polishing for 6h (full gloss), taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.
FIG. 1 is an external view of a fruit button prepared in example 1 of the present invention; as can be seen from fig. 1: the button prepared by polishing with the polishing solution of the embodiment 1 has the advantages of high overall dyeing texture, uniform dyeing, high color softness and high quality texture.
The properties of the high-quality fruit buttons were determined: the color fastness to washing is more than or equal to 4.0 grade, the color fastness to dry washing is more than or equal to 4.0 grade, the color fastness to machine washing is more than or equal to 4.0 grade, and the color fastness to steam scalding is more than or equal to 4.0 grade, which all reach the requirements of GB/T3921.1 textile on the color fastness to washing, dry washing and machine washing.
Example 2
Adding 75ml of 300g/L natural beeswax, 60g of sodium bicarbonate and 40g of sorbitan oleate into 825g of 30 ℃ water, and stirring to obtain a polishing solution; then adding water, a magnet, an abrasive (a mixture of garnet and quartz) and the prepared polishing solution into a polishing roller according to the mass ratio of 13:25:3:1.2, adding buttons into the mixture, and starting polishing; polishing for 4h (half full gloss), taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.
FIG. 2 is an external view of fruit buttons prepared in example 2 of the present invention; as can be seen from fig. 2: the button prepared by polishing with the polishing solution of the embodiment 2 has the advantages of high overall dyeing texture, uniform dyeing, high color softness and high quality texture.

Example 3
Adding 50ml of 400g/L vegetable carnauba wax, 30g of sodium acetate and 20g of coco dimethyl tertiary amine into 900g of water with the temperature of 40 ℃, and stirring to obtain polishing solution; then adding water, a magnet, an abrasive (a mixture of talc and carborundum) and the prepared polishing solution into a polishing roller according to the mass ratio of 10:22:1:0.7, adding buttons into the mixture, and starting polishing; polishing for 1h (matte luminosity) in preset time, taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.

Comparative example 1
Adding water, a magnet and an abrasive into a polishing roller, adding buttons into the polishing roller, and starting polishing; polishing for 6h, taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.
FIG. 4 is an external view of fruit buttons prepared in comparative example 1 of the present invention; as can be seen from fig. 4: the surface brightness of the button prepared by polishing with the polishing solution of the embodiment 3 can not meet the requirement of full gloss, and the dyeing effect and quality are poor. Measuring the fruit buttons: the color fastness to washing is 3.0-3.5 grades, the color fastness to dry cleaning is 3.0-3.5 grades, the color fastness to machine washing is 3.0-3.5 grades, the color fastness to steam ironing is 3.0-3.5 grades, and the integral quality and the color fastness can not meet the requirements.
Comparative example 2
Adding 100ml of polyethylene wax brightener of 200g/L, 90g of sodium hexametaphosphate and 60g of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate emulsifier into 750g of water with the temperature of 20 ℃, and stirring to obtain polishing solution; then adding water, magnet, abrasive (mixture of feldspar, talc and oilstone) and the prepared polishing solution into a polishing roller according to the mass ratio of 15:20:4:2, adding buttons into the mixture, and starting polishing; polishing for 6h (full gloss), taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.

Adding 90g of sodium hexametaphosphate and 60g of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether into 750g of 20 ℃ water, and stirring to obtain a polishing solution; then adding water, magnet, abrasive (mixture of feldspar, talc and oilstone) and the prepared polishing solution into a polishing roller according to the mass ratio of 15:20:4:2, adding buttons into the mixture, and starting polishing; polishing for 6h (full gloss), taking out the button, cleaning with clear water, and dyeing to obtain the fruit button.

From the above embodiment, the invention provides a polishing solution for buttons, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-10% of a brightener, 2-9% of an emulsifier, 75-94% of water and 2-10% of an auxiliary agent; the brightener is selected from one or more of water-based floor wax, plant palm wax, natural beeswax and silicone oil; the emulsifier is one or more selected from polyoxyethylene ether, glyceryl stearate, glyceryl cocoate, glyceryl laurate, sorbitan oleate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan trioleate, palmityl dimethyl tertiary amine and cocoyl dimethyl tertiary amine.
